Returning home to California from Havasu, AZ and noticed tire pressure low light on. I had all tires checked at Big O in CA before I left. Noticed Big O and pulled in. They were SO KIND, checked pressure right away. And discovered nail in back tire. Again fixed promptly and the young service gentleman was courteous & efficient. Mr. Bruce, the manager, made sure I was able to get on the road promptly and safely. Added bonus, Mr. Bruce is not only personable but handsome. Thank you all for an unexpected but pleasant experience!!
Was there for a oil change today,i was very impressed.the staff are really nice, not only did they change the oil.they also check everything and rotated the tires at no cost.they have a waiting area,with vending machines,which is nice when you need a snack or drink.i will be using them again,for all of our vehicles.
Ive had horrible experiences in my town when it comes down to automotive business.I live in California. This Thanksgiving was spent in Lake Havasu City with family. Due to insufficient service I called around out in AZ, see if I could have luck getting my alignment done..YES THANK YOU. Big O Tires was affordable, great timing especially with the holidays and good customer satisfaction. Would definitely recommend.
I lost a wheel bearing on my boat trailer I called several repair and trailer shops and decided upon using the local Big O. The staff was extremely helpful during the entire process. Coming into town from about 4 hours away, my truck developed a daunting noise. I pulled into Big O to see what they could find since I couldnt find it on my own. They, not only located what the issue was, but filled up the fluid that was needed to eliminate the problem and wouldnt let me pay for it. Thanks again guys! We had a flat right before the Havasu exit on the 40. Our tire was destroyed. We put on our donut and drove to Big O Tire. This is not the first time they rescued me. Mike their tire specialist. He set us up with Four new tires and requested we come in the following morning at 7:30. Mike had us all fixed up in about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. We still had a lot of miles to travel. Because of his efficient and courteous care we are confidently back on the road and we know wherever we travel there will be a Big O to keep us safely on the road. Today we’re in Utah, tomorrow we’ll be in Oregon and the following day we’ll be in Washington. Thank you Big O for always giving us the best service.
They skipped my wheel rotation.Rating 2 stars because I determined, through photos of my wheels that were taken before the visit that they didnt actually give me the wheel rotation that comes with their oil changes. Even though it was listed on the invoice that they did the rotation. The oil change and rotation service came out to be $69. More expensive than it would have been at other garages, but I thought it would have been worth it to know for sure that my wheels were rotated at the same time. I left my truck there and went for a walk so I didnt watch the work. I would suggest watching to be sure that the wheel rotation isnt skipped. I called them back and management was very professional and acknowledged my concerns. Scheduled to come back for the rotation. Lesson: photograph everything and watch the work!

A big thanks to Big O Tires in Lake Havasu. I went in and could not make up my mind on tire type / size for the new rims I had purchased. Zach worked with me and showed me the best solution. The staff has always been great to work with. Last week was on a timeframe pinch with my work trailer, tire techs were slammed,Mike jumped in and swapped it out for me in 110° heat. That is Service!!!

This place is wonderful! They have honesty and integrity, a rare thing these days especially in this industry. My son had a flat tire and they could have sold him a new one but instead they fixed the tire, saving him a lot of money. They put the tire back on for him and said no charge. 🙂
This has been the worst location for car service in my life and all my cars. First, a basic oil change will run you $50+. Second, I had tires not meet the manufacturer stated mileage, but when I was told my tires were at the ware mark, there was no where to find the manufacturer mileage on their system. I, the customer, had to do my research and show them the manufacturer mileage in order for me to receive a prorated rate for similar tires. Third, I dropped my car off at 830 am knowing I had an appointment at 930 am. Basic tire rotate, balance and align. I get there and they cannot find my appointment. I have the email confirmation of my appointment. I get told oh well it doesnt matter since youre dropping your car off anyways. We will get to it. Its now 4 hours after I dropped it off and I call to see what is happening. From David I get this well, its waiting for an alignment. I can call you when its done. Really? 4 hours? Should have been done 2 hours ago! And this isnt the first time I have gotten an attitude or snide remark from David.This place is a joke. The only reason they have business is because its a small town.I would recommend anyone else in town besides Big O. Tireman has better deals and honest people. Discount is more prompt than Big O. Small mom and pop repair shops are more reliable then them. If you need specific recommendations on who to go to, please reach out to me and I will give you everyone else better than them.

Big O makes you feel like you are part of the family. Zach, Dave, Maddie, Todd all work in the front so when you walk in they are the first ones that greet you and help you with your problem. They get you in and out very promptly! They also have great deals on tires certain times of the year watch for the sales, buy 2 get 2 free!! Its a deal. The guys in the back are just as good and friendly, if you just need air in your tires theyre glad to help you with that. I took my car for an oil change and they put air in all the tires. I got home and my airlight on my dash came on so I went back and they checked the tire pressure and one of the tires only had 14 lb so they looked into it and I had a valve stem leaking. No questions asked they just took the car in and got me out within a half hour. Very good customer service!!!! Very nice staff at big o tires!!

