Had not been in Big Lots for a while so was pleasantly surprised to see it rearranged. The check out was much improved! I had a pleasant shopping experience. The man in the furniture department was very polite and helpful.

Its Big lots what do you expect sometimes you get good deal sometimes you dont nothing to write home about

I used their order online and pick up in store option. It was very quick and service was great. Employees were all friendly and welcoming.

Ever since I was told about their value pack coffee pods (seriously, a 96 count box of coffee pods for US$25?!) I have been going to Big Lots for my monthly supply of morning caffeine. Very friendly people and they greet you when you walk through the door and if I may say the manager Jason is outstanding and he is the kind of person that needs to be in charge in a place like Big Lots. He has that store in order and he keeps it that way and hes a very very caring manager. Top notch in my book and his employees are top knots in my book. Great place to shop

UPDATE: It has now been 5 months and STILL NEVER RECEIVED CALL SAYING THEY WERE BACK IN STOCK. I put my name on the list to be notified once it was back in stock. I was 3rd person on the list. STILL HAVE THIS ENTERTAINMENT ON THE FLOOR TO SELL AS OF 4-22-20. RIDICULOUS!!!!!Been waiting for over 2 months on an entertaining center to come in. Store is clean, organized and staff is very friendly. Ridiculous to have furniture for sale that is never in stock.

I go once a month and pick up great deals. The employees are very helpful and polite. This is a great place to save money.

I went to Big Lots for popsicles and walked away with 9ft. Umbrella, a side table, chair cushions, an ottoman also. I could not pass up the prices. Just love going there! Staff great. Spent $114. Will visit again. For popsicles!

Things were easy to find and very affordable. The cashier was very efficient and courteous. But you really needed at least one more cashier.

There is always neat items here and priced reasonable. The staff was a delight!

Bought a table last month 4 chairs and a bench seat. Have had 6 screws come out ther past few days. I left my recipt so my husband could pick up the table after work so I no longer have that. They refuse to return it for exchange. :(
