Paid for two appliances on 9/15/21. One was in stock, but it took two weeks to deliver. The other was supposed to arrive at the store on 10/14/21. Nope. Inquired and was told it would arrive on 10/28/21. Inquired and was was told at first the truck came in late last night and they would let us know. They called back and said the truck didnt come in. So darn frustrating. We have dealt with the local business for 8 years Never again.

I am so glad I went to City Maytag after not finding what I needed at Home Depot or Lowes. Vicki went out of her way to find me a washer/dryer set that met my needs. She was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. Thanks Vicki!

Used these guys since 1984, but no more. Was charged $125 to be told nothing wrong with dryer, but it still didn’t dry. They were supposed to come back out with coil kit, but kept saying it would be “next week.” Call A&E…prompt, professional, and dryer fixed.

When I ordered a Refrigerator from 1000 miles away for my parents on the phone everything went smoothly, a week later when it was suppose to be delivered everything that could go wrong with a deal, DID!! I will tell you that all it took was a phone call, even after hours to the answering service and BAM! Everything that could be done to correct the problem was done with a respectable sense of urgency. My worries were resolved with intelligent decision making efforts of the owners(Tatiana) and (Danny) need to be recognized. The way my problem was handled left no stone un turned. At first, it was another three weeks, after the phone call, it was 24 hours, my parents had the right fridge and they were even given an upgraded model. Customer service does exist and it definitely exists at CITY MAYTAG!! Thank you for doing the right thing, and being one of the most reliable, honest businesses in Lake Havasu City. Its a business like this that keeps the integrity of how all small businesses should be conducting their business.Mr. Bradley
