The bagels were excellent but the service was a bit slow. The place was packed, but things were being kept clean and maintained. My husband and I both had bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel and it was delicious. They offer ordering on several apps and in store pick up and that seemed much quicker if youre in a rush.

I purchased a Ruben Sandwich and a large coffee today, the food was made really fast. I love the taste of the coffee although its a little too light for me. You can customize your order in many ways, very thoughtful! This Ruben Sandwich is Soooo Goooood! It blew me away, each ingredient tastes amazing, very high quality ingredients. Together in my mouth its a boomb of flavors! I almost cried out. This is the best Ruben Ive ever had in my life. Thank you!

I had the BEST bagel of my life here! Ordered an egg and cheese bagel sandwich and it was the BEST! Cashier was nice and friendly and the bagel was made super fast. Would definitely drive the 45 minutes just to come here again.

Waited way too long for just 3 bagels with cream cheese. Tip: get the cream cheese on the side because they will put way too much and make it impossible to eat without making a mess. Bagels are okay, at least they are fresh and they have some good coffee (and water).

Seriously the best bagels in central Florida. If youre hooked on the delis in NYC, this should be your fix until your next trip to the Big Apple. Great for breakfast and lunch, but the hidden gem is in their coffee lineup, both cold and hot. Need a strong start to your morning? Brooklyn has to be where it begins.

This is the closest to NY bagels as I have had in the Metro Orlando area. Good bagel flavor options and cream cheeses.

We drove a long way to experience Brooklyn Water Bagels since we don’t have one on our side of town. One of our bacon, egg and cheese bagels was amazing! The other was burned to the point it should have been caught before it was served. The service really could use some work - they seemed very annoyed to have customers. No welcome, no thanks, no smile. They were more interested in cleaning up the store to leave 45 minutes before they closed than being open for business. Oh well!

We visited this place for the first time today, we live in Deltona so I didnt even know this hidden gem was here. The bagel was delicious, we have been to New York and we loved there bagels here more. I gave them a 5 stars based on the bagels but I definitely want to return and try out other menu items.

Best bagel sandwiches Ive had but can you really go with bagels

The food was good, but we ordered a plain bagel and a bagel with cheese, egg and bacon. The first time they gave us 2 plain bagels. Went back in and they fixed it, got back to the car and they gave us a salt bagel and a bagel with cheese and egg, but no bacon so I had to go back in again to get the bacon for my sandwich.

Fresh, hot bagels and even with line of 15 people was in and out with a bakers dozen in less the 5 minutes. Quick and delicious every time.

I love Brooklyn Bagel in Lake Mary.The bagels are delicious, as are the huge various flavored muffins,and cookies too.The service is always first rate. You are greeted immediately upon entering with a smile, and the dining area is light, bright, and the employees continually go around making sure it is clean and and that utensils, cups, and condiments are filled.I love their fresh chicken salad, tuna salad, and Turkey breast.My friends are fans of their egg salad, and corned beef.Hennessy is one of their full time associates,and she does a superb job at working the front counter. Knowledgeable, and very personable, as is their warm and friendly store managerTonnia.It’s a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with delicious food!They have outside seating too!

Staff is great, food is great and you can watch them make their bagels.....my go to breakfast place.

Very simplified place, but the food is great! The bagels aren’t typical like everywhere else. You actually get the top piece on the top and bottom of the sandwich. The muffins are amazing, the apple cinnamon actually has pieces of apple in it.Definitely a regular place I want to try everything on the menu. Plus, the prices are very reasonable for the portions.

This is what I call truly sad...A DRY BAGEL WITH A EGG!!! I ordered a bagel with extra cheese and light butter and this is what i get when i get home and open my bag.. Then I call to tell them about it and they get really nasty with me over the phone as if it was my fault it was made this way..lol.. This place is a Joke now!!. I stopped coming here for a few months because last time I was in here I watched one of the guys stick his bare hand inside the bucket he was carrying to refill one of the ice coffees m.How gross is that . So I never order the ice coffees no more which I used to love. Im just really glad this happened today cause now I know to just avoid this place cause clearly they dont really care what they do at this place thats why they have very young people working cause they probably dont pay them much hourly so they could care less about this job. The one in winter park is totally different. Smaller but much friendlier and definitely more sanitary and respectful..

Their bagels are the real deal and the bagel sandwiches are excellent and very filling. Whats needed is some visible leadership on the front line. Mobil orders can be painfully slow. Add a director like the ringmaster in a circus and theyll reach new heights.

