This store has a greeter named Taylor & he has become the sunshine in my day. He is always filled with positive energy. He says hello to everyone coming in & goodbye to everyone leaving. You can FEEL the smile under the mask. He cheerfully disinfects carts for customers as he starts up cheerful banter. Im so impressed by him that I went out of my way to stop in today to get his photo. Please stop in this store & say hello to Taylor. In this crazy time were living in we need more people like him. ❤️

Target Lake Mary is my absolute favorite place to shop. I tell everyone about the circle offers from the Target app. There are always great deals to chose from also. The customer service is exceptional and that is hard to find these days.

Purchased and payed for an Xbox online, called the store to confirm I had it, spoke to a girl named Tiffany who said she was looking at my Xbox and I was okay to drive over there from over an hour away to get it. Get to the store and they had canceled my order within the hour (which I payed for) and given it away. Then Celeste at customer service refused to help me find one at another location, or refund my $100 gift card i had used to buy the Xbox. It wasnt until Kelly came to help was any progress made, avoid this store at all costs, the altamonte store was far superior in cleanliness and customer service.

Couldnt find cargo shorts in my size. Couldnt find a lot of things. Their clothes are getting smaller and theyre going to stop catering to heavyset people.
The customer service was fantastic. I want to specifically recognize Jermey. I had an online pickup order today for an accent chair. I was sure it would fit in the back of my suv. However when he went to load it I needed to put down the back row chair and could not get the base of the car seat out. Instead of being upset with the hold up on my end he offers to help a d got it undone and loaded in minutes. He really went above and beyond. Thankful for all the smiley faces every time I shop here.
Target needs to do better. Having fittings rooms closed but bathrooms open makes no sense. I know it’s not a big issue but there’s far more bacteria and germs where everyone does their business and we’re already touching the clothes as we go through the store. For crying out loud the gym I go is fully open, showers, sauna, you got it. Not comfortable using it? Then don’t. We can decide for ourselves what services we’re okay with using. There’s no research supporting closed fitting rooms save lives. Thanks

Not just because they always have the best Clarence deals (lol) but the service at checkout is always super friendly ..Michael ( older white gentleman $ is so friendly he makes me want to shop some more lol! As a black woman when I’m being attended to by a white person I Try not to have any internal defenses ..but the moment Michael saw me he waved me over to ring up my purchases. I felt so at ease 😁We all need to feel like this no matter our cultural differences..thanks Michael for making my day! It’s the little things !!!

Drove to this location for grocery pick up, there is no other large target near me . Came home and was missing about 5 items. The whole bag was left behind . This is very much an inconvenience to me because the groceries that were missing were very much needed now. And now i have to go into another store to get these items. Moral of the story is i try to not go into stores as much as possible bc of COVID so i do grocery pick up. I wouldnt even bother if i knew i wouldnt be getting the items i paid for.

Each time I have been there its been clean, well stocked, and well organized. Medical supply section is decent, so if your usual (pharmacy) store runs out of something, try stopping by Target!

Target has a plethora of products for all of your needs in a reasonable price range. By far the best store that truly can offer a one stop shop. They have an extremely large selection of organic product, that is priced the best in comparison to its larger competitors. Their dollar bins offer fantastic solutions for quick projects for home and school. The new app now makes it super easy to order your shipt order, combine your Target Circle promotions and gift card promotions at the same time, plus since you can see exactly what you are spending, you can keep yourself within budget.
The first store (many months ago) around to require masks, kudos. Very clean and friendly workers, prices could be better though.
Stopped for fresh cup of joe soon as we walked in which is always nice..Got everything we needed in one shot the cashier was excellent..A worker stopped to help when he saw us looking at air fryers he was knowlegable answered our questions politely an was very helpful to us regarding the new air fryer we bought..seems hed bought one recently also..will deff go out of the way to go this Target again!!

Regardless of needing something quickly or needing to do alot of shopping, Target is my go-to. On this particular trip I went to get my annual flu shot. I went to the pharmacy and was quickly rung up and within ten minutes I had my free shot, $5 gift card as their promo and was out the door.My other experiences have always been just as good. The staff is much better than their competitor and they are focused on taking care of the consumers needs.

Awesome service! I just got back from vacation and lost my suitcase with all of my makeup in it. I needed replacements FAST to hold me over until my suitcase gets delivered. I was very happy that I didnt need to go into the store without makeup on. So happy that this service exists!
One thing about this pharmacy is that Several times this year they havent had enough medication to fill some of my scripts.So instead of getting a months supply its only been enough for 20, 25 days.Its take the amount they have or wait several days to get the correct amount.Some medications you cant go for days without taking them.If you take what they have, you cant go back an get the rest.I have to make an earlier appointment with doctor which causes some problems.It shouldnt be that way.Ive never had a pharmacy do business this way in over 20 years.

Went to do school supply / grocery shopping when they opened at 7am to beat the traffic/crowd. Have about $175 worth of stuff in my cart, none of the checkouts are open except self checkout. Older male employee there, half asleep watching over the self check out tells me Im on my own till 8am. Thankfully, another employee in the back said shed have no problem helping me, opened up a register and helped check out.Its pretty stupid how some of these employees who supervise the self check out just sit on their butt the whole time doing nothing, while people with loaded shopping carts need help or assistance. Also, if you work in customer service, dont tell someone they are on their own, pretty common sense.

I go here because they have the best pharmacy, every single person that works in the pharmacist is awesome and very caring. I would hate if I had to go anywhere else. When I have trouble with my insurance company getting them to cover certain things they fight for me.

