I placed an order for a software license that the website stated would be sent within 4hrs (weekend purchase). It was NEVER sent. I sent an email to customer service and they were quick to respond and supposedly completed a request to have it resent. When after 8 hours I STILL did not receive the email, I requested a refund. I was told they would process the refund, but they have to deduct 15% of the costs for the validation process. Umm, WHAT? You have to validate that you didnt send me the software TWICE? THIS IS A SCAM! Place your order for software directly with the manufacturer!

I have purchased several programs from My Choice Software in recent years for various computers in our office. Their web interface is excellent, allowing me to compare various programs. The purchases were easily accomplished. The prices are always reasonable. The downloads were quick and uneventful. The installation instructions were also helpful. They also have excellent phone support available to assist in installation and activation. I could not ask for a better source for software especially Microsoft Office as well as other apps.

Pretty easy to order, but page is unclear about how and when the software will be delivered (actually that info was hiding below the edge of the screen showing the web page). Later an email was sent asking to confirm the credit card charge was OK. The next morning an email was sent with download instructions which were pretty clear. However, there was one direction that needed a little clarification (the proper command was Run as Administrator rather than the run command I was told to utilize. Once I overcame my fear of not knowing who the administrator was, the command worked and the system did come up OK.Overall, a good site and delivery system and they did respond quite quickly and accurately to my one telephone question about the delivery email.

Downloading the Office 2013 program didnt go as smoothly, as was expected. However with lessons learned back in 1997, it sure did help. I ordered an activation key for Microsoft Windows 10. I received the key via e-mail along with a complete set of instructions with how to download the SW from Microsoft. Everything worked, my newly built computer is up and running with W10. Couldnt be happier. Highly recommended.

They promised a download within a couple hours - it was nearly immediately! Install was no problem at all, very quick. I stay right off the app page on my desktop, and so the look is the same as my old Windows 7. All my old programs still work. I could not be happier!

I am concerned. I just bought a new license for Microsoft office and business 2019. Digital download. After purchasing I did get a prompt email with license key. But that is where the good ended. The instructions wanted me to go to a third party site to download program. This is different then a legitimate download from Microsoft itself. Then I went to Microsoft itself for security and safety reasons. Downloaded appropriate file for install. After successful download I went to activate product which then gave me a error saying how many computers have you installed this on. Big red flag. Fortunately for Microsoft they had a work around for my activation to reactivate with proper activation key. I am currently functioning but with a huge BUT, I think there is a possibility that I was sold a license that may have been sold already???I will not be buying from them again just in case.

Hi, I ordered the Windows 10 EDU upgrade. I thought I would receive it within 30 minutes. I tried 4 hours late to get someone to tell me why I hadnt received it. An agent called me the next morning. Explaining to him that I still didnt have it, he asked me to go to my email and look under promotions. I looked but didnt find that folder. The agent said he would send it again. While I waited for the resend, I once again looked and found the Promotions folder under Categories and at the very bottom of it. It must have been hidden the first time. Long story short there the program was and I had received it in the 30 minutes they advertised. So the issue was all mine and they did a great job.

TOTAL SCAM!!!Sold a used, broken computer as new.Will not authorize return.The steps that led to requesting a return are:The PC was on overnight so it could get any necessary updates after doing an initial install of the OS.It was still on this am when I checked it at 8:30.at approx 2:00 PM I turned on the monitor to work on downloading a Chrome browser.The system downloaded and I installed Chrome.The screen was at the place to sign in to Chrome.I walked away from the machine for a brief moment and when I turned to enter the information, I noticed the monitor was black and the power button had no light.I unplugged the machine and plugged it back in.It started up but shut off within 2 minutes.I changed the outlet where the system was plugged in and tried the power button and got no response.I waited approximately 15 minutes and tried it again.the system went on and stayed up for about 10 minutes, then shut down.I took video of the power shut down and one restart.it shut down on its own very quickly and then would not start up again.This is not a new computer.This was sent back, because it doesnt work.And they just repackaged it and sold it again as new.When I boxed it back up I noticed some odd things.1. The box had been resealed. There are several layers of tape on it.2. There are two areas where a blank white label was used to cover areas of the box. One was where there was a RIP on the side of the box and one covers another original label.3. The cardboard of the box is really used looking.I am attaching pictures of the box.

Ultimately they were helpful and provided good service (Jay). My initial experience with their support staff was not helpful as they simply told me to go to YouTube and find a video to help me - really?! Be certain that you uninstall any preloaded Microsoft Office product on your new computer, such as a temp marketing offer, prior to installing another Office product. It will save you time and aggravation, and searching on YouTube for instructional support.

I give these guys 5 stars on their efforts to make sure my download went smoothly and that all parts were working before we parted ways. They worked through a couple of glitches like they were never there. I will use My Choice Software again and advise you to give them a try.