Best iced coffee around. Key is they use frozen coffee cubes at their ice. Its good, strong, a lot of flavor and cold. The bagels speak for themselves.... 😀

Great place for quick bagel. Go in the morning though. The afternoon bagel doesnt taste as fresh as the morning ones. They may make it in the morning and leave them out until used. The egg sandwiches are where its at. I dont have a picture of it but its pic worthy. Not enough salmon in their lox as you can see from my picture but its still good. The bagel was hard though. Still soft on the middle just the outside was harder than how they are in the morning.

Ordered a Williamsburg sandwich. It is lox and bagel. We ordered it on an onion bagel. I missed having capers. We also had an apple cinnamon muffin. It was great! The store was clean and the service fast and friendly.

Management reached out to me and asked me to give them another chance. Went in yesterday, bagels were fresh and the staff was quick to help.

Stopped here for lunch and tried the Reuben on a bagel instead of rye bread. Extremely tasty and flavorful. This is our 2nd visit and the food and service has been excellent on both occasions. Well be back! 😎

LOVE the bagels...simply the best! My favorite is the everything bagel with the scallion creme cheese :). The sandwiches are great too and a treat for sure when we get to go which is good we dont live closer or Id be going everyday.

Im from Jersey and ordered the Jersey boys bagel, well the taylor ham wasnt actually taylor brand ham, which I expect being from Jersey as nothing else compares, and the egg was oddly mushy and scrambled. I would of preferred an egg over easy or at least asked how I wanted it. These eggs basically ruined the sandwhich. The bagel was definetly pretty good and close to what Im used to. Next time I might stick to a cream cheese bagel. Coffee was really good though got the iced mocha. Wish I could have seen them making bagels the setup looked really cool.

Great place for bagels they taste great and they have a good selection and me being from up North its kind of like a little bit of Home down here in Florida.

Even though the cashier was nice their manager has no people skills. How unprofessional is it that she is yelling at them saying shut up and work really? I am an operations manager and I have NEVER raised my voice when speaking to my employees, they are people, we are all the same. Also, the coffee was luke warm, it wasnt hot like its supposed to be. Again, the food was good. It was our first time visiting.

This place is amazing! they have great bagels, but what really puts them over the top is their coffee selection. From coffee ice cubes to unique blends with cinnamon, vanilla, and coconut, Brooklyn Water Bagel is the bomb.

Had a bad experience at this location this morning.The staff were very rude, sad, I’ve been a client since they opened, but my business doesn’t matter is how I was made to feel today.It’s a shame that such a great business is being managed so poorly..Staff seem more annoyed than appreciative of its customers..

Best bagels Ive had in a VERY LONG TIME! I actually didnt realize this place was here until a recent doctors visit oh, and I made a wrong turn into the wrong parking lot . Thank God for some mistakes ! Theres an Einstein bagel closer to me, which wont be seeing me anymore! I will absolutely go out of my way to come to the Brooklyn Bagel store. These bagels are by far superior to anything Einstein ever puts out.

I think we tried most of the bagels in Central Florida.. This place makes it perfect.. We hade the Williamsburg bagel and it was excellent . We are choosy with the coffee. And drinking only from espresso machines.. But this time the coffee was surprising good. I went inside to take another dozen bagels before we leave .. Good bye Einstein bagels.. My order was very simple.I wanted a toasted Asiago bagel with cream cheese. Omelette with green peppers & provolone added & home Fries.They informed us they only have 3 choices of cheese. That’s fine. No cheese but I’ll keep the green peppers in my omelette & home fries .I get home ready to eat, bagel is cold aka not toasted, no home fries but they gave me two frozen hasbrowns. & the eggs, no other way to describe them other then from McDonald’s. Aka the hasbrowns and eggs are completely just made from frozen. Wouldn’t be much of a problem if they could have specified that they do not make their own eggs there & there are no green peppers & no home fries but only from frozen hash browns.I could have easily found something else from the menu. I tried calling but of course the line was busy each time I tried.10/10 disappointed & hungry.

I have been coming to this place for four years now ..still the BEST bagels in the state of Fla, (Im from NY i know good bagels!!) Today I took my son( we come from New Smyrna for these bagels 🥯) bagels were GREAT but the black and white cookies were stale and the amount of flies and flying bugs by the soda/ coffee area was kinda gross 😝

This place is often very busy in the morning- for a good reason. Standing in the usual line is a fun experience. Watching the special bagel-making machine punch out a bagel every second is entertaining. The selection of freshly-made bagels is large. The bagels are properly boiled, a step that is missed by other area bagel-makers. The result is a proper, soft bagel with a nice, slightly chewy exterior, similar to New York bagels. The sesame and poppy seed versions are completely covered (top and bottom) with crunchy seeds. If you are a fan of great bagels (or want to become one), visit Brooklyn Water Bagel!

