It is funny how they offer digital coupons and always make sure they pull at least two item off the shelf on Saturday and replace them on Saturday.Many stores in the inland empire continues to do this every Friday.Please stop advertising if you have no intentions obliging your customers.

Denise the store manager should be terminated immediately. She broke numerous laws today during an encounter with shoppers who could not wear a mask for medical reasons. Under state and federal law, these shoppers had every right to be there, but nasty Denise refused them service and called the sheriff on them. After Denise had these shoppers forced outside, they were arrested by sheriffs deputies. We all witnessed it first hand and were outraged. When these victimized shoppers file their lawsuits against Denise and this store, and possibly the sheriffs department, we will support them as witnesses to what took place. Needless to say I will never shop at this store again. Family Dollar had better make things right, otherwise I hope the company is forced to pay out millions for allowing evil store managers like Denise to discriminate against people who cannot medically tolerate wearing a mask, which is a violation of HIPAA laws that protect the disabled from this type of heinous abuse.

Absolutely terrible and unprofessional store manager as seen on video. It was disturbing how she was interjecting herself and arguing with a customer who had a medical condition and who could not wear a mask. She was acting like a regular thug standing in the doorway yelling at them out on the side walk when they already exited her store . I ran a store and wasn’t as lucky as Denise, we were not considered essential and closed due to covid. We had people in high as a kite coming into our store causing disturbances and never acted in this manner with them. We were trained how to act professional and talk to them to leave. I would have never acted in that manner towards a mom with her children and we were trained to Deescalate with customers, not act unprofessional crazy people pointing and screaming . She should immediately be removed from her position as she is not fit to carry the responsibility of a store manager and as a store manager myself, I’m embarrassed this is how she conducted herself . She has ruined this stores reputation in the community. I run an org for voiceless animals getting legal resources to their owners, but in this case after seeing that disturbing video,I will be seeking to help these mothers get legal help against this store and that manager Denise as she handled a simple situation completely inappropriately and now 2 children had to watch their mother get unlawfully arrested. Shame on you.

Amazing,nice workers,all wearing masks. Very nice cashier and cracked some jokes and made me and my mother laugh and bring some enlightening moments to 2020. Definitely will be back for more snacks😁

Is all ok but there are a lot of transient people about . This issue should be addressed and action should be addressed . More shelters and medical attention should be given to those in need . The employees are good people and friendly .

Kudos to the 3 employees who were breaking down and cleaning the dumpster area! If one play person can clean, then maybe we can all pick up one piece of trash to make a difference!

Like there is never any kind of urgency to help the customer, I remember one time the line was growing, the manager came out and said I was watching the cameras and noticed your line getting big so I just sat there and Watched, as she laughed.

Exceptional staff! One floor clerk taught me how to scan product codes and the cashier was so helpful and courteous! Too many boxes of stock and trash in isles to maneuver cart and shop for items, but otherwise a great shopping experience.

It is a really nice store, but this guy that works there needs to work with his attitude. There was this old lady who needs it just a little bit of patience and this employee was likenr rude with her like he didnt care about it. And then gave me some attitude as well. This just happened on a Saturday afternoon 2d of December.

I arrived 20 mins after store opened && they told me first hour is for seniors.. no where is this stated or posted physically at or around the store, when calling on the phone you are NOT notified nor IS IT posted on GoogleMaps. Drove down here&& am upset about it.

Good deals, must go see only wish there was more of individual items, in example I bought a dish set for cheep, awesome but would like to have two sets of the same but there was only 2 different sets, all in all glad I came here when I just bought my new house, went on a shopping spree for only $250, got about $400+ worth of bed bath and beyond stuff, good day

Often dirty, understaffed and unorganized. Plan on being there a while to purchase your items. Staff is often rude. In the past I have often purchased household items, food, clothing, school/art supplies for my children and other misc. items at this store. On Friday Nov. 17th I went in and as always there was an an abundance of customers yet not enough employees to service the clients. I asked for help as a saw the cashier struggling at the register to do her job and attempting to do multiple jobs while many of us were waiting in line. She, Sara stated there was no one else to help yet there was a young man, Garret standing behind the counter seemingly doing nothing. I asked him why he couldnt assist? He said he was waiting for shift change. Well help while youre waiting!!! I then asked for a manger. Sara stated she was the manger. I asked if they needed to hire more workers because they often seemed inundated with customers and not enough employees to serve. They were extremely rude to me in front of my children especially the employee Garrett whom instead of taking the time to yell at me, couldve been serving people in line. He seemed young and inexperienced in retail or the area of customer service. Sara the manager allowed him to talk to me in this manner and did not attempt to deescalate the situation, therefore her position in leadership should be reevaluated also. I returned all my items for a full return and will be fillng a formal complaint with corporate and following up to make sure corrective action is done.

Good service and everything its in order, easy to locate, you can find most of werever you looking for, variety of articles in all departments to chose the right one for your needs, you can also load prepaid cards or gift cards and they have coupons or discounts in lots of items, I just love it!!!

Went there last month store manager gave attitude, wanted to start an argument, and absolutely has no customer service skills. Family Dollar has just lost 10 customers. Will be calling corporate.

Very nice friendly help good prices on a variety of items from groceries to pillows.

Its ok, but stock is left on the pallet in the aisles and the stock on the shelves is not very maintained because things are just shoved anywhere it seems. I know customers are to blame for that, but if you were doing your job, you have that fixed and things where they belong.
