Felicia was awesome! She is very knowledgeable and makes you feel at home. She can tell you what the best route to go to maximize what you’re getting! I’m definitely going back!

Great atmosphere and friendly service.  I was assisted by the General manager, Ciara Wallas. She did a great job helping me with selecting my glasses. She made me feel comfortable and confident with my selection even going a step further in suggesting I take a picture of myself with the glasses I chose. She was very quick and knowledgeable with their merchandise. I also wanted to say the rest of her staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming when I arrived. Wonderful staff with great customer service skills, with great merchandise!

My husband Roland and I have had a very exceptional visit with Ms. Ciara. She was very professional, polite courteous and witty. I will return to this location for those reasons. I love it💕💕

I pretty much got in & out of the office. The staff was pleasant, but Dr. Stokes was awesome! She explained things in fine detail & found something on my eye the optometrist I had been going to for years never found & told me about. She wanted to make sure the contacts she chose were right for me, you can tell she really cares about her patients. I definitely recommend.

My daughters and I have been into this store twice in the past week. Both times the sales associate has been rude and snippy. I understand that running a business where people need to try on glasses can be stressful during a Pandemic. However, we followed their procedures to a tee and we were kind and friendly. Unfortunately we did not get the same respect in return. We were treated like we were clearly a bother. I will not be returning to this store. From now on we will take our business elsewhere. This is such a shame as I try to shop local to support our local businesses. I only ask for kindness and respect in return. I guess that’s too much to ask at VisionWorks Brazos Mall.

Dr. Stokes is AMAZING. She is wonderful with my young boys and makes the whole eye experience exam very pleasant for me and my kids.

I enjoyed wonderful Christina on my last visit.Christina worked me around not having a necessary appointment and actually fixed my father in laws prescription sunglasses. She used a lot of creativity in getting the glasses to stay in the frames.....and stayed a little late too.Christina also fitted me for my glasses and is patient and knowledgeable.I would wait for Christina when I go in again to get top notch assistance.

Signs up posted that they close at 7pm walked up at 6:18pm and they refused service saying they take their last client at 6:15 because they close at 7pm. If you close at 7pm but stop taking people at 6:15 pm then post that time instead of saying your open til 7pm because clearly your not open til 7pm if your refusing customers at 6:18 pm

The Doctor was awesome. The store obviously needs to be chained off. With a couple at the front of the store chit chatting with Karen I wasnt allowed to look around, as if Im going to steal something. Go somewhere else if possible.

A lens in my new glasses randomly just cracked, without any sort of impact. I ordered new lenses in the polycarbonate version that are stronger. They were due 4 days ago, and I was supposed to receive a text message or phone call when they arrived. I cant even get anyone to pick up the phone at the store, and have not been able to this week. I have now been on hold for 37 minutes listening to this Looney Tunes music. I guess I am going to have to lose time at work to go there and get answers.UPDATE: In response to the owners message. My name is on my review, as is the store information. I am not giving you my phone number, and I will never do business with a national chain again for things that are important.

The lady that greeted us was rude. I realize she was busy but she didnt have to talk to me and my daughter like that. If it wasnt for the second lady that helped us I would have definitely walked out.

Swift, fast and friendly service. My family and I were both greeted and assisted by the GM Mrs. Ciara Thomas. She did a great job of making my son comfortable and confident with the sports glasses he picked out. Super knowledgeable about their inventory and we were in and out in about 15 min flat. Not very impressed with this experience. We have been customers in the past ; but this time it was not so great. The visit with the doctor was completely awesome; she was wonderful!!However, the store visit wasnt so happy. Many, many customers were waiting for service. There were three employees working to assist the customers and it became very apparent that only one of these girls really knew what she was doing. She kept having to abandon her customers to assist her co-workers. Geez! And yes, I understand that new employees need training; but one-on-one during the busiest time of shopping requires more employees to assist customers and train new employees at this same time. They were all very nice girls, just were completely overwhelmed.

Just called to make a appointment for pick up on my daughter and my glasses. The women that answered was rude ! She would not let me finish my question. I will not go back there ! On top that she said she was a manager. Poor management! Don’t know how to talk to customers !

