After going to 3 dealerships in which no salesman walked out to greet us we then went to Leo Martin. Keith walked out and was concerned on what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable with showing us the vehicles in our price range and the style of vehicle we wanted. Keith made the whole experience of buying a vehicle easy and nice. This in addition to the Tilte, reg, doc fees. BAD Form LEO! All dealers have put money into vehicles but that is represented in the price listed. Bait and switch. Be better! Be transparent like most dealers when they put prices online.

Stopped by because my window rolled down and wouldn’t roll back up, I had all of my kids with me and was concerned because more rain was supposed to come our way, I asked about making an appointment and Brian in the service dept could tell I was worried about my window right then. If I could give this place 0 stars I most definitely would. One of the most horrible car buying experiences I have ever been through in my entire life. This dealership pulled my credit twice (which I didn’t authorize). In the process of finalizing the numbers, they informed me that the car was not available for purchase anymore due to an unforeseen mechanical issue. How do you sell a car or post a car for sale that is not properly prepped by a mechanic? I am bewildered and disgusted by their tacky business practices and would advise anyone to just buy a car somewhere else. I also tried to contact the sales manager, general manager, and numerous other individuals asking for clarification and resolution. No response. They call you 100 times when you’re interested in buying a car but fail to contact you when things go array. I wish I would have never found a potential vehicle here or even considered doing business with this place.

Had great experience with Shelby in the service department getting my truck serviced. I was taking it to a different dealership and was disappointed in the service I was receiving.

Your service department is a scam. I will never return. If I wanted an opinion I would have gone to a psychiatrist. I went for a professional diagnostics. I use BG products all the time, both in my fuel and oil, so no Im not having a lets start here opinion when he did no diagnostics but read the code I already found.

Courtney Crumpler is doing her best however this is the third time for the same issue. (P20BB code) Its not her or the dealership. I have only had this vehicle for a bit over 2 months now and the check engine light has been on for most of the time. This last time I picked up the truck and before I got home the check engine light was back on. 17 miles! The dealership is trying but at some point its time to investigate the Texas Lemon Law!

Will NEVER purchase a car or have a car serviced at Leo Martin Chevrolet again. Let me start by saying I have had no issues with my vehicle, no lights on. I have up until this point gotten all of my vehicle services done at Leo Martin. I took it in for an oil change. Went to get into my vehicle after and now my service engine light is on. So they take it to the back to run the error codes. Supposedly now there are things wrong with my car. You would have thought that they checked everything but they literally only had it back there long enough to run the code. The manager told me its just a coincidence. Maybe but that is a pretty convenient coincidence. UPDATE: Took my car to a mechanic, turns out who ever did my oil change, hit something and knocked it loose. Mechanic secured it, light went off, codes are gone. All good.

Don’t waste your time with this dealership! I was searching online for vehicle and Leo Martin Chevrolet seemed to have a matching one. I called April 19, 2021 to ask if the vehicle was still available and I was asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment to go see it, so we scheduled an appointment for the next day April 20th at 7:00pm. I asked that if the vehicle sold or wasn’t available for any reason to call me and let me know because I’m coming from Houston, 60 miles away, and she said not to worry that they were going to have the car washed and ready for me upon arrival. The next day, I get a text message and a call to confirm our appointment, I confirmed assuring that I would be driving be there at 7pm and Brenda assured me the vehicle was ready and set aside just for me, again I asked that if anything changed to let me know ahead of time. I get there at 7pm on April 20th as scheduled, Jerry greets me and asks me if I needed help. I explained that I had an appointment with Brenda to see the specific Traverse. He looked lost and rushed inside to check on the vehicle only to find out that it wasn’t available, supposedly they had lended it to a customer and he mentioned there were no other Traverses to look at. Angry and disappointed that I was promised it would be there for me after driving over an hour, he promised to follow up the next day, which he did. The next morning I get a call from this lady sounding upset that I missed my 7pm appointment and that they had the Traverse and sales team waiting on me. Annoyed, I explained the whole situation, and she was just lost and stated that there were 3 other Traverse vehicles in their dealership. She promised to talk to her manager and get back to me, never heard from her again. Jerry kept following up but at this point I had ZERO interest in doing any business with this dealership. If they make it this hard and confusing to try to see a vehicle, I can’t imagine what it’s like to do any business with them. Now that I had that experience and read other reviews, I’m glad I decided to purchase elsewhere. SMH Leo Martin Chevrolet team. Hope you guys get it together, so unprofessional.

Will never bring my vehicle there again. Tech cant show up on time. Told them I needed a rental because I have to get kids back and fourth to school. No rental. Went 5 days with out my truck. Had to go to the dealership twice to ride with the tech to find noise. Was told something was lodged under the truck that was making the noise but was told that the tech couldnt remember what he removed. The worst experience. They are extremely unorganized and dont communicate with each other. Will definitely take vehicles elsewhere.

I bought a new-to-me car from Leo Martin yesterday and had a very positive experience. I was interested in a specific pre-owned vehicle I had seen on their web site, so my husband and I decided to go check it out. Chris Cueva was there to greet us, took us on a test drive, and answered my questions. I liked the car and decided to move forward with purchasing.Chris was very friendly and made sure my husband and I were comfortable while we waited. I had a payment amount that I wanted to be at; and despite being upside down on my trade-in, Jason Martin and the finance team worked hard to make it happen. This did take a couple hours, but Chris made sure we had drinks and snacks and was pleasant to hang out with.Then it was time to finalize the deal. Jason took us in his office, explained all the benefits, warranties, etc., signed a few papers, and got us outta there.Ultimately, I left with the car I wanted and a deal I was happy with. I really appreciate them working with me to get the payment down where I wanted it. They didn’t have to do that, and they were really nice about it. Very satisfied and would definitely do business with them again.

I brought my 2015 Chevy Captiva in to have the inside drivers side door handle replaced. I had called the previous day and they ordered the part. I got there at 8:15 and Brian told me that the part should be there shortly and they would have it done by early afternoon . The part came in early and they finished the repair by about 9:30 . Drove in. Set up an appointment for the next day. Showed up and was completed in a reasonable amount of time. The only issue was they did not fix the problem that I brought the truck in to get fixed. My starter sometimes sticks and my truck will not start. They could not recreate the problem therefore my problem still exists.

Body shop did a very poor job on fixing my car. I thought being a Chevy dealership I could take my “Chevrolet” Malibu there and have it fixed right, well I was dead wrong. The front door that was put back on, the hinges do not line up, as you can compare to the passenger door (which is factory OEM). They left numerous interior trim parts off my vehicle, including the door jamb, and also just completely neglected to put the weather protection strip back on correctly, and the black weather seals that protects all the wires going into the doors were not put back on. Very poor service, would not recommend to my worst enemy
