Nautical Watersports is a great place to rent watercraft! We had the best experience from beginning to end. Office staff was wonderful and helpful. And Jake, well you just have to love Jake! He went out of his way to give us the best treatment possible. Our lake adventures would not have been as much fun without Jake and the entire team at Nautical Watersports.I completely recommend them and will definitely be back!

Overall we LOVE renting from Nautical. All employees are kind and courteous, they also try to get you out on the water ASAP. Weve rented from them several times now and have always been happy. Their boats are clean and newer which makes for a great day on the lake. One suggestion. Take your own video when walking the boat prior to departing the boat slip. Weve NEVER had a problem until last time, since theyve started taking their own videos. In my opinion, theyve become quite nit picky and tried to get us for damage to the prop. Thankfully we had an experienced boater with us and in the end didnt need to pay. So, be VERY thorough when doing the inspection.

Above and beyond great customer service from start to finish! Very convenient location and extremely professional employees! When I called to make a reservation the phone was answered promptly, and the details of renting the boat were explained with clarity and efficiency. Easily found the rental office located at the entrance of the boat dock. Cyd had our paperwork ready, was friendly and efficient, and had us out the door in a matter of minutes. Noah then showed us to our boat and competently went over everything we needed to know, and even told us of good fishing spot. Our boat become stuck on the beach due to river water levels dropping rapidly. I called for advice, and Ryan and Noah came right away to help. They were immensely supportive and accommodating, had positive attitudes, and made us feel better about the situation. We were an hour from the boat dock and they didn’t charge us for the assistance that was needed, claiming that it wasn’t our fault, even though this was costly and inconvenient to them! Good, honest people, with an exceptional level of professionalism! Looking forward to renting from them again!

Staff went out of their way to provide my son and I with a great afternoon of jet skiing on the lake. Only one was available initially, but they quickly finished servicing another jet ski so we each had our own. Weather was fantastic, and we had so much fun! The people at the Natical were very friendly and professional. From the person that assisted us on the phone to reserve our boat to the gentalman Ryan Marsh that helped with the boat. this is the second time we rent a boat at the Natical and we just love the place. We rented a Ski boat for 8 people. Rina was friendly at the desk. Nate and Jake were awesome. They gave us a nice new boat. We had a couple of issues on the water and they came right out to help us and we were back on our way within a few minutes. Excellent customer service and a really fun time. We rented a pontoon for 2 days and had a blast! It was one of the first times my husband had driven a pontoon in years and Julian made things so simple. He was so helpful loading everything and answering any question we had. He was even waiting and ready to help us coming back in on both days! Such great service!!

We had such an easy & great experience renting our pontoon boat today. Cyd in the office was so precise about all the expectations and made it a quick and easy process to sign, pay, & head out to our boat. Once we got to the dock area Nate was amazing in helping us prepare for our day on the water, going over the damages that already existed, & how to operate the boat. We ran into one small issue where we couldn’t start the boat (which was completely our fault) & the 2 times we called him he answered right away & was so helpful. Not only was he helpful but he was SO friendly. We appreciated the friendly service we got today so much & everything exceeded our expectations!

I rent from Nautical Watersports a couple times a year. Recently rented a pontoon boat for two days with family. My experience could not have been better with Nautical Watersports. Very nice and helpful staff, the boat was clean and in perfect shape.

Nautical Watersports center is the best place to rent your water fun entertainment. Every time we come to Lake Havasu City we enjoy renting from them. It’s easy, quick and they always explain everything fairly easily. Cyd helped us out a lot and made the process easy. 100% recommend!

After our 2 days on the lake, I completely understand the mixed reviews I read before booking our trip. On the first day, we were greeted by a very friendly, helpful and professional man named Ryan. The other morning staff on both days (didn’t catch names) were also amazing and friendly. But…on the return from our second day, the man who signed us out was unbearably condescending and rude, to both us and the staff that worked for him. It was an unfortunate way to end a pleasant 2 days on the lake. Overall, the boat, the organization and the majority of the staff were good; I would just hope that, if the company owners see this, they would invest some energy into identifying the employees who could use a little help in the customer service (and employee relations) fields.

Julian was the absolute best. He was so thorough and helpful. Nate was amazing and they both were so hot and rocked our world before we left the dock!

Renting at Nautical Watersports is easy. You book online and it’s ready once you arrive. Cydney was very helpful outlining everything that we needed since it was our first time. Also my husband was shown how to use the boat by Twy. He’s a real helpful guy and patient to any questions thrown at him. He gave us a lot of advice outside of how to use the boat so that helped. Overall satisfied with this company

We rented a Crownline today and are having a great time on the water. This boat is brand new and very fun. Barb in the front office was very nice and Ryan gave us a good run down of the boat to get us going fast.

