Not a great first experience at this store. No choice of waffle cones. Waffle cone stale. Dude had something hanging from his glove while scooping. Very sparse flavor selection. I tend to agree with another review that the focus of this store is on the donut side. Could be poor management. The plus side was a nice patio style sitting area outside. That is so nice when the weather allows. Tables werent clean and well kept; however.

Out of chocolate quarts. Next visit had them. This business is a combination of a Dunkin Donuts and a Baskin Robbins. Seems most effort is in donuts during winter. Expect ice cream side will be better stocked in summer.

Horrible service waited 15 min to order in drive thru and nothing. I drove to get ice cream somewhere else. In these times where restaurants need business you would think customer service would be important.

Horrid customer service. Swore I was never going back but tried one last time and for the 4th time in 6 months out of regular chocolate ice cream and they could care less.

Second time Ive been in and they dont have Rocky Road, and this time no chocolate either. 😐 Who is doing the ordering?
