The people that answer the phone are nice and polite, but know absolutely nothing about the product, installation procedure, tips, and generally anything about RZR’s. One of the times I called I asked if there was a tech because of this and they said no. Again, nice people, but don’t bother calling with a technical question, you are on your own.

Could not find this part or place that sold it (even local Honda Dealer) in Australia. Contacted the lads from SDI, they directed me to the part number, ordered, yes shipping to Australia was expensive for such a small part but it arrived 5 days later and thats with Covid-19 restrictions!! Highly recommended even if you are an OS buyer.

You guys ROCK!!!! saved me 700$ at least!!! You can get any individual part for any suspension set up you need. These guys are out to help people, not take their money, then I called suspension direct to check on my order and it was already shipped the day after I ordered it. Excellent customer service and excellent selection of parts. Will be ordering from these guys only in the future. Best company for mx suspension parts out there.