I had a good experience with the sales person She was great . BUT, I PURCHASED A PAIR OF RAY BAN RX SUN GLASSES AND WHEN I LOOKED AT THE ORIG. LENS THAT CAME WITH THEM I NOTICED THAT THE LEN DIDNT HAVE THE RAY BAY LOGO ON THEM . IF I EVER WANTED TO RESALE THEM I CANT SALE THEM AS AUTHENTIC SHADES . I HAVE CALLED AND ASK FOR THE ORIGINAL LENS AND I WAS TOLD THAT THEY DONT RECEIVE THE AUTHENTIC LENS I PAID 160.00 FOR THE FRAMES???????????????????????????? RAY BAN WHATS UP WITH THAT I SEE THAT THEY SALE THE REPLACEMENT LENS ON LINE WHY NOT TO THE VISIONS CENTERS AS I WA TOLD. UPDATED I went back to the eyeglass center and talked to the same lady that sold me my glasses and she did fine and give me the correct lenses Three Star just because didn’t receive the lends upfront MY GLASSES ARE GREAT JUST AS I ASK FOR

Highly recommend them. I wasn’t pushed into looking at certain frames or any of that and was able to take my time to find exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend doing business with Crystal. She is really good at helping you with your glasses as far as asking you what exactly you are wanting on them as far as scratch resistance and what not. Crystal also was able to answer all my questions and actually helped me save money with me buying a pair of glasses and getting my second pair which are prescription sunglasses half off. They aren’t out for your money but want to help you get what you need and help you save if possible.

It was my first time here Stephanie helped me and made the process of picking out frames so easy and comfortable for me! I was so indecisive of what I wanted but she took her time and helped me find a style i liked and in my price range! She was very knowledgeable of the different brands and options for lenses i could chose from! I’ll be recommending this place to friends and family!

We went here to get glasses done for 2 of our kiddos. Employee Crystal was very kind and knowledgeable about the products and insurance. We were able to come pick up the glasses the same day.2 weeks later, someone took my sons glasses and scratched the lenses all up. Yet again, Crystal was able to get the lenses replaced very quickly while we did some shopping. Would recommend Visionworks to all family and friends.

Had an AMAZING experience at this location. Needed a pair of glasses but during a week where funds were low. Deborah was extremely patient and looked up every option, deal, and combo to see what we could make work financially. She was also super knowledgeable on the merchandise and quickly produced numerous frame options once I told her about the type of style I liked. By far this has been my best experience with an eyewear purchase ever. Beyond satisfied with the service provided and I will definitely be returning back to this location for any and every eyewear purchase I will make in the future.

Recently went in to purchase glasses. used to my vision insurance and still it came out to be $350. it wasnt until i got home when i looked at my receipts and i was charged for premium non-glare so i call the store and say what is this charge on my receipts beccause the lady who helped me did not tell me what all i got on my glasses. i will be coming back to get my money. how can you just charge someone something and not even tell them what theyre getting? that was money i could have used for gas i only get paid once a month since my husband passed so i can only afford so much. just ridiculous service and they dont even tell you what youre spending your money on. the womans name on my receipts say ciara- dont let her charge you for something you didnt ask for!!! will be calling their corporate as well!!!

This may start off a little long but thats only because i am very observant and have been to several other locations. the dr side was absolutely fabulous, i believe its dr. kayla stokes who really made me feel comfortable during my whole exam. she showed me pictures of the inside of my eye and the health of it, just an outstanding dr! and cute too! if i could leave her a five star review somehow i would. now this is where it all went south was when i walked to the glasses side. i wasnt greeted and havent been to this new location so i didnt really know where to look at first. shortly after looking around a lady approached me and informed me of promotions. her name was amanda, i told her i wasnt greeted and she immediately apologized which i thanked her (ive been to other visionworks that had much more prompt service) the manager didnt even come to ask if i needed help, asked if i was using insurance and to my knowledge it seemed she just sat at her desk on her phone the whole time when she could have greeted customers. i used to work in customer service for 33 years so i KNOW. well there was only two people working, i assume the manager and amanda. ciara was her name, the manager showed no effort and appears to me she didnt know what she was doing. i observed her adjusting glasses as amanda was helping me with my selection (which thank you to the ONLY employee that helped me), that manager doesnt know what she was doing. i was given a quote for a buy one pair get one free which was in my price range but due to lack of professionalism, poor service, and a manager who cant greet or welcome or approach their customers has no business wearing a general manager name badge. NOW IF you want a fabulous eye exam that is quick and thorough, see Dr. Stokes. i will enjoy my yearly visits with her- but to purchase my glasses- absolutely not!

First off, All Broward Teachers change to DAVIS insurance so you can be taken cared of at Visionworks. I have had the most pleasant experience here. I set my appointment up easily. I am in and out in no time. I was able to trial 2 contacts since the first bothered without a problem. With the insurance it was so much more affordable, compared to other offices. They discounted the appointment and gave me credit for my contact order. Which the order came in, in less than 48 hours. I have had the best experience with the people, the Dr. and my insurance there!

I went in on 05/29 for an eye exam with Dr. Alsalameh, Asma and to receive new contacts as well as glasses. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Debra who assisted me made sure to inform me of the special they were running. She explained everything to me to make sure I had an understanding and what would be the best fit for me. She made sure to be patient and informative. She even told me to take my time and pick out glasses that will make myself happy as well as my contact lens color.
