Service and professionalism is HORRID!!! 1st windshield they replaced the molding came loose and was flapping around about two months after install. Took it back and they attempted to install another one and cracked the windshield! Took it back a 3rd time to try again and they cracked the windshield AGAIN!!! Went back a 4th time, called the day before to make sure they had the glass and everything was good, was told they had everything. Get there wait 2 hours and they tell me they can’t find the molding!!! And the manager didn’t even have the balls enough to tell me himself!!!! Absolutely ridiculous, unacceptable and very poor management!!!

Friendly and helpful staff in there Las Vegas shop where we went. We also dealt with lake havusu place and their mobile staff.They lose a star because they did not reattach our windshield wipers which we did not notice till we were almost home. Keep in mind we drove almost 2 hours to go to them. They kept stars and maintained a respectable rating because when I called she was very helpful however could not get a technician to us for over a month so she recommended I head to the next nearest place, an hour away. However when we got there he was operating the shop solo and wasnt able to help us right then. The good news was he was able to get somebody to us that following Monday.Everyone we dealt with was polite courteous and after a couple tries we are happy with our new windshield 😁

Don’t expect to talk to anyone if you call the phone system runs you in a circle then hangs up!! Oh but they do say Have a nice day just before The numbers listed for the stores are not the store it’s some call center. So when you drop your car off make sure you get the real number the the store you are at because you won’t be able to call them

Everyone here is fantastic great customer service had the car ready fast and helped with the insurance even though it was after closing cant recommend enough

I wanted an OEM windshield and no matter how closely I monitored the process they still managed to pass off a Generic windshield as an OEM. They also dont know how to order the proper OEM rubber molding that goes around the windshield as well and improperly reinstalled the wipers, leaving the bolts loose. What a mess. They over book to the point where the quality of workmanship is compromised.

They dont work on Lifted jeeps? This is new news to me, i was refereed by my insurance and a few jeepers said they are happy with satellite, but it seems the guy just didnt want to do it for whatever reason. The installer told us they have to re-set the computer after install.. We have a new windshield in now from a different company, they didnt have to drive it or touch the computer to re-set anything...

Polite, quick and treated me (a woman) correctly. Many repair places talk down to woman. Safelite Lake Havasu is a Woman Friendly business.

Safelite repaired the glass, but did not restore the lining to pre-work condition.Edited in regards to the response:I have an email from Tim Kuntz, the store manager, stating that his QA Manager feels the exposed foam core of the lining is standard and normal. I took it back to my insurance, through their warranty program, and they agreed it was not correct, and have given approval for Dons Auto to repair what safelite would not.What does this mean? I had to get someone else to fix their mistake (AND my insurance agreed), and their warranty means nothing if they can just say they think its right.

The employees here are second to none. Very knowledgeable in the legalities of glass installation.

I wouldn’t even give one star if I could. Had an appointment for today to repair my windshield for a week. They scheduled me for anywhere between 12-5pm. Never showed up. Never called. I called multiple times to find out when they would show up and the manager said the tech went home for the day. Pretty inconsiderate and unprofessional to not at least call. I prepaid to have my windshield fixed so it seems like since they’ve already gotten paid they don’t care to do the job they were hired for. Will NOT be using again. Recommend going elsewhere.

Windshield replacement was scheduled and confirmed the day before to be between 8-12 the next day. They never showed or called. Nice customer service guys!!

Signed up on line with a 50$ discount. Supposed to be 249$. Showed up for the work and it was 300. And an employee who said Im only a tech I cant fix it, and there was no manager on-site. We left without getting the work done. Wont go back.

Cant believe they have any negative reviews. Great service and quick too. Turned out excellent and the guys there were very nice and helpful.

Made appt to replace windshield. They said we half to pay up front for windshield and we had to deal with. Our insurance.We found another place in bullhead called window doctor. The windshield was alot cheaper than safelite and they worked with our insurance company.

They never saved my inspection or emisson stick from my window and told me I needed to request them before the work was done

Do yourself a favor and call around to independent/smaller locally owned auto glass shops in the area. Safe light will put the cheapest quality windshield in your car at the highest possible price. To be fair they cant help it if a rock hits your window but your gonna have problems, probably most if not everytime time there gonna use a fuyao brand windshield from China that will crack easily. Wheres a OEM or Pilkington is whats gonna last you and really what you should get for what your paying. The next day I got a chip in my window, the next day ! Safe light wants 125$ to fix there cheap windows. I ended up doing some homework and found out the going rate to fix a chip is 1/2 that price. I paid over 300$ and had to wait almost a week for my appointment with them. I ended up going to one of the locally-owned glass shops and they would have done the same work with the same window for well over a hundred dollars less.

Going to have to take 3 days off of work because of your screw ups. First time you had the wrong windshield. The next day you installed it and scratch the windshield that you just installed with a tool and there is also screws missing now to waste another day so you can fix it.😡

Had my windshield replaced and all I had to do was enter my insurance company name and policy # on their website and they took care of everything. Appointment was scheduled four days in advance and I was in and out in less than one hour.

They did a great job on my window but left my keys out on the counter and another customer took them, they need to be more careful with leaving customers keys out in the reach of people.

Had plenty of windshields fixed through safelite and never had such a terrible fix such as here. Had some high school kid come do a mobile fix from this shop and rushed it. Literally done in two minutes and did not care about the workmanship. Normally on a windshield fix you are left with a small glass chip and the cracks filled. But he left resin on the windshield so it will constantly will look dirty (like small bird poop) and they cant do anything about it since its a one shot deal. Brandon the manager is not skilled in management nor is his team so Save yourself time and go to Vegas or another shop.

Two years ago safelite replaced our windshield. Recently we had to replace it again. Another company came out to do it. We found out safelite Only replaced 2 of the 8 clips to hold the windshield in and all of the inside lining was taken out and not replaced. NOT VERY SAFE!!! HOW CARELESS!!!😡

The best for commercial windshield and their fast

Installer forgot to put retaining nut on wiper blade arm. Therefore it came loose and was unusable (luckily it was the passenger side) until I bought another nut with my own money. Not sure if it was just an honest, forgetful mistake or they lost it and hoped I just wouldnt find out but either way it was a hazard.

These guys were great to work with. Pretty speedy with my windshield star repair.

They broke my electronics in my car!!! Tech didnt know how to do the calibration called his manager Brandon who told me parts were missing and tampered with so they couldnt do the full job! Then they took my car to the Ford dealership because they didnt know what they were doing!! Manager told me to go on YouTube to see where my part should be then told me to use my extended warranty to fix the part they broke!! Own up to your mistakes and fix the problem you created!!

They did an excellent job of repairing the rock chip in my windshield. Everything done, insurance and work, in less than a half hour.

Very disappointed. I made an appointment, was available the entire 4 hour period, and finally called them after sitting at home 4 1/2 hours. What a waste of my time.My ins allows me to choose a repair shop, so I will repair with a company that respects my time.

This place is joke they took my windshield out and said theres to much rust to put one back that it would have to go to a body shop they let me leave mad and with no windshield took the truck back to shop took a wire wheel and it was all surface rust wont ever be back or ever recommend them to anyone

Didnt do the job right the first time got a block away & the window fell out of the track to the back fixed it later in the day blast was scraping and creaming couldnt use it anymore
