My go to spot for good band shirts. They got alot of other stuff that doesnt really interest me but to each there own.

Bad service. I rushed after work to make a return on an item that didn’t fit my brother and they closed before the posted time. The employees just close whenever they want and it’s not okay.

The staff were nice and careful, the merchandise was awesome, I got a few pins for myself and it was an amazing time.

They dont have a big selection of funko keychains 🤮😒🖕🏽

Manager with the diamond face piercings was rude! She said it was not her responsibility to tell people about the best deals. Um if you tell me about the deals I will come back and spend more money. But if you are rude then I won’t come back again! Therefore you will be losing money. The outlets are not that populated as it is. They need all the help they can get. So if people stop coming the store closes down and you lose your job.......hmmmm maybe it is your responsibility to tell people about the best deals! Plus the best deals are online anyways! Save your money and order online. With management like her I can see why the brick and mortar stores are shutting down!

They would not let me in the store with a shield on a lot of other places let me in with the shield on so I rate them as horrible they get a one from me

I love hot topic because thats where me and my dad love to go all the time to get our anime stuff, if there wasnt a hot topic in this world i wouldnt even go anywhere other than hot topic

Staff is always friendly and helpful. I always buy a couple of tees here and there on the bargain rack. Only issue is that the day after buying a few tee shirts, one shirt had a small hole near the middle of the armpit pockets. Was extremely disappointed. Had paid $17 dollars for a shirt that had a hole in it and wouldnt be wearable again. Didnt even get to wear the shirt more than 1 time. Sucks.

They dont sell a lot of punk rock stuff like they use too. They once were edgy and alternative, pretty commercial now. The music playing in the store was Brittany Spears. Not the Hot Topic of years ago. No punk rock tees at all anymore. Sad.

Hot Topic sells merchandise that is based on popular animation characters. They also have jewelry and knic knacy stuff. I personally am not into these things, but many young people are. They seem to have a good selection of products. I found the sales team here to be courteous and helpful, with a good attitude. If someone is looking for this type of product, I would say that Hot Topic would be a good place to start!!! The store and their presentation of the products looks pretty well organized and the store is clean.
