We were looking for a top quality twin engine Tritoon boat which is hard to find in Inventory in Lake Havasu.We found a new Berkshire with twin Mercury 300’s on it at JR Motors, and Chrystie, our sales rep, did an excellent job of describing this beauty to us. We took it on a sea trial, and all went well so we agreed on a price and purchased it.We are very happy with the service and treatment we received at JR.We are having an issue with the Murphy chart and sonar. Not sure if it operator or product problem, but we are optimistic that Bubba, the manager will help us sort it out.Based on our experience so far, we are happy to recommend them to our best friends..

We purchased a Montana 5th wheel trailer from Jr Motors. It was a pleasure doing business with Christie She is well informed on the products, is very friendly. We never felt pressured. GREAT EXPERIENCE! We also purchased an extended warrantee for the Montana. One of the 3 air conditioners compressor went out. Its only 120 degrees here in Havasu when it went. Jr service was booked up for a long time, as are everyone else in the business. I couldnt bring the trailer in due to the fact that we live in it full time. I ran into Victor a Jr tech, at an event and explained my situation. He communicated with his Service Manager Dave. Dave agreed to schedule a time to come to us and replace the AC. This is customer service at its best. I cant thank these people enough for what they did for us. Jr Motors is and will be my first go to place for my R V and Boat needs from now on. With customer service going down hill in this country, its nice to see a company like Jr Motors exercise old school morals and commitment to their customers. This was my email to JR Motors that went unanswered and phone calls were of no help. I also sent a certified letter in the mail but that apparently meant nothing to them as long as they got my money in their pocket. This email was sent on March 20, 2021.JR Motors,I am writing to you in regard to my February 9, 2012 purchase of your 2016 Jayco Seismic and my frustration and disappointment in what I received and didnt receive from you. When I paid $38,249.00, I expected a fully functioning Toy Hauler but instead, I had to spend $2,396.09 on parts and labor to replace 3 of the 6 Lippert leveling components. With multiple phone calls to JR Motors, I received some assistance over the phone but in the end, was told that they could possibly look at my unit to try and identify the problem but wouldnt be able to get it in the shop until March 22, 2021. That is close to a month and a half after purchase to get the leveling problem fixed. When I brought the Toy Hauler home that day, it was nothing but problems. By having to use bottle jacks so the truck could be disconnected from the Toy Hauler is absurd. I had my truck attached to the Toy Hauler for 3 weeks while the jacks were ordered and replaced. I could not wait for an appointment with JR Motors because I needed this fixed so I could have my vehicle to use and the longer I lived in it with the slides out and none of the 6 levelers down the worse things could get.I thought that the PDI would have found this problem out. It is not like it was 1 leveling component but 3. It seems that some companies perform different types of PDI. My a/c filters were all dirty, all the shelves were dirty, the awning is bent and pops back and forth into place when extending and retracting, how that was missed is beyond me. The slow leak from the black/grey tank is pitiful. I feel like I was handed a hot potato with this Toy Hauler and then about not being able to get this in the shop because of other orders. I feel like once you got my money, you could put me on the back burner and get to me at your convenience. Those orders were not out the door and mine was, and it was broken. I hope you do the right thing and reimburse me for the $2,396.09. It is hard to believe that none of this was noticed before.We pride ourselves on listening to the needs of our customers. Everything we do is designed to make your boat or RV buying experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. Competitive pricing, knowledgeable staff and superior customer service all add up to create a simple and fun way to purchase a world class RV or boat at a great price. We had a fantastic experience with JR Motors. They were very courteous, communicative, and very honest and fair. My wife and I would certainly visit them next time we are in need of a motorhome or a boat.

Do not use JR Motors for Marine repairs. I brought my boat with small block Chevy engines, both running, when I left neither ran, they did fix an oil leak at distributor but reconnected it wrong. The other engine had a loose rocker arm. Two issues, they failed on in a two month period, and $3,200.00. They also forced me to purchase new exhaust manifolds, claiming my old ones they could not put back on, because of some corrosion caused by salt water. Total cost to me $5,200. I had to use another shop to finish repairs. I would not trust them to drain sewage. The owner and staff, have sent fake reviews yo this site. Mike and team should be run out of town. But they have ol boy connections, Mark Marnatti, a retired San Bernardino sheriff, what an unethical magistrate.

