Did not buy from them because I found them to be just as expensive as a typical mattress store. They push hard on the fact that they can discount because they are the manufacturer, but I did not find this to be true. Purchased a quality bed elsewhere.

We had recently bought a high end bed in a box from CA (organic etc etc) and after having it only a few months it was already breaking down. With our backs in pain and desperate to find some help we started looking locally. We visited one other local chain and found very limited options. We did some research on OMF and headed over to our local store. We are so glad we did! First of all Melanie is an awesome salesperson! She was excellent on educating us on the quality of the mattresses, the history of the company and the many options available(a double sided mattress was something we wanted but is rare these days). We had great service in the store, with delivery and we are backs are so much happier. You will not find a sale or deals but after the bed in a box store gave us a refund we still only spent half of that and it will last us sooo much longer! Built in the USA, built to last beyond others on the market and a great price! Highly recommended! Go check them out!

I recently bought an orthopedic pillow top mattress and box spring. This is the third time I have purchased this bed. I believe it is the most comfortable and well constructed bed on the market and the fact that it is backed up by a 12 year warranty is a real bonus! The sales person was knowledgeable and friendly and the delivery team were courteous and very efficient. For me and my money, it’s the only place to go for a great bed!

Felt very good about investing in a king mattress. When i left the store i had zero doubts about choosing the right mattress. The advisor in the store listened to what i felt were important issues in a mattress. She waited until I was finished, then took her time explaining differences between all the major mattresses and how that related to the wear ability and comfort of said mattresses. Also how your guarantee stands out. Im a very happy customer and plan on remaining this way for years to come.Great Job!

The best way for me to review the mattress from the Original Mattress Factory is to state that this is our fifth Original Mattress. Why five, you might ask, if they are so great? Well, one for our master bedroom, one for the guest room and one for our daughter. Then we put one in our travel trailer. Our recent purchase is for our 5th wheel trailer. We sleep better. Most long-lasting mattresses I have ever had. In store experience is always relaxed and no pressure. Very easy delivery and set up. Skip those multi-brand mattress stores (ick).

Simply put, only two sided quality mattresses made today. Locally built in Orlando. Surprisingly less expensive because they cut out the middleman. If youre like me and want to cut out the bull, go see them! Very good experience!

I needed a non standard size mattress for a replacement on a day bed. The Original Mattress Factory was able to accommodate my request and manufacture a custom size mattress for me.

Do not purchase a mattress from this company! After a long period of research, comparison and reviews we went and purchased a king size mattress (the second best firmest mattress they had) and box springs from this company in 2013 for more than $1100. We put our faith in the reviews and consumer reports and thought we had a good deal. Little did we know after 18 months our mattress went soft and we spent the next 18 months waking up to aches and pains. This was after going through all our schedules of rotations and flipping of the bed. After discussing this with an original mattress rep we discovered that there was nothing they could do. The warranty only applies to manufacturer defects and of course we receive the reply that all mattresses get soft after a while but in our opinion not after 18 months. So after owning a mattress prior to this one for 10 years we are now researching for a new mattress after 3 years. Let the buyer beware.