I have lived in the area for 4 years, constantly shopping at target for their quality and distance. However ive kept silent on the employees constant service and behavior to where tonight will be the last straw, although the employees may say o well just another customer, i hope the target upper management (hdq) will read this and take this into consideration as serious as bathrooms. ive been shopping at target for years, became a redcard holder etc. however this lake mary location, has been quite interesting in the sense of being watched when am in the store either alone or with my 3 young children, to being told that the reason my card did not work was because it was a EBT card, however it was a Bank of America debit card. I have been offended to assume i was using EBT, to being a single mother struggling, but tonight the customer service reached a new low. since the drive up option was available i was able to avoid the staring eyes and unnecessary comments by their employees to buy targets products at the location. however tonight i bought a simple pack of water on the drive up target app, which has been reliable, 1 hour i waited and wonder why my order wasnt ready, needless to say i called and was told that the order was not in the system. I went into the store in the 2 hour mark and was faced with a nonchalant shift lead Ashley whom obviously gave no care or offered to fix the problem. Her explanation was that it was not in her system and i would get it the next day once it showed, although i showed her that my phone app said charged and waiting. Ashley did not care and with a nonchalant attitude told me to go get the water, pay again and cancel it on my phone, which i thought defeated the purpose of a drive up from the moment i walked it in, she should had empathy to offer to get the water and complete the transaction where she was. If anyone knows this store is not a quick walk to get to the water and being that she did not offer, it felt lazy to ask the customer to go get it. very offended and if your a minority beware.

I actually work in the area (like 2 mins from this location) and every time I go to this store I don’t feel welcome. I just left there and the cashier put my receipt on the counter and dropped my change in my hand as if she was trying not to touch her hand with mine. The Publix next door is the same. I find myself going to the cashier that looks like me so I don’t have to feel awkward and unwanted. I keep giving this location a chance but they need a lesson in dealing with customers of different ethnicities. I know this is a wealthy neighborhood but my money spends the same. I love Target in any area but I won’t be coming here again!! I actually felt bad leaving..
A relaxing Shopping experience with clean well laid-out store plenty of lanes open and knowledgeable people in the store to help you. Love the discounts sales and the 5% off everything just for using the Target debit card.

Today, I needed help and Target worker on the department next to where I needed help came over and help me resulting in me buying the item.Very friendly and helpful staff on the floor and checkout.
Worst experience in a Target ever. Not only was I insulted by the older gentleman who was our cashier, (I always show the utmost respect to my elders, but this mans tone was condescending) but the management staff was clueless about their own coupon policies. The shift manager, Alex, was polite enough but refused to follow the policies clearly listed on the Target website. He began by telling me that I couldnt use two manufacturers coupons because they read one coupon per purchase. This was false because every coupon states that - what it means is that I can only use one manufacturers coupon per item purchased - the coupon didnt have a limit as to how many actual coupons I could use in a single transaction. (Targets policy is only 4 like coupons - I was well within this policy). When I asked him to show me exactly where it said I couldnt use the coupons I had, he read me a portion of the coupon policy that was in no way applicable to the situation. When we asked to speak to the actual manager, he called over Christian, who was even more clueless. Christian tried to explain to me that I couldnt use all the coupons because the store takes a loss when people use coupons. This statement is completely false. Stores make more money on those of us who use coupons than cash paying customers. Each coupon is turned over to the manufacturer and the store is paid its face value plus an 8-10 cent handling fee. When I tried to explain this to him, he cut me off and began to study the coupons. I played within the rules. I stacked one manufacturer coupon and one target coupon per each item I was purchasing and I wasnt using more coupons than allowed. The entire situation was embarrassing. There were other customers forming a line behind us gawking. I find the situation ridiculous and unnecessary. A truly disappointing experience.

I avoid this Target because of the unsafe crosswalk. As a parent, I find it incredibly stressful to enter and leave this store. Most cars just don’t want to stop for pedestrians, even when you’re crossing with children. I frequent the store in Sanford.
This target was clean and organized but all the produce I bought want bad with in like 2 days and it what I did get to eat wasnt very good. Not to mention the selection was terrible. And at the check out I heard a cashier basically make a customer get red card and then tell out that she hit her quota. When I tried to tell her they should offer more produce she started giving me directions to the super target. She just completely disregaurded what I actually had to say. Ill probably never go back.

Always have a good experience when I go to Target some prices are better than others but overall I dont really have any complaints Target is a good place to shop and I am just another satisfied customer they have a nice variety depends on what youre looking for and the people are pretty helpful and courteous and I get you in and out as quickly as possible makes a good shopping choice so yes Target is okay in my book you can get anything that you need from there whether its groceries or clothing or movies or Electronics you know from Children to adults you can get any any number of different great selections and its just nice oh and I almost forgot about Starbucks in most of them and I really like that too its nice being able to stop there and and get a caramel macchiato or you know anything like that its a good choice once again I have no complaints

This is longer than I expected:Never thought Id be giving a bad review to Target, but here we go. Went in looking for hair locking gel for dreads only to run into an issue weve had with most supermarkets the Black Haircare selection is minimized to a single corner with about three brands to select from (while there were rows of white hair care products).While its frustrating, were use to that at this point. I decided to go ahead and ensure I didnt look over the products and ask for help. An older woman who was manning self check out was very nice enough ask take me over to customer service for assistance. One of the women with short brown hair suggested calling someone who was already in the section; however, a blonde whites woman jumped in and said You know what, ask Miracle under the assumption that Miracle (the one Black woman who was doing her job somewhere else that is not beauty). Blondie decided to inconvenience a Black woman who wasnt working the department because only the black girl would know what the Black folks are asking for.
The employees are friendly and you always see one stocking the shelves or tidying the isle.
Because I can order stuff and my husband can just go pick it up. With out messing it up.