JR Motors is a great place to buy a boat. (Pobably an RV too, but we didnt do that). They gave us all the time we needed to ask dumb questions and didnt seemed rushed when we talked about our grandkids. Once we decided to buy, they were very patient with a few changing situations on our part.Best part was that when we had already signed the papers and the boat was ours, they took us out on the lake and gave us a shake down cruise to show us how everything works. Again, they were patient and never rushed us along. Our first time out kind of felt like a river trip with a good friend.Id like to thank Chrystie (sales) for being very helpful, friendly, and just downright nice. Isaiah (finance) for being very personable during the numbers stuff (and -I believe seemingly- being engaged during our thoughts on life). And finally Tony (best job in the world) for taking us on a first ride that got us more excited about our new boat than we already were.If you want a great buying experience, this is the place.

We recently purchased a used Tritoon Boat from JR Motors. Our salesman Jerry Aldridge was wonderful to work with . From the beginning he was up front and personal and was not pushy. He took us on a 2 hour test drive. Then after purchasing the boat helped us launch it and spent 3 hours of his own time going over everything. The rest of the staff was easy to work with as well. We recommend anyone interested in RV’s or Boats to give them a try.

As usual, JR Motors (Dave Cole, Bubba and whole staff!!) knocked it out of the park! Not only did they get us in on short notice for some warranty work, we had an estimate of time/options within an hour and an offer to let us sleep in our rig in their parking lot as repairs were go8ng to take 2 days! ( Much better than trying to find a hotel that allows dogs!) They got us level, provided water/electricity and double-checked our furnace was working! Were VERY impressed with their Customer Service and caring. JR Motors Rocks!! ❤

The service department is very uncooperative, and ignorant. They dont check out new RVs. Roof leaks, window leaks, plumbing leaks, water tank problems. The warranty is worthless. Do no do business with these people!

JRs has two facilities; one for Sales and one for Service.The service facility is great.We had unexpected motorhome issues, called JR and spoke with Tom who worked us into the schedule for that day.They fully fixed our problem, got us back on the road quickly (including filling our fresh water tank) and, if anything, they under charged us for the speed of the service and the quality of the work.Highly recommended if you need RV Service in the Lake Havasu City area.PS - They also have a very neat and well stocked sales area with most of your boating and RV essentials.

Do not use j&r motors for repairs of older equipment they are only good for bolting on new parts and mainly on motorhomes theyre not a marine shop. The owners review below is correct that he got a good old boys in Lake Havasu City judgement but it was also proven that Tom Foley has no experience Dave Cole has little experience and the owner is a used car salesman their repair shop should only be used for draining sewage from motorhomes. I got billed $3,000 on a job that only one-third of what I asked for Got completed I came in with 1 motor running and motor running bad and I left with no running motors and Dave Cole and Tom Foley looked at each other like The three stooges missing one, I left my boat there for two months and it just wasted my time my travel time end they had me buy parts that I dont need and my damages where $5,500. They returned the boat to me with my carpet greasy from their mechanic Bele, and in worse condition than when I brought it in. The owner hes also right that social media is the correct place to broadcast issues that you have with mechanics that are not regulated in just fleece the public.

Purchase a brand new trailer in 2017, not know all the furnaces are rated for 2500 elevation and under. Took trailer out 3 times and froze. Bubba said there nothing they can do were stuck in trailer. I even wanted to trade in and have them put me in a new trailer, been waiting for two months for them to answer my calls. Bubba got ahold of keystone back in early december and said there willing to help and get me out of trailer to purchase new one and we are in Feb. and will not anwer my calls.

