Called 3 times to get my estimate nobody bothered to call back. Cole did come right out to measure but that does you no good if they dont give you the measurements right?

The owners made an appointment with me. Helped me select the materials, colors, and durability of the vinyl plank flooring I am interested in. I appreciated the education, and willingness they had to not rush me and explain.

Tile & Carpets Unlimited had a better selection of high quality carpet at a huge savings over the home store. The pricing for moving the furniture was a plus as well. I feel I got better carpet while spending almost $2000 less. Cole and Amanda exceeded our expectations!
