First off, wow, the diamonds here are top notch. My partner and I went to many jewelry shops in the area and the quality of diamonds could not touch the ones Kevin showed us. Second, the finished engagement ring is stunning. Kevin did a fantastic job and was so great working with us. Given we are a younger couple, we are sometimes concerned that people won’t take us seriously, however, Kevin spent plenty of time with us and made us feel valued and cared for. This is 100% the place to go!

I stopped by recently to have a couple of necklaces untangled. I was deeply impressed with the kindness and generosity of Mark Hoyt. He repaired my necklaces on the spot, and he even offered to clean my rings complimentary. I could not have asked for better service from Mark. I called from Arizona because I lost my wedding ring originally purchased there. 15 years ago! I did not have the paperwork so Mark had dig in the paperwork dungeon to get the original paperwork so we could duplicate the ring. Now thats five stars right there but to boot he was willing to do it right away. No itll take six weeks or delay. The whole process, from my first call to receiving the new ring was about ten days. We love our rings from Kassab. While we purchased them from the downtown location, we have had them serviced here in Lake O. I had knocked the center stone loose on my engagement ring and stopped in to this store to have it tightened and cleaned. In less than an hour, Kevin called and had both of my rings and my husband’s ready and looking brand new. Mark, the jeweler, does amazing work!!

I couldnt be more impressed with Kassab Jewelers! I brought in some family jewelry to have them assess, so I wasnt disposing of anything expensive, and Mark was so gracious about letting me know if it was costume or not. This business is a testament to Excellent Customer Service.

What a great experience. I spent an enormous amount of time online researching diamonds and many brands of settings. I was about ready to make an online purchase thinking it would be very cost effective, but I wanted to see some of the bands in person before I did. I met with Phillip Susan, who is tremendously knowledgeable and helpful. There was no pressure, and he happily arranged to have several different band styles from various designers delivered to the store for me to see first hand. I ultimately selected a designer band, but decided to have the halo customized. Phillip handled ALL of those details with the designer for me, which was quite a service.I wound up purchasing the diamond from Kasaab too, although I had originally intended to buy one online. Phillip found a Hearts On Fire diamond that was equal in 4C quality to one I had identified online and again, with no pressure, had it sent to the store so I could see it in person. The pricing was right (definitely competitive to the online market, which until then I thought had the lowest costs), and there was no charge for mounting.True customer service at every turn. The ring turned out beautifully, and the appraisal provided when I picked it up made obtaining insurance a snap (Phillip helped with that too). Highly recommended.

Philip is the best! I wanted a specific Tacori ring which I fell in love with years ago. My sweet husband called Philip to arrange for me to have it for Valentines Day, but he only gave a couple weeks notice! Not only did Philip call Tacori and have them rush create the very complicated ring, but my diamond had to be custom fit into the ring, which would delay the process another couple of days. To make this even more difficult, we had a family emergency and I found myself without a car the day the ring came in from Tacori. I told Philip not to worry about the Vday deadline and I would bring it to him in the next day or so, but he wanted me to have it as planned, so he literally came to my house and picked it up and drove it to Portland where the jeweler fit my diamond into the new ring. And even better, it was finished the very next day, which was a few days earlier than expected. Talk about great customer service!! And, hooray, I had just in time for Vday. Happy wife, happy life! Great customer service and a beautiful ring! Thank you!

I was hesitant to leave my wedding ring with someone; anyone! I learned about Kassab in Lake Oswego as a reputable appraiser, so decided to place my trust there. I was very pleased with the cleaning, repair, and upgrade (new stone) to my ring, along with the repurposing of two stones from an heirloom piece to a new pair of earrings. Phillip’s experience with diamonds and jewelry was extremely helpful for advising what would work and look best. The Lake Oswego store is not as busy as a mall or downtown location, and the staff are personable, customer-focused and friendly.

My experience at Kassab Jewelers in Lake Oswego was outstanding. In brief, I brought my Tacori engagement ring into the store after I noticed I had damaged (bent) it. Being new to the Portland area, I searched for a licensed Tacori dealer, and came across Kassab. It was my first experience with Kassab - surely, the first of many!Sandra was so incredibly helpful. She listened to my concerns and immediately took action. She was on the phone with Tacori within minutes & arranged for my ring to be sent back for repair. No detail was left unturned- she confirmed (and re-confirmed) with Tacori when (and how) my ring was to be shipped, repaired & returned. In addition to orchestrating all of this, she noticed my ring appraisal paperwork was lacking some key information & re-appraised my wedding band, engagement ring & my husbands wedding band. She was even willing to stay late to ensure I was able to pick up my rings on the evening they returned to the store. And when I did pick them up, they were as clean and sparkly as the day I got them!All around an incredibly positive, outstanding experience. Top notch customer service.
