I called Lake Mary Florist right before they closed on a Saturday for a bouquet to be delivered on Sunday. They happily helped me and created a custom birthday bouquet that was exactly what I was hoping for. I will be ordering from them again. So grateful!

The cost of My flower order was $56.00. My order was canceled by this lady who personally emailed me saying they “were sick” and had to cancel my order then three days later she charged me $88.50. I have tried contacting this lady Deborah Sims on many accounts and no help. Lake Marry police deport is now investigation as her shop has been closed for TWO YEARS. This lady is still taking orders and stealing money. She is a fraud! And will be caught for this. This place isn’t even open DO NOT ORDER from her. Lake Mary police deportment is now involved

One star is one too many. My friends and I ordered flowers from this woman to be delivered to a grieving friend who just lost a loved one. The flowers were meant to be delivered on Friday and by end of day Monday had still not shown up. When we contact the owner she came up with some excuse and said she would refund the money. Weeks later the money has still not been refunded and she is no long answering our messages. Now that Ive read the previous reviews I can see she scams people for a living. This is truly terrible considering so many people order flowers for a grieving loved one! This business website needs to be taken off of Google.

DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST. The store is not open any longer on country club and she works from home. This is a scam and you will not receive your flowers or be able to get in contact with the owner. Several of my friends ordered flowers for a friend and each of us called and email numerous times with no response and no delivered flowers. Dont waste your time.

Good thing I have an alerts on my phone from my credit card company showing me ever time this Lake Mary Florist used my credit card to charge my account for flowers I didnt order. The first order I did place and payed for. Four days later they charge my account and submitted additional charge for $156.00 and then today another charge for $56.oo was alerted from my phone. Called my credit card company the second time and put a block to this Florist. Also changed my credit card account number. American Express is aware of this fraudulent transaction also BBB is now being informed. I give this place a zero for terrible business ethics. But I had to give it a one....just to have this posted....Stay away from this Florist....

What a wonderful shop. I was meet by Debbie, the owner of the shop. What an outstanding personality. She made me feel so comfortable and helped me choose a beautiful bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my Mom. They had a huge variety of very beautiful flowers. The cost was also very reasonable. My Mom was so pleased, she had such an awesome smile on her face when she received her flowers. Thank you Debbie and Lake Mary Florist!

Purchased flowers for my mother’s birthday, and while they arrived on time and looked beautiful, I was charged for 10x the cost of the flowers (in addition to the cost of the flowers) five days later. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!!! I am not the first person to report this sort of problem and I’m sure they will try to get you with their scam as well.

I ordered an arrangement for my moms birthday. I live in Oregon and she lives near by this florist. Not only were the flowers NOT the ones I ordered, but it didnt come with a vase. Instead it was a mason jar. I was told it would be re delivered and it never was. A total waste of money. Oh and the flowers were dead the next day. When I called I was told theyll bloom the next day. Extremely unprofessional . I wish I could post the picture of what was delivered. It is sad people take advantage of others like this

Ordered flowers for Valentines day. Order went through and got a receipt. On Valentines day, my flowers were not delivered had to call them and redo my order,then they were sent out, and my card was charged 2 and a half month later with no warning. I called and was told I was going to get a call back from the owner. That did not happen. There are much better florists in the area. This store is unprofessional and seriously lacks any kind of ownership. Dont waste your time.

My experience was quite great! Called from NYC, for a 4hour time frame delivery, and it went flawless. I cant say how helpful the owner Debbie was.Very pleased, more importantly the reciever of flowers loved them.Thank you Debbie. You shall hear from me very soon.Angel-NYC :)

Do not use this florist, she does not have a store front and is working from home. She has changed her email address so there is no way to get in touch with her and she does not return phone calls or emails. I ordered a specific arrangement on Valentines day and a substitution was made without my being consulted. The arrangement that was delivered did not last 8 hours and the flowers were aged when delivered. Poorest excuse for a florist and no customer service what so ever. I feel as though I was robbed of $72.55 and am contemplating small claims action.

Be sure to only pay cash if you decide to use this florist. Deborah Sims is a crook and a thief and stole $500 out of a bank account of one of her customers. Said she would put it back within 48 hours and 3 weeks later she has blocked this lady and still the money has not been put back. Do yourself a favor and use an honest florist instead.

Worst experience ever. Debbie does not even have patience to hear your question. I have been calling all day to check my status on delivery and she told me that the drivers are out there. At 3PM, she told me, that she does not even have my order. I was like, You gotta be kidding me. And she tells me, that she does not have time to check if she has my order. I told her i sent you an email w/ attached ordered confirmation. She is such a liar and lies that order has not been placed and i have not been charged. My credit card says, that i have been charged and payment has been paid. She lies and does not care about customers. I will NOT recommend this place to anyone.I really hope that i get my money back for the service i have never got.

