Top notch service. got me in ahead of schedule, picked the boat up at our house and returned the boat back after work was complete. I had other concerns that I did not mention to them when they did the work and when I got the boat back, the concerns were taken care of. Great crew!

Best Customer Service AND Quality Work!We had a family long weekend in Havasu and had a problem with a broken steering cable on our Malibu Boat at 5pm (while on the lake). We called Wolf Watersports and Ridge offered to wait for us while we had the boat towed off the lake and to the shop. We didnt get there until almost 7pm! but ridge was there waiting for us! He completed the repair over-night and the boat was ready for pick-up first thing Saturday morning and allowed us to continue our family trip and many fond memories were not lost thanks to Ridge. He even had wiped our boat down, charged our batteries, put our towels out to dry...having us all ready for a day on the lake!....Who does that?? :-)Thanks Ridge!

We brought our X24 Mastercraft from New Mexico to Pirate Cove for a family vacation and ran into a couple of issues. When we first put our boat in the water it started getting hot. We called our NM dealer, who then contacted Wolf Watersports. They came out on a Sunday and got us going within a couple of hours. A few days later we had the unfortunate experience of hitting a Sandbar. We were unsure of any damaged caused so we called Wolf Watersports and explained our situation and they said to bring it in. After they inspected our boat, they found some minor damage that needed fixed. In less than one day they fixed the damage, detailed our boat, replaced the batteries after discovering our NM dealer had put the wrong ones in, and performed a service that was due on the boat. I can’t say enough about Ridge and his experience with boats. His attention to detail, knowledge, and genuine care for us so we could get back on the water was second to none! We have a ceramic coat on our boat and they were very knowledgeable about it since they provide this service also. They spent 15 minutes with us explaining how to maintain it properly. I would HIGHLY recommend Ridge, Jeremy, David and the Wolf Watersports crew for any boating or ceramic coating needs!

Ridge is amazing to work with and his knowledge of boats incredible. His service and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done is really unbelievable. The service department is the best I have ever experienced. Ridge who has been there now for many months is the most knowledgeable person/mechanic I have ever met. The professionalism is first class. He backs up what he says and knows my Master Craft X3 like the back of his hand. I had some electrical issues after my boat was delivered and he took it upon himself to personally make a trip to the lake. He had it running again in no time! Many times I had questions about the operation of the boat and he was always available by phone as well.These guys love boating and they love what they do.
