Great place to shop. The produce is pretty much the best in town and the prices are usually lower than the grocery chain stores. Their meat and dairy are great also. Im holding back one star for customer service which i think doesnt quite make the grade. They could be more friendly and maybe remember that a customer [question] isnt an interruption of their work, but the reason for it in.

Update 5/6/2020: Management still has not made the appropriate changes needed for cashier scheduling for this location.Cashiers need additional COVID training and managers need additional staffing training.

Clean store, great service and the only place I found that carries Wisconsin Kaukauna cheese spread in the larger containers

This place has good produce and groceries at reasonable prices. Its always clean and is a newer market. Bakery products and their generic First Street general brand products are also good too. They carry regular size and party size quantities. Check out is relatively quick too.

Cashier thought my mom was using WIC to pay for groceries. Honestly, seems kinda of discriminatory if you assume all Mexican Americans use food assistance. Overall, shopping was a breeze and I always feel people look at us weird just because we have our cart full.

This Smart and Final is great. Its actually better than the one in Mission Viejo, as far as having more products and a larger selection. However, the reason its only getting four stars is because the parking lot is so in very need of repaving, its not even funny. If youre buying glass bottles, make sure you place them in your cart away from each other. Otherwise, great store.

The employees are nice but most have no clue about what products they carry and where they are. My roomate went back the day after I picked up a specific product to get more. He couldnt find where they were at and the employees said they had never heard of it before. Now I have to go back with him because I am apparently the only person that knows where this product is in the store and not only that but I am the only person who knows they carry it??? This is insanity!!!! I have also been told the wrong aisle most times I ask where a product is.

My wife and I shop here regularly for many years. The prices are better than most places and the quality is pretty good. The lines during peak hours can get long sometimes. Most of the time it is not that crowded and the atmosphere on the whole is clean and neat. Good place to shop

My favorite store for everything, they have very good special every week and great customer service from all the cashiers.

Always need to read the fine print on everything thats on sale. They play the biggest shopping game of all stores. Tired of reviewing recipt and not getting price I saw because I didnt spend enough or needed to buy other products to get the sale price or must by 10 or whatever scavenger hunt you must play. Youd be SMART to FINALLY shop at stores that dont play games.

Good quality good and prices. Smart and Final offers a wide selection of single use ingredients for individual use and bulk items for large gatherings. They have everything from Alcohol to Paper Goods to Cleaning items, and sides of beef, not really but they were big enough to be a side. All of this, with a wide selection of items - unlike a warehouse store. And the prices are about the same as a warehouse store.

Lots of choices with a wide variety of brand offerings on all food needs. Prices are comparable, if not a little bit lower, to other grocery stores around the area. Does not offer the main brands though since they have their own brand of almost everything. Great thing with this store, parking is no hassle. Shopping carts are allowed on the parking lot to your car.

This is the best thing next to Costco when buying in quantities, but like any other store it has its good sales and its open till 11 pm and that is an advantage.

I like this store, they have product s not found in other stores sizes (and good to have some larger size products usuallyreasonable). Many cordial and helpful employees.

What can I Say, one of my favorite places to shop

Found everything that I was looking for and much more went into the store hungry bad idea should have ate first. Checker Whitney was very pleasant. Usually at this location the checkers are to busy talking with each other and ignore you.

Good prices and average fruit selection.

POWERade was advertised as 59 cents. At cash register they charged me 79 cents each plus tax. Manager said I needed to buy 15 to get the discount. It was not advertised as such.

The last several times I have been there, the express lane (10 items or less), had people with more than 10 items.

Purchased chicken leg and thigh combo pack. when I opened the package there was a large gel sack that had torn open and was on the chicken, will this hurt me and is the weight of the chicken weighed before packaging or do you compensate for the weight of everything except the chicken