They replaced my 2 flat tires... after a CALIFORNIA DULLY RAN ME OFF THE ROAD. DONT STOP TO HELP A 60 YR OLD LADY. Your fault passing, in no passing zone, should have stayed in my lane... guess 1 car better than a 3 car pile up... thanks Big O, you always take care of us!!!
Brought my HHR in today at 1:30 thinking that they probably are gonna laugh and say they couldnt get to me cuz its Friday afternoon and so on.. not the case.. they squeezed me in and not only diagnosed my A/C issue for only 30 bucks and found the problems but are fixing it parts and labor including the 30 to diagnose for less than 160. A BIG O thank you to you guys its refreshing to know there are still honest mechanics out there with integrity

I wanted the tires rotated, balanced, a leaky tire fixed, and a tire sensor repaired. I paid an Uber to get me too and from and all they did was rotate the tires and told me to come back for the rest. Nope, wont be coming back. My time is precious and you waisted it.

May 13, 2021 was my first trip to Big O tires in several years, my truck needed front end alignment and a couple of other things
I thought I needed to overnight some paperwork to my lawyer. They saved me a TON of money on that one! They also took my stress over the timlieness required away by making some very helpful suggestions! Much cheaper than the place by Goodwill.

Im not usually the review type, but this time I had to write one. First, last week I was leaving California and got a flat the morning I was getting on the road. Big O in Huntington Beach patched my tire for FREE and smiled and said thank you for being a loyal customer. Then I get to Lake Havasu and my truck in Lake Havasu had a bad valve stem. So I go to Big O in Havasu and tell the guy this was my second valve stem that went bad in the last 2 months and can he please replace them all. They were busy as usual and when they were done he said thank you its on the house, thanks for being a loyal customer. Well shoot, Im definitely a loyal customer now, lol. Good job guys. Its nice to know some businesses value good old fashion customer service. Ill be back again and again and again.

We broke down while visiting Lake Havasu on Saturday, August 22, 2020. We were able to limp to Big O hoping they could help us. They were obviously very busy and yet their counterman Dave Bell helped right away. He really made us feel that our problem was his priority. He told us very busy, but theyd do their best to get us repaired that day, he even went and got my wife a bottle of cold water and checked in on us regularly while they were making the repair. They got the repair done that day, got us back on the road, and we felt the price was reasonable too!Note, if they hadnt been able to get us repaired that day wed have had to stay through Monday (needless to say) without a vehicle, so fitting us in was huge. Great place for Tires and Service. I have had them install tires on 2 of my cars and the price was Great and it was done fast. They have also installed shocks and air assisted bags for my lift (used when towing a trailer). They do Great work and have good prices. I have used Chris and my sales associate and he is super friendly and helpful. They have even dropped me off and picked me up at my house while my car was being worked on. I highly recommend them.

Went here with my sister that was having a rough time with her tire. She was pretty stressed out but the dude Dave Bell that was helping her out made things seem so much smoother. He was able to turn her stressed frown upside down with his friendliness. He was making us laugh and was actually really caring too. After walking away to wait in lobby for tires, she and i both commented that we felt lucky to have someone that was so cheerful and that it would have been a bummer if we ended up with the dude next to him that seemed miserable. So shout out to Dave Bell for having such a positive additude. I plan to take my car there next time im in town if i have any tire issues.

I took my trailer tire into Big O, as it had a slow leak. The tire was immediately repaired, AND at no charge. Zack and David got me in and out in less than 1/2 hour, and they were busy!Even though Big O had the opportunity to charge me excessively, they did NOT! As a tourist, I appreciate that.The tire Tech even carried the tire into my truck.Its nice to see that customer service still exists in places.Thank You, Big O!!
Just came from Big o tires I drive a big truck for a living I just got home and I picked up my stuff from the truck and found out I had a flat 10 minutes before they close they fixed my tire my flat and didnt charge me I want to thank you the guys there they do a great job I always get my service done there good friendly people fast working
I was just passing through- got my oil change done quickly & they recommended needed repairs. The cashier was nice but I wish she would have stressed needed repairs since by the time I got to Phoenix the hose repair they suggested appeared in a big way. A slow coolant leak was much worse when car got hot & I had smoke pouring out of engine. I added water & coolant and drove to Big O Phoenix where they made repairs. I am happy with Big overall and going forward will trust their advice.