Ryan, Julian and Twyman are great dock hands. The boats are beautiful and it’s in a convenient location with a store. This is our second visit and everyone is always friendly! They answer all questions and give tips and they even fill up your floaty‘s with air. We definitely recommend this location and boat rental facility.

We rented the Crownline Gen 2 for the day and it is a very comfortable boat. Rental experience was great. We stay and rent from the Nautical at least once a year. Highly recommend !

We rented a 24 foot pontoon and had a wonderful day of it. The watercraft was clean, in good condition and operated perfectly. The employees did an excellent job of briefing us on its proper usage and operation while doing everything in their power to assure we had a good time.

Twyman was the bomb.com. He was very knowledgeable, he went above and beyond to explain the functions of the boat and safety procedures. He took his time and did not rush. He answered all of my questions and concerns with great detail! The best experience and service ever! Make sure you ask for Twyman (pronounced Simon with a T) when you get ready to get your watercraft rental.

Before renting from Nautical, I had never rented a boat before. I have rented tritoons from Nautical twice already. I just reserved for a third time. Sydney up front in the office and on the phone informed me about everything I needed to know about the rental process. All fees were explained up front. No surprises. When I speak with Barb I feel Im talking to a family member. The boat was in great shape, exactly as promised. The dock personnel were very friendly, and actually suggested the wake board (said it would be more fun, and it was) instead of the inner tube I rented. It cost more, but just switched it with no extra fee. My whole family had a wonderful time. The staff has made me feel at ease and appreciated every time I rent. That is something I dont get a lot as a customer recently; appreciated. I looked at other reviews that are not very good. Either fees or staff issues. I have not experienced any negatives when renting from Nautical. They are friendly, up front with all fees, and explained everything prior to taking the boat. I would recommend Nautical Water Sports to rent from to anyone.

My family and I rented a pontoon boat for the day, let me tell you our experience was amazing especially renting it from Nautcal watersports center. Ryan Marsh was amazing he gave us all the information needed to have a great day while using the pontoon. I definitely recommend 👌.

We rented a 26” Tritoon for the day (8 hours) but an hour into our ride the material of the roof ripped apart. We boated an hour back for them to repair it or exchange it for another boat. They did not have another boat available so we had to wait for them to repair it. This repair took 3 hours and they refused to give us credit for our lost time (4 hours at this point including the ride back). All we were offered was a 5% discount on the price of gas (which was already 65% higher than else where). They then said that if we gave them a good review we would receive another 5% discount on gas. The only positive is that they were located to other rental companies so our day was not totally ruined.B Boush we

We rented the hourly jet ski for 2 hours and halfway through we had a break down, when we got back to the dock with the jet ski we were given an apology, an explanation of why it happened and a full refund. Fantastic customer service from the dock manager Corey. We appreciated the professionalism of how this situation was handled.

Twyman and Jake made our experience less stressful. Explained everything in detail and answered all our questions. We will definitely be back.

From the moment we booked the boat over a month before hand Ryan went above and beyond to send us a video of the inside of the boat we were interested in to the moment we got there when Twyman helped us get in the boat. He helped load up grandma and sized up the kids with life jackets. Twyman was such an entertaining funny all around nice guy. Cydney at the front, Nate was very helpful and Julian as well! They returned the deposit timely. Accommodated all our requests and the icing on the cake was walking up to the dock and driving away in the boat. No driving in a hot shared van to the marina. So convenient! Excellent service and prices. Highly recommended!

My hubby and I have been coming to Nautical water sports for over 20 years! We usually rent a tri toon . This year our granddaughter who is 4 joined us for the first time. She loved it! The transition from the car to the boat ran smoothly thanks to Twyman and Chris. They were so friendly and helpful! So Eager to help. We felt welcomed and I can honestly say it stood out from all the previous years. Their customer service was Exceptional. Our off loading and docking went smoothly thanks to Julian. I can honestly say this was great teamwork!

TWYMAN is THE MAN - Im an experienced boater, and Twyman made sure we had all the safety equipment we needed. Showed me in detail how to operate the boat, clearly explained from start to finish everything I needed to know, and was even extremely helpful with us loading and unloading the boat. If you are in lake havasu area and looking for a rental for pontoon or jet ski this is your place 10/10 recommend . Chris & Ryan helped me out, really good personalities and went out their way to help my mom grab her sandal that fell in the water.
