We had an extremely difficult AC replacement in a tight attic area. After having terrible experiences with several other companies we called Ireland. Their professionalism was top notch. They were able to explain options for the new installation clearly and simply. When other companies said the job would need a team of guys and take a week- the Ireland team of two came out promptly first thing on day of installation and completed in a few hours. Dont do what I did and call other guys and deal with that mess....call Ireland first and you will be happy.

These guys are A1. They were on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. They repaired my furnaces blower motor and blower fan. After replacing, they tweaked the compressor by adding a bit of refrigerant to fine tune my AC. It was very hot and humid inside and outside and within an hour, the house had already cooled down.Because I am interested in HVAC systems, the technician Rich did not mind that I followed him and asked questions. Besides being a personable nice guy, Rich knew exactly what to do. I was afraid I would need a new unit, since the HVAC is 18 years old, but he told me with a replacement part and a good cleaning it would be good to go. We had a furnace/AC replaced by Ireland in September and just had a whole-house humidifier added. The quality of service on both projects was perfect. There was a minor engineering problem (in no way Irelands fault) affecting the installation of the humidifier, the problem required extra work on their part, and use of different model of humidifier, yet the project actually came in slightly under the bid cost! In both projects working with Ireland was a delight. We needed one minor service call after the installation of the furnace - they were prompt, and addressed the issue as warrantee service. These folks are as good as it gets.

I have been using Ireland Heating for years. Every time a technician comes to the house, he has been friendly, polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Through the years we have needed the occasional repair and one year we needed a new furnace and an air conditioner at the same time. Throughout those experiences I have felt like the owners took the time to educate me on my options and at no time did I feel pressured to make a discussion quickly. I have always felt their pricing was fair and just and that they were willing to help me find a less expensive alternative if needed.

Excellent Service! I hired Ireland to install AC in my house and they did an excellent job! The technicians were very courteous and knowledgeable. I had to step out for a moment and they went above and beyond and walked around and closed all my windows and called to tell me where they left the paperwork and ask what temperature I wanted it set to. I was so surprised to have my new AC completely installed in one day!The equipment works great! I am very satisfied with the quality of my Carrier Ductless split system.

Always professional, from customer service/dispatch to service technicians. We use Ireland for scheduled maintenance, and recently had to call them for an unexpected repair. Dispatch was fast, and the tech was punctual and called ahead. Felipe made the repair quickly, explained beforehand what he would check/do and afterwards explained what was done. He also performed my scheduled maintenance while he was here so that I avoided an additional charge. When all was said and done, I actually felt like I got more for my money than expected. That is a rare commodity when it comes to service, but that has been my consistent experience with Ireland.

When we built our house in 2004 Ireland Heating & Air Conditioning installed our heating & air conditioning system. Every year I renew the maintenance contract which includes a fall furnace checkup/cleaning and a spring air conditioner checkup/cleaning. I have had very few problems with either the furnace or AC which I feel is a result of the yearly maintenance visits. The technicians are always very prompt, courteous and professional.

True professionals. Quoted a very competitive price, and installed the air conditioner within a few days of accepting their quote. The quality of the work was impeccable.They did everything they said they would do at the price and time promised.

The technician was prompt and he put on paper shoes when he entered the house. He found that our air conditioner, which was 30 years old, had the wires bitten up under the cover outside. He showed us photos of it.Dave Ireland, the president of the company, came over to give us papers regarding the air conditioning units we could choose, including the discounts for cash, the discount of the initial visit, and the various options for paying off the balance, if we wanted to.We mailed in our contract with the required deposit and are waiting for the installation.

A/C went out on Saturday, July 1st. Came out within a few hours. Didnt have part (Motor), and came back as promised on Monday, July 3rd with part and repaired expertly. Great service.

Prior to coming out, Customer Service had me run thru some tests to see if we could resolve the problem. Since the issue was a condenser, the technician was out within 48 hour. Mind you, this was during the 100 degree weather. Thank you Within Reach (Long Grove) for the referral.

Great service and very friendly tech. They rescheduled a few times because of some emergency jobs which wasnt the most convenient, but we totally understood because our job was just our routine maintenance. Very impressed with how they handled the rescheduling. They called well in advance and were always very apologetic. With most contractors they probably just wouldnt have shown.

We recently had an excellent HVAC maintenance service experience with Ireland at a multiple building, multiple system site in downtown Glencoe. The only knock was that they didnt call the off-site building manager as promised to notify him of their ETA on site. However, the service tech was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Well continue to use them.

This is the first time we used Ireland because our former HVAC company decided to remain only in the plumbing business. They suggested we use Ireland so we thought wed give them a try. On a very hot weekend day one of our 3 air conditioning units sopped working. Ireland came out promptly, evaluated the problem, and returned the next day with the parts needed and restored the unit to full service. So, we only had one bad 95 degree night of sleeping in the cool basement and family room downstairs. Timely, customer-oriented, didnt try to sell us something we didnt need, and very competent. We were very pleased but they are more expensive than many of their competitors.