Ok so I did not want to do this but I bought a car at JR Motors in 2016, I bought an extended warranty for 24,000 miles or 24 months. It will be up in November. When I purchased my car I dealt with Geno (who doesnt work there anymore) and I specifically asked him if the motor mounts were good. I was told they were brand new. Well in March i found out that they were broken and old. I tried NUMEROUS times to contact Jim Carlo and was NEVER able to speak to him until today. My car has been at their shop now since last Wednesday. Jim informs me that since I missed 1/2 payment in December (my payments are $260.50 a month so I missed a payment of $130.25) that he can either repossess my car or figure out something else but he does not want to cover the repairs. He told me he had already seen me comment on facebook that JR Motors sucks....which they have proved and that if I mentioned my attorney one more time, he would repossess my car. So today, 9 months after my 1/2 missed payment, he repossessed my car because I said attorney one last time. I told him I will see him in court. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JR MOTORS. THEY ARE CROOKS AND WILL STEAL FROM YOU!!!!!!!!!

Jr motor sales was a very pleasant experience.we started out with hamilton at the location between home depot and the mall. we looked at 5th wheels. we were downsizing from a 45ft tiffin zephyr. hamilton and bubba worked out a plan and we were on a roll .finally moving day at their location on countryshire working with dave and finishing up with bubba and hamilton.besides having to move from one to the other unit the process was pretty painless.kudos to hamilton and dave. two great people.thank you

This is my first review ever, but I feel this dealer was a bit shady and warrants the warning to others.I was looking for a Scarab and there were no local dealers where I live so I had to go for a long-distance purchase. After talking to Mike Anderson over email and the phone about what I was looking for, he quickly sent me paperwork for what I thought was a good deal on the boat I wanted. I told him to order it and sent a deposit. Then they started telling me that the 2018 pricing was different and their price started climbing. All the while they kept telling me how busy they were, and how many boats they were ordering, and how much they wanted to make this deal work. From my perspective, we already had a deal, and they had my deposit. They hadnt done their homework so their profit margin was much less than expected because of the 2018 pricing change so they wanted to change the deal. I contacted another dealer, and the regional rep again, and after a bit of back-and-forth with JR, including me demanding my deposit back, they finally agreed to honor their original deal. Turned out that the other dealer that was a little farther away would have beat JRs price by over $1k, but JR had my deposit so I was kinda stuck. Lesson learned - shop around. As part of this deal I was supposed to get an extended warranty on the BRP ROTAX powertrain, but I cant find anything in my purchase paperwork indicating this and SCARAB doesnt seem to have any record either. So, warranty promised - not delivered.We drove out Labor Day weekend excited to pick up our new boat but feeling that the dealer had tried a bit of bait-and-switch on us. The salesman did a short on-water demo with us but had to cut it short so he could go meet other customers. I wish we had a longer orientation to show me more of the features of the boat, or maybe some warning about which hoses to clamp if my boat had to get towed, or how to properly flush the exhaust. I do NOT recommend this dealer for those looking for a Scarab - especially if it is your first jet.

July 16th my husband and I purchased a boat. We put down a down payment of $1500. On the night of July 16th I was involved in a domestic violence situation with my husband who is now incarcerated in Mohave County jail until May, 2016.On July 18th I called and spoke with Mike to inform him I would no longer be able to purchase the boat. I was informed JR Motors had another buyer and that the boat would be sold within the week. I was told not to worry. I returned a call a week later and was told again by Mike that JR Motors was only going to keep $300 - $500 of the original deposit and that the balance would be returned to my husbands bank account.It has now been 4 months and I recently contacted Mike, the salesman and also contacted the general manager of JR Motors. At that point with speaking with Mike he could not answer any of my questions correctly so he referred to the general manager whos name I cannot remember.At this point the GM told me they were going to keep the entire deposit and at that point I requested a copy of the contract. The GM told me to have my divorce lawyer contact them and he refused to give me a copy of my contract and told me it was not his problem because I was product of domestic violence. I was told by Mike that the boat was sold within a week of me contacting him. I was told because of the quick sale I was going to receive a portion of my deposit back.
