I like that you can purchase a row of pavers rather than an entire pallet. I needed about 20 square feet to finish an impromptu project and didnt want to buy and entire pallet like some other stores wanted. Way to Go!

I have gotten bulk rocks and mulch here before and brought my utility trailer for mulch. I wanted a scoop which is usually a yard. Not so here. Their scoop wasnt even 1/2 a yard. Made it cheaper to buy at Home Depot. Their customer service was also very poor. Im taking them off my list of vendors.

Overall okay, I called the store in Chino looking for a certain paver, they did not have them but the sales guy was helpfull and looked up and said their store in Lake Forest had some. I thanked him, hung up and drove to Lake Forest. I went in there and asked the sales guy if he had this type of paver. He said no we dont have any, so I said bummer (yea I actually said that), I asked if he knew anyone who would carry them. He said Orco block makes them but doesnt know who would carry them. I said okay that is when one of the yard guys came in and looked at the sample I had and told the sales guy they have half a pallet in the yard. Then the sales guy looked it up on the computer and said oh yea we do have some. It seems the sales guy would have wanted a sale and looked it up first and done anything he could to help the customer. I felt I was bugging him the only reason for four stars not five.

Staff was friendly and helpful, and the material and pricing were good.

I went there for my Smog test and was very disappointed Customer service was not good at all. I asked a simple question about the price and was told by the technician he didnt have time to discuss that with me. I doubt I would ever go back there in future even if I might get a deal.
