Wanna know why people dont go into these places more often? Because of their outrageous prices.. If my visit didnt entail someone else paying you wouldntve caught me here..

Ronnie was very helpful with my boot selection & explaining how to care for the type I bought. The cashier was friendly & quick. The store had a great selection of western wear with competitive prices.

Picked up a pair of steel toe Twisted X desert boots for work. Good price. I would like to go back and buy some cologne called Nashville by the register. Tried some and my wife loved it on me later.

What a crock and a deceptive sales practice.Cinch jeans“Buy 2 and get $20 off”. The fine print says on items over $50. But the sign is on the rack that has $49.95 jeans. Pretty deceptive. And the kids running the store don’t care.Boot Barn is terrible.

I went in to do an exchange and stood there for 5 minutes or less waiting for a manager to come do the process and when she got there she was tapping on a bunch of buttons and finally said “it’s been 30 days, we can’t do the exchange.” Which is fine, no big deal but I work retail also and I didn’t like the way she spoke to me and this isn’t the first rude encounter I have had with the manager ALYSSA.

Alyssa was so attentive and helpful. She made my whole shopping experience pleasant for my first time here. I recommend her, she deserves a raise of how good she was!Clean store too! Thank you Alyssa! :)

My new favorite place for dress and work clothes. Great selection on FRCs and boots. Always a smiling face to help you out. My only complaint would be that its hard to find the correct size on the discount rack. Not organized by size. Small complaint, otherwise would get 5 stars.

Bought some boots wanted to return after 2 weeks and they wouldn’t accept it. I wanted an exchange (not refund) Figured now that we live in a digital world they can determine I bought the boots from there store.

Great place to shop. Got me a fringed suede jacket. Reasonably priced . Bought my boots and hat there. Need anything thats the place to go.

Went and browsed at boots clueless what to buy. One employee flirted with a customer and then another one joined in. Never was asked if I needed help. Even stood around a bit longer on purpose to give them a chance. Oh well.

Didn’t have my size in boots, so they helped me to order them online and they told me they would come in the next day if I ordered them to the store. I paid and it had been a few days, I went up there and told them what happen lady told me “yes sweetie we will give you a call when they arrive” with an attitude then walked off. Another few days passed still haven’t received anything. I called and they said they will have them in today. Showed up, not there.

They have good sales if you frequently stop and look. Theyre always willing to help you find something. They didnt have my size is why they only get 4 stars this time.

I understand making only essential items available but the sexism is astounding. All the mens clothing and boots are open but all womens is blocked. I need work boots but apparently running a business and working outside doing essential business does not allow me to buy boots.

I came in to buty an FR shirt. The customer service on the floor was great. I found the store to be clean, organized and well stocked. However, where it fell apart was checkout. Even with three cashiers, it was painfully slow. It seems that the cashiers are required to ask a line of questions during checkout, which delays the process and backs up the line. There needs to be some major corporate changes in this area to balance out the strong floor customer service.

This place sucks. Theres a good selection of nice products, pretty expensive even for Western wear. The customer service is great, with the multiple employees asking to help you find products. But when you get to check out...a whole nother story. You think Walmart is bad. It will take 20 min to check out regardless of when you go. They need to get it together.

The place is very clean and has a variety of boots and work boots plus country apparel and country style FRC. However, not a good selection for womens FRC clothing or work boots. There wasnt a lot of help around the store, and who was supposed to help me left on lunch without doing anything to order my boots! That got me behind about 40 minutes on chores!

I literally just bought a $150 pair of Ariat boots 2 weeks ago & the second time I wear these boots, I bump the toe into a grocery cart wheel & the toe leather tears. No help from Boot Barn besides, “go buy glue at Walmart.” They should’ve replaced these boots with another pair since these are a couple weeks old & only worn twice but no help.UpDate- Contacted Boot Barn Corporate & the local Store exchanged my torn boots. The Store Management was very professional & Nice. (After the call to corporate) lol