Ordered Flowers last minute and Debra and her staff were very polite and accommodating to the extent of trying to fit my order in during a very busy valentine holiday rush. Ordered a floral arrangement for delivery, it was never delivered and nobody will answer the phone or return an email. What was once a go-to spot has turned in to a disappointment. One star is too generous.

I ordered a basket that was delivered as promised on July 21. I used my credit card to pay for it. All went well. Some two months later I get a duplicate charge on my credit card on SEPTEMBER 5th! When I called she said it was a bookkeeping error and she would get it reversed ASAP. Never got my money back. Had to file fraud report with my credit card. No way to explain how this happened except they obviously dont protect your credit card information.

I should have come here and read the reviews before placing an online order. In my attempt to give business to a local mom and pop type shop, I chose this florist. When I called to see if my order had been delivered, a very rude woman answered the phone (annoyed that I was calling at 7 pm when they had closed at 5pm - then why answer the phone?? and I was calling that late because I thought there was still a chance my flowers would be delivered). Before I could barely give her the info about my order she said abruptly that they had been delivered and hung up. She knew before I can even utter the rest of the recipient name that they were delivered? And how about a thank you for your patronage or something pleasant instead of being so unprofessional when I just spent money at your shop today?? Never again

Order flowers for delivery on the telephone to surprise the wife for Valentines Day.They delivered the flowers two days early ruining the surprise!Called to complain and got an attitude and an offer to pick up the flowers and refund my money-not the point at all.Guess they cant follow directions.Will not shop there anymore!!!

Order a small bouquet of flowers for my GMA for Christmas, and these fools over charged me by more than $500!!! Ive called 4 times and now and everytime the owner is rude and promises my money will be back in my account within 24 hours and it still isnt!! Im pretty positive she STOLE my money and spent it and now is trying to save her ass and come up with the money.

Awful stay away. Flowers were old and wilted. Shop was disgusting topped off with terrible Customer service. The weeds outside looked healthier than the flowers I received.

Debbie over delivered my first order and it went great I ordered from some where else and the address was wrong so the cancelled my order i called her at 4pm and she personally delivered my flowers to my wife for her bday thanks Debbie for keeping out of the dog house and making this a great day for my wife and i thanks Deb

Terrible! I ordered a wedding bouque for my daughters wedding. Sent pictures and explained exactly what I wanted. I was told when I spoke to the owner she would be arranging the bouque and knew what I wanted. She had the pic I sent her showing exactly what I wanted.The day I went to pick it up I was very disappointed and expressed my concern to her. I got an excuse that the other girl who arranged flowers made the bouque! So I was lied to!?What can you do when you pick up a bouque of flowers the day of a wedding and they are terrible?The flowers on the 2 corsages looked terrible too. Withered and brown around the flowers edges. Not fresh like flowers should look. Just poor quality!I took the wedding bouque and corsages however we ended up using some silk flowers we had and adding them to the real flowers to make the bouque of flowers look more alive and fuller. Like the picture I initially gave to the florist that my daughter wanted!

We ordered a corsage and boutonniere on Tuesday for a prom that was Saturday, when we got there the lady didnt acknowledge us and when someone finally came out it took an extra 30 minutes to receive our items. The flowers were wilting, hot glue was all over the place and it was shoved into a bag and stapled shut. Went back in and asked them to remake it and the remake was just as bad. Needless to say we got a refund and took our services elsewhere

I am displease to be rating this a 1 star, who were my neighbors and friends turned out to want to scam everyone, phone is not being picked up, mother days flower were not delivered, and now what. Its a shame...

HORRIBLE experience! Ordered flowers for a family member to be delivered next day. Got an email confirmation stating that they will be delivered next day. Called day of delivery around 5pm and spoke with owner. She was absolutely terrible to deal with. Insensitive, unprofessional and full of horrible excuses! Told me I was belligerent after I got upset about flowers not being delivered and would not understand as to why I was upset. This florist should not be in business! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!______Not only did my order not go through but the owner had the audacity to give me a call Tuesday morning to make more excuses and tell me to take down my review about her store... I then returned her phone call and she hung up on me and would not pick up the phone after several calls back. Before hanging up, she mentioned that she would go online and write a review about my company (which isnt even open just yet) and stated that name giving me the proof that she did receive my order in her system! Otherwise...how would she know the name of my company? Good job Debbie...you are a real doll. Best of luck to you and your future.

Old flowers, did not look anything like the photo .... the owner advance payment and when I said I was not happy was rude, is not recommend anyone florist, wedding ruined ... I had to buy flowers publix
