I ordered this on a Monday from eAutoTools.com and was told that they had one in the Pheonix warehouse. It arrived on Friday! Super fast shipping and price matched the deal I found from a distributor that didnt have any in stock. I installed over the weekend and am very pleased with the quality of the lift. It took my brother and I about 5 hours to set it all up. The instructions from Atlas are awful, but I knew that going in from reading reviews, so I had printed out the instructions from the 12000 lift similar to the 9000, and that was very helpful. Other than that, it was fantastic! Thank you for great service and a great quality tool eAutoTools!

Very bad customer service. Be careful when purchasing. They will sell you items even if they dont have it. I purchased weights on this site. Nothing during the purchasing said the the weights were not in stock. After about a month of back and fourth with customer with their customer service rep, I finally request my money back.

Purchased 3 lifts from these guys and once we had one installed it did not lift as high and manufactured stated. Manny was not willing to solve the issue. I ended up loosing lots of money. He even suggested just use them off a lock it will be okay. Worst place to buy anything from.

They offer price match guarantee but they will not honor it.
