Phenomenal establishment! The employees were knowledgeable and helpful. I do not drink often so I needed assistance in finding something I would enjoy. I gave them ideas of the kind of taste I was looking for and the nailed it! I also found out while walking by a raffle they had going on that their store has raised 11 million dollars to help find a cure for pediatric cancer! If I ever come across or had to chose a place to purchase liquor or any other items the sell I will always chose them. I would drive the extra mile and although their prices are comparable to any other place Ive purchased liquor I would shop their even if their prices were higher. They sell raffles for $5 all proceeds (100%) goes to pediatric cancer. Pls if you are in the area stop by and purchase a raffle. I really like the store the employees are so friendly and helpful you cant ask more from them they do a great job. They also keep the place clean and stocked well. The only thing keeping me from 5 stars is the policy involving the ordering/pickup process. When my wife puts and order in the app they will not let me pick it up unless she is with me. The app doesnt let me log in using her credentials and be under my name and there is no way to add a name, and using the app discounts saves us $10-$20 each trip... so either I can just go and not get the discounts or she has to go along ... its kinda silly. If it gets resolved I will give a full 5 stars.

En route to Daytona Beach, 🤷🏽‍♀️ I stopped by to get some last minute drinks. There were 2 store associates (white female shoulder length brunette and white male brown hair). Both associates greeted and conversed with white patrons, but walked right passed us ( looked in our 👀). And yet, they didn’t engage or greet us. We were greeted by the young lady at the register. I can only assume that based on this experience, you have to be white in order for those employees to do their job. 0 stars wasn’t an option.

Fantastic selection of alcohol I couldnt find elsewhere with neatly sorted aisles. Most likely my go to place to grabs something for a good time.

No Labatt Blue light and their system of viewing the inventory either sucks or she didnt know what she was doing. Either way I left w/o the beers👎🏾👎🏾 I was however able to get DELIVERY from total wine🤷🏾‍♂️

Great store, poor staff or management of staff. Called to ask for a stock check but was told, No, Im too busy right now, I can call you back... no call back. I went in and found what I was looking for and at least three staff members were on the floor available for help. Whoever answered the phone, ya suck.

Customer service was amazing. One employee basically followed me and gave so many great suggestions on what kinds of wine to purchase. Thats was great.

Great prices and good service! Especially compared to Blowhigho! Good specials made me spend less than half of what i would have paid up north and pretty efficient at check out as well. If we had more space in our car, we would have bought more to bootleg back home

I have been a few times to pick up a bottle of wine recommended by their experts in their shop. They have all been really good. I really like it there.

Customer service was excellent. However, two items I was looking for was not in stock and or doesnt carry it at all.

They have our beer but still have to go elsewhere for less costly wines I want.

Tried the curbside for the first time today. It was so easy. You order online, pay, wait for the email that they have picked your order, park and they bring it out. No contact. I actually didnt know I had to wait for an email letting me know that my order was ready so I arrived at the store early. They quickly picked my order and brought it to me. Very nice staff.

They always seem to be out of the cs note acid cigars. Whose ordering maybe we need someone who know how to place orders for items you always runs out of please order correctly.Updated i have to respond back to this from ABC Liquor i always ask but you still seem to not keep these in stock but yet you always out but to fair i dont know how often you order but you always out. Thank you.

Always a great selection of wine and Liquor. Prices are very good join the club and you get coupons. They have samples of wine available. I have seen a great change in ABC over the years and I like them. Customer service was also amazing with answering questions and trying to find specific items on my list.

Im from east st Louis, IL and they showed me the best southern hospitality...the guys in this store are great guys. They are very down to earth and knowledgeable about their products and area.

This was my first visit to this store and I was definitely impressed. It is easy to get to from the highway. It has a large footprint with a fantastic selection. Most importantly, the employees I interacted with while shopping were friendly, and both were very knowledgeable of their spirits. I will definitely visit again if I am in the Lake Mary/Sanford area.

Friendly service when dealing with the guys here. Kim? Not so much. Just bought a $100 bottle of champagne and asked for her help with wrapping it as a gift. It’s a shame her attitude wasn’t as pretty as the way she wrapped up the bottle.

This is the most beautiful liquor store around our area Sanford. Its full of the best of wines liquor and good people. There is many snacks drinks and its very very clean. I do highly recommend this ABC store if you want fine Wines or any other specialties.

Great for finding craft beers. I live in Mount Dora and the ABC here seems to order the cheapest and unknown, which obviously points to a lack of knowledge about beer. I suggest training people that have a a knowledge about beer. It would save me a 1/2 hour drive. Jack Holloway must be spinning in his grave.’( founder of ABC)

I dont drink... Because I do stupid things when I do.. But my husband and I went there for some Fireball, Godiva liqueur, and spiked egg nog. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My husband is legally blind and I dont know my way around a liquor store. They helped us find everything he wanted and although it was very busy, checking out was quick. This was the Friday before Christmas and they obviously planned for a lot of customers. Although I look down a little on people who go into liquor stores (I was raised Southern Baptist) if you are going to go to one... This is the place to go. More selection and better prices than Walgreens.