Was about to hit the road for a two-day trip this morning. However, when I look down at the right rear tire, I discover a nice big fat nail in it.Immediately went to Big O Tire. Zach & crew, at the front desk, took care of us immediately!Great service great, very impressed!
I went in for a couple of sockets and left buying tires that Davids going to have installed on Wednesday morning. I think the experience whats really good. Will see everybody on Wednesday morning!
By far the best tire shop in town, and the only one I trust with exotic wheels. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and fair. Everyone there knows there stuff, and they go above and beyond in customer service. Shawn in particular has far exceeded any (even unreasonable) expectations I could have had, including researching and running down obsolete parts for a complete rebuild of the front end on my lifted truck.
I took my vehicle in for an oil change and brake check. While there I had tires added. When I picked it up, they gave me a list of items needing replaced. Among which was a serpintine belt saying it was cracking and they wanted $175 for a $30 belt. Everybody knows this is a 10 minute job at best. When I removed the belt, there was not a single crack. What else did they lie about needing. Stay clear.
All I can say about Big O Tire is the greatest place I have take care of my tires, front-end alignment, and information on future upgrades to my vehicles.All so friendly staff .
Had a problem with shock absorbes. Spoke to Katie who instantly understood the problem. She put me on hold for 5 mins came back said Ill have the here tomorrow at 12. My favorite place to get tires and alignments. Outstanding polite and professional staff. Great prices and always working to give you the Price better then the competitors. They get the job done quickly and correctly, and test their work to ensure it before giving you back the keys. Vending machines available while you wait and clean bathrooms. They offer free bottled water. They have awesome rims for sale and many brands of tires to choose from. They are capable of handling all your tire needs. I went to have an alignment done and for a little bit more I signed up for a promotion where I paid that price and if I needed an alignment again any time in the next year I didnt have to oay again, just go in and get it aligned. I have had that promotion 3 times. This is the only place in Havasu I will go for tires or an alignment.

I am overall very positively impressed with your store, service assistance. I am disappointed this morning as I was told a replacement tire would be on the truck to your store this morning to replace the one that was damaged on my CRV. I called this morning and it was not put on the truck and consequently was not in the store this morning so I will have to wait a day to see if it comes tomorrow. The small spare tire was put on my car until the new tire comes in but I am not comfortable driving with it for more that getting back down to your store. I have been without transportation all weekend. I appreciate your shuttle service and Ray is exceptional in his kindness and is a true gentleman. I still think your store and staff are the best and will not let this one inconvenience change my mind about returning for my tire and auto needs. Stuff happens.

I have used the Big O shop for oil changes, alignments, tire rotations, and tire repair. Their employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are good and they often offer coupon savings in the local newspaper. The last time I was in I, had a screw in my R/F tire. It was a busy Monday morning, but they had the tire repaired and I was back on the road in about the 45 minutes. Best of all, they repaired the tire for FREE!!! I will definitely use Big O again in the future!!

Due for an oil change had contacted big O and they stated that they did oil changes and there techs did pretty much all vehicle servicing and they are open Saturday and could do the oil change as a first come first serve basis, I arrived before they opened as many other did. And still was outa there before lunch Katie assisted me in getting the processed and informed me of everything regarding the oil change process and anything I needed to keep an eye on. I have an older car and it’s like my child. They checked my baby out and she still drives like a dream,she is 27 years old but I hope she outlives me. I have faith in her and now also have Faith in Big O Tires.
I went to Big O tire in lake havasu after being sent away from Discount Tire down the road because I had a stud in my tire that was going to go flat at anytime. Discount Tire would not help me unless i bought new tires from them which I would not do, I still had 20k left on the tires I had. I went to Big O and ask for help and was told YES pull up right over here and they immediately fixed my problem. I went inside and asked how much do I owe, the lady said nothing happy to help. The tires on the truck I had then were not even from Big O. My friends and I will be going to Big O for tires and service. They went beyond the call of duty for me. We have gotten tires for all our cars and trucks from Big-O in Lake Havasu! when we got a flat in Las Vegas, they honored the repair there in town. When we had a bit of a shimmy, they found the issue and fixed it asap same day!! the offer to drive us where ever you need, or help pick up or drop off? Astounding! They checked my breaks and said the breaks are fine. Just the light sensor malfunctioned. Need a new switch when ever I decide to get it. No hurry!! Very rude and will rip you off...I know that there is no record of me being there! I came there looking for tires for my car and there was none in stock. I wanted to order them gave the sales person two hundred dollars to pay for them. Never got them, and lost my receipt then they dont know who I am! Lost, Money, receipt and called the store I normally go ttyl and they said I didnt owe any money. Went back to the store in havasu and was told that They dont know what I was talking about. So I went somewhere else in havasu and bought for tires for my car, and they run great!!!

My experience here was excellent. Sarah at the front desk got my car in quickly to assess a leaky tire. Turned out a previous repair by a different shop has developed a slow leak. The technician fixed my tire promptly and did it for free! I can see why locals recommend this shop. Thanks guys!
