I was having trouble diagnosing my computer so I took it in to Moe. He found my problem within a couple of hours and gave me affordable and viable options for upgrading the parts I needed. Not only was my experience quick and easy on the wallet, Moe really knows his stuff and was a real pleasure to work with. He easily answered all of my questions & concerns and is just a good honest person. Dont waste time researching the other local computer repair shops, PC Trade is the place to go.

I wish I could give this place a 6 star reviewThis guy spent 3 days straight fixing the worst chip corruption issue. Didnt give up once. Had a lovely conversation as while reinstalling windows. Got back all my files for my classes that were at serious risk of being lost forever from corruption and inaccessibility. Very inexpensive for the value of the importance of my files and the hours and hours he spent working on it to get it just right. I never shake hands but I had to shake this guys hand.

This is a one-person shop run by a man namdd Moe. I have had a full PC built here. In addition, I had a hard-drive replacement on an existing (different) PC.The service is excellent. Moe is very friendly and wants to help you fix your problem. In addition, he will try to find the best solution for you (not the one in that makes him the most money). When I brought in my old PC with a dead hard drive, I was expecting to spend ~1500 to basically buy a whole new PC. Instead, Moe down-sold me and convinced me that all I needed was a new hard drive.I was referred to PC Trade by a co-worker. I have since referred several friends to PC Trade. They, in turn, have referred their friends to PC Trade.One thing to keep in mind is that this is a small shop. As such, it cannot compete with the prices of the big online PC builders. So, you will pay a little more than what you would get online. However, for that small amount of money, you get infinitely better service. During the week, Moe is always in the store and willing to take your call to help you out.

I have a 7 year old laptop and has become so slow I could hardly do anything, I called PC trade and he told that he can make my laptop 10 times faster. So I took it in the morning and by the afternoon it was ready and 10 times faster. I am so happy that Ive found this store. Moe the owner was very knowledgeable and helpful. Saw the sign on the freeway. Went in to get a quote for a gaming computer. Prices were very reasonable. I was blown away by how knowledgeable he was. He guided me on which parts were best for gaming. Im liking the computer he built for me. Its everything I wanted plus more. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing a high end gaming PC.

I had a Dell Laptop with a broken Power jack. I called few places and they were all asking for over $200. My friend told me about PC Trade. I took my Dell laptop, Moe the owner fixed it same day and charged me only $95.00. Fastest time and best price. I definitely will use PC Trade for all my future Repairs.

I forgot to post a review here about this place. This person or whoever he is that is running this place is a rip off! I left my computer with him to check out the problem. Listen to this all he did was tell me i had a virus and charged me 50 dollars in order to give it back to me. He didnt remove viruses, all he did is say i had them and to charge me. And didnt even offer to fix it or explain prices. Very sketchy and shady business. I never went back again. Now I just go to geeksquad on Irvine. I talk with people there that are knowledgeable and have friendlier prices compared to this hideous lieing scammer thief.

I flew into town a few weeks for abusiness meeting and my laptop had came down with virus. All my important files for my meeting were on there. I found PC Trade on Yelp. Gave them a call and Moe had me come right over and he removed the viruse and saved all my data. Moe had fixed my laptop within that same day. Excellent choice for custom computers, refurbished computers and service. This guy knows his electronics and software. I purchase rebuilt computers that have components ie. Serial cards, that you cant find in new computers that are compatible with older software and hardware running engraving and routing equipment. This is my go to computer store for new and rebuild computers with excellent service.

I cant recommend Moe and PC Trade highly enough. My family has been using him for all our computer needs for at least the last 6 years. Hes done everything from cleaning up our current computers to building out new models and everything in between. I always make sure to at least get a quote from him on building out a computer to my specs before purchasing - hes often able to make something for me that is significantly less than it would be in-store or online for the same specs. Hes also been great about doing at-home visits for my grandfather in Laguna Woods to make sure his internet and computer are up and working. Highly recommend!