I love the bagels but I wont be back. I went in Sat morning and was informed very rudely you cant be in here without a mask. I could have given her my ADA status in regard to masks. But TBH, I dont want someone with her attitude handling my food.

Staff is always unfriendly, they have far too many people eating inside to be safe, have gotten my order wrong multiple times. I’ve given this location a try three times because it’s closest to my house but I’m avoiding it from now. If you really want a bagel I recommend Bagel King or the other Brooklyn Water Bagel on University.

This is the best coffee in Lake Mary... forget about that overpriced place with the green and white logo, this is way better. Theres a flavor called Infusion thats unmatched anywhere else.Most Saturday mornings I order a coffee and a bagel sandwich via their app. 90% of the time its ready before I arrive, and if its not the wait is usually less than 60 seconds. All but in one instance, Its exactly what I ordered with good service, good quality and no delay.My only complaint is the hours. If you want a good coffee after 3:00pm in Lake Mary, youre out of luck. Get here before the close.

If you’re looking for good customer service then turn around because this place ain’t it! First of all, I asked for a non toasted bagel but I got a bagel with melted butter and that was smoking hot! Wonder where that came from? Also the lady got mad when me and my party were standing outside. They told her where we were and she said, “Of course they are!” in the most nasty tone! I understand people are rattled with COVID-19 but the least the employees can do is be a little considerate and nice!

These are the best Bagels you will find outside of New York, any review that says otherwise is because they have never had a real Bagel before. A bagel must be boiled before it is baked. Most in Florida are not ( rolls with holes)Sadly people dont realize that and actually think Einstein makes Bagels. Im a salt bagel fanatic.. I prefer mine on the brown side with less salt..( hint hint ) makes them like a soft pretzel...great with beer...

This place USED to be amazing. My family came religiously, however since new management has taken over and the previous Manager Frankie is no longer there this place has seriously gone downhill. Service, food and customer service of how to run the place. She ran a tight ship, had everything stocked at all times and always put the customer first. Now however, it takes over 20 mins to get your order of two bagels. I hope they get it together soon because we love this place but will definitely take our business elsewhere if it continues.

Its been a long time and Wow!! Either I forgot or it really improved. The coffee was better than coffee shop delicious!! And we shared a toasted bagel with cream cheese to die for. Its back on our favorite list!

Nope. Only thing Brooklyn about this was the attitude. Bagel itself was decent enough, but way over priced! Super hot. Yes you want a hot sandwich but this was not achieved through normal cooking. When buying down, the whole, lava of an egg comes pouring on your hand. Dont fall for this name expecting a Brooklyn deli breakfast sandwich.

The only bad thing to say is that they close at 3. other than that, everything about this place is wonderful. staff is friendly and the food tastes AMAZING (try the egg and cheese bagel, but substitute the plain bagel for a cinnamon crunch one. i promise youll be addicted).

The bagels are 5 star. They lose a star on the rest of their food though. But back to the bagels. The bagels are the best Ive had in the state. They are made fresh on-site daily. You get to watch them making the bagels! Its pretty fun!Back to the food. The food is pretty good, but there are some problems. #1 their eggs are microwaved to the relative temperature of the sun. The lunch sandwiches are ok, but overpriced. Very easy to recommend the bagels to anyone. The lunch is a little more hit or miss.

No I’m writing this here because I do not know where the issue is but, I’m assuming it’s the business being the bags were stapled together. During these times I’ve been trying to support the local business small or large but, it’s getting to the point no one can properly do their job. I ordered a the Brooklyn brunch on the Uber app, was supposed to come with 6 bagels, 6 Cheese eggs, 2 sausage and 8 bacon + orange juice, hash browns and cream cheese... what I received was 6 hockey pucks of eggs and 2 sausage patties + hash browns in one bag and the other the blueberry muffin I also ordered. How in the world does a bagel company forget to pack the bagels and cream cheese + other items? Try to blame Uber when in fact the order was stapled together so who should they know? Last time I ever order from here and honestly is this is the junk they serve I’ll stick to bagel king up the block.

I have honestly never been there before, but I did search their online menu and I noticed that they have chocolate egg cream soda. Havent found a restaurant that makes those since I lived in Brooklyn, NY about 60 years ago, so I do have future plans to go in and try it.

EXTREMELY rude managers. Tanya and Christina provided false information on an order and then claimed that Tanya was on the floor sick with the flu during work hours. Management does not hang up on customers nor do they speak like illiterate persons. This is not the first time they have not sent the right order and we’re accommodating about it.