The site was easy to navigate, and the download was easy. I had to remove an older version before my install would finish. The program seams to be running fine.

I ordered a Windows 8.1 Pro upgrade package from MyChoice Software. Finding the correct version was very easy, checkout was really fast and I had feedback about my purchase almost instantly. On top of that, I received the software download link within a very short period of time and had no problems with the download or installation. This order was probably the easiest and fastest I have ever had online. MyChoice also followed up with emails asking if everything went well and if I was satisfied. I definitely recommend them as a first-rate company.

I followed the instructions which recommended activating the Office 2010 software by telephone. The MS activation wizard however, said this version couldnt be activated by phone, but the Help link provided a telephone number for Microsoft. Calling it and providing the codes given by My Choice, I was able to activate the software via a text msg MS sent to my smartphone. All worked great! Thanks!

A) easy to order b) received the link quickly and c) (a little surprisingly actually) installed easy as pie. Microsoft said I already had Office installed and to uninstall it first. It really wasnt installed, but included with Win 10 (and not activated). So got rid of something MSoft wanted me to rent by the year (whatever), and put in Office 2013. Really cool. Thank you.

While I did have a few problems receiving the email with the license and product download; the problems were all on my end. Once I got the license and instructions, everything downloaded and worked as promised. I had to manually activate the program with Microsoft over the phone. This was a minor inconvenience. Overall, I would purchase from My Choice Software again. This is a reputable company.

I ultimately figured out this was the problem in preventing me from effectively installing your software. Once I uninstalled the trail version and then installed your software, everything was fine.There is one other tip that might be useful. The new Microsoft Windows program runs an S mode which protects against downloading unsafe software. What it really appears to me is Microsofts attempt to direct all software purchases toward their store. I had to disengage this S mode before I could download your software.It might be beneficial to put warning concerning these two potential issues in your message that you send with the software download link. (And also let your technicians know about them).Just want you to be successful and thought you should know about these recent developments that could inhibit the download and installation of your software.Thanks again,Mark S. This is the second time Ive bought a copy of Microsoft Office from Choice Software. One was for my laptop and one was for my PC. Worst customer service and dont believe any staffs who work here. I bought Microsoft license through my choice software and didnt open and install & use it. I called more than 2 times every month since purchasing it to cancel my order due to unnecessary but, no one made a cancellation for 3~4 months and finally informed last week I could not make it cancel. I was talking several different staffs and confirmed me they were going to refund my money (I bought it this June and called July, Aug, Sep and Oct all most every month, Now after purchasing 4 months, they cannot refund my money. Thus, Dont buy from this company and if you really want to buy through this company please recording all your phone conversation and they cannot make any fake excuses. I wish I did recording my phone call conversation.

We needed the older Office Small Business 2007 to read-in and modify old Word, Excel and PowerPoint Presentation to bring contents up to date. They were a Non-profit so the cost was within their reach compared to the newer versions and subscription cost. We tried numerous Freeware to no avail, their fonts and formatting just did not reach the Microsoft Office Quality. Quick turn-around on Order and response to questions I had. I purchased Microsoft Office which should take about 1/2 hr to receive according to their site. Instead, after many enquiries, they said they didnt have it in stock, but would next week. Now Im waiting for a refund. How would a software provider not have this Microsoft product waiting in a server to distribute when someone purchases.

I had a very good experience with MyChoice. Two weeks after I downloaded the program (Word for Windows 7), my ancient laptop gave up the ghost. I got a new one and asked MyChoice how to get permission to reinstall the program on a different computer -- note that this means in some way having to deal with Microsoft. They walked me through the steps and followed up. I was impressed by the customer support. I also didnt have to wait for half an hour for some one to answer. The wait was reasonable. I was even able to reconnect with the person who helped me originally.

MyChoice Software provided me with an Office 2016 Home and Student software license for a good price. However, thats not why Im writing this review. My 5 star review is for the customer support a received from MyChoice Software. When I bought the license, I had difficulty downloading the 64-bit version of the software. Microsofts website was only letting me download the 32-bit version. I worked with three Microsoft techs over a span of five hours and they couldnt resolve my issue. It was VERY frustrating.Fortunately, I informed MyChoice Software of my issue and they were able to resolve my issue within minutes. Im very satisfied with both the price of the license and the customer support I received from MyChoice Software.

After purchasing a new laptop without office, I quickly realized I couldnt live without it!. Being that my wife was familiar with office 2010, that was really the only choice for me. You, of course, cant find that product in the box stores and the prices people wanted for it online was ridiculous; the same price as the new office! I found it on my choice software for what I felt to be a very reasonable price (better in fact than anywhere else!). The process from purchase to use was very smooth.
