This FedEx location has the friendliest, most helpful, knowledgeable staff ever. Their customer service is super. I have a big family in Toronto and am always shipping packages there. So I’m always in this FedEx store. They help me get things sent off to Canada and educate me on how best to do that. The day of my daughter’s wedding just hours before, on July 2 2021, I had to get some last minute work done n the programs, then get them printed etc. Scott and the manager were amazing and helped me get the job done. Scott took more time than he should have, and as the mother of the bride I could have kissed him for it, because after all it was only hours before the wedding and I was getting stressed! These folk will always be part of our family’s story for that day!😊

Ive had to come here twice for some pretty basic tasks (print some documents, drop off items to ship) and each time it was a fast and easy experience. Will come again for similar things in the future.

I had a simple need, Rob treated me as if it were the biggest order of the week. Quick and friendly. Now that I know they are there, I will use them all the time.

Stopped by to ship something to recipient via account number. For some reason local UPS stores struggle with this request. Callum was super helpful and got everything done in a few minutes. Reasonable express cutoff too at 5:45p. All with 4 year old in tow. Will be back - thanks!

Good clean store, large space. Very friendly service person to print my return shipping label from my email request without extra charge . Many thanks to him especially during this cov19 time. He made things easily and efficiently.

This FedEx Office is great! The staff is very friendly and is willing to go above and beyond to meet your needs. they understand deadlines and almost always get the job done before the expected finish time. I highly recommend this store if you have anything that needs to be done in a print center.Shout out to Margaret W. for all of her amazing help and patience with the projects I bring in there :)

Retracting back my review. Ive gone back to the store today and Penny the manager straightened everything out for me and explained the process of using their computers and printers. She also explained the fees. She took the time to help me and also refunded back the money for the purchase I made last night. I feel better now because this is the customers service I know from this store. I have been going to this Office Print & Ship and Center since early 2000s when it was still Kinkos. Im giving 5 stars for Penny the manager for such a wonderful job.I usually have a really good experience on this location but tonight it was not the case. There was an old woman with gray hair and glasses who were so mean and rude. She was vacuuming as she was getting ready to close when we have about an hour to go. She didn’t want to help us (my daughter and me) or help us walk through with any of the computers or printers. So we tried figuring it out ourselves because we cannot print a document from google drive in our phone so we logged on to the computer. For some reason at end of the transaction it charged me total of $17 when the receipt I printed out says, $2.52. She told me if I ran my card twice and I said yes because it didn’t read the first time but if she would have helped us to begin with it could have prevented the over charge. In any case, she told me she doesn’t know why it charged me that much, I have to come back tomorrow to talk to the manager, which I intend to do. How I don’t understand why people like this still have a job. She doesn’t even deserve to get paid minimum wage. Awful customer service and very lazy worker. She doesn’t even deserve 1 star. 😡

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I walked in with a stack of papers that I needed to ship overnight. They used my companys shipping account number and pretty much handled everything except for putting the papers in the envelope. I usually come here when I need to ship something urgent but my companys shipping department is closed.

I prefer going to this FedEx office rather than the one near me. Everyones willingness to help really makes the difference. The young lady that helped me was very nice and helped me until I had exactly what I needed!
