Melissa was the friendliest stylist and because she was easy to talk to, she really understood my vision. She is also an expert at pinning the dress so it fits you the way you want it even if their sample sizes are big (i think smallest was a wedding size 6 of 8 that they carry). Vivid bridal is definitely worth going to - I liked their selection on their instagram! Less than an hour away from DC and Susana, the owner, was awesome. It is easy to communicate with them via their texting system. They do have a no-show fee deposit but most bridal stores do that anyways especially since appointments during the pandemic fill up.

I had such a good experience with Shri and Susana when wedding dress shopping! Shri was very sweet and understanding to my budget, helping pick out dresses within the budget but still keeping it very classy and beautiful. Shri and Susana as well had my best interest at heart which made the whole experience much more memorable! I would recommend Vivid Bridal to any brides looking for a safe space to try on beautiful dresses without having to break the bank!

I went to about 7 different bridal shops and probably tried on over 70 dresses. I came across Vivid Bridal Boutique online and saw they had a ton a of dresses to choose from. I booked an appointment to go in just a few hours later. Since it was spur of the moment I came by myself. Right when I walked through the door everyone was so kind. I told them about my past experiences and how I haven’t gotten that wow factor yet. However, there was a dress I really liked at another store but it was over my budget. Shri (Shrinal) and her excellent photography skills, did the impossible! She went out on a whim and chose a dress that was slightly different than what I had been looking for. She called it the wildcard dress. As soon as I put it on I was in love! They went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect dress and I did! Thank you all for making me feel so special!

I went to five bridal boutique consultations, and this place takes the win. Its also where I picked my dress!!First, the style in this store was me to a tee. It had LOTS of lace, beads, and shiny things, and dress shapes, materials, and colors. In addition to great styles, the prices were on the same level as the other boutiques, but I think the quality was higher. Thus, the value for the price was higher here.Secondly, the service was impeccable. My consultant was professional, courteous, detail oriented, assisted me in each dress fitting, and listened to my opinion on the dresses instead of pushing an agenda. She also gave her honest opinion when I had trouble deciding, and ultimately, I chose the right dress. Of all my consultations, this store exceeds all others by far. I highly recommend this boutique!UPDATE: There were multiple fittings before the wedding, which I appreciated. The seamstress did an AMAZING job. Im happy I went to this store for that service. In hindsight, I would have requested the bustled length slightly shorter for the purpose of dancing in the heat, but the photos looked amazing with the length =). They also do cleaning services where they specifically service detailed wedding dresses. Cant wait to get my dress back!

I am so excited to have discovered Vivid Bridal Boutique and have found my wedding dress!! I have had amazing experiences both times at Vivid Bridal Boutique! The customer service and personalized experience at Vivid is exceptional. I had also visited a few bridal shops back in the winter and early Spring which were very nice as well and where you complete an online form with dress preferences and styles. Vivid Bridal Boutique also does this, but what sets them apart in my opinion was a phone call from my stylist, Shri, a few days prior to the appointment to review what I had submitted and discuss things in more detail! This was such great way to start the wedding gown shopping experience and connect even before being in the boutique. Despite having to reschedule my initial appointment twice due to snow, Susana, was always very flexible and accommodating for that process. Their communication and text message feature and updates are very helpful and I have always had pleasant interactions with everyone there, like Susana, Melissa, and Shri. I am so appreciative for all of Shris assistance, support, and patience with helping me find my perfect wedding dress and cant wait for it to arrive!!

Today was my 1st day of gown shopping and it was an AMAZING experience! The boutique was beautiful, the team was waiting at the front with their masks on, ready to greet us, and the process was flawless even with COVID restrictions!My original consultant was Sylvia and she was awesome in communicating with me via email prior to our visit to understand my vision. Unfortunately, she was feeling under the weather today so Ronicka stepped right in and I couldnt have been happier! Our personalities clicked and she made me feel amazing from start to finish. She had all of the gowns I had found online pulled before I even arrived as well as a few of her choice that she thought aligned with my vision...and my top 2 gowns ended up being her picks! She truly is great at what she does and I couldnt believe she has only been at Vivid for 1 year.At the end, she told me she was moving in 2 weeks--I am SO sad about this!! If I dont return before you leave, Ronicka, just know that you are amazing and I wish you ALL the best in your future endeavors!I promised myself I wouldnt be impulsive and buy anything on the 1st day, but it definitely was difficult to stick to that. Their prices are VERY reasonable and definitely cheaper than what I had expected to pay (which was definitely a relief! lol). Vivid Bridal Boutique was by far one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. I visited many bridal boutiques and what kept me coming back to Vivid was I immediately felt part of the Vivid family and that I could trust them with my wedding dress. First they have so many dress options for all body types, host lots of trunk shows, and even go above and beyond to find your dress and at your price. They do not hike up the prices like other boutiques do - this is huge because they understand the costs. I tried on every type of dress out there but they kept working with me on what I loved and helped me land the dress of my dreams. Other boutiques tried to push me into a dress that I had to change or alter - this is NOT the case with Vivid - they help you find that dress for you! They also keep you updated every step of the way which is huge as a busy bride. There is no question where your dress is and when it will arrive. You get email and phone call updates and the online scheduling system for alterations is so helpful. They take good care of you!Vivid has an in house seamstress that you will not find anywhere else. One less worry is that you do not have to go far to have your dress altered with someone you can TRUST. I originally wanted to add sleeves but due to COVID I had to change my wedding date, no longer needed the sleeves, and Vivid worked with me to complete my dress quickly in time for my July 2020 wedding. I love Vivid so much and am so pleased with the team there. Trust me, you have to visit this place -you will not regret it!

This place is amazing!! I called and was able to be seen that same day. My wonderful stylist Sylvia had a rack of dresses already picked out for me when I got there based on my brief description over the phone. I loved every single dress I tried on and found MY dress before the appointment ended. Sylvia was so attentive and caring, asking me about my life and making me feel really lifted up and happy. I highly recommend this place for anyone who needs a bridal gown!

Great experience! Honestly, I was not looking forward to finding a wedding dress because Im a curvy girl with a large chest and wasnt sure Id find anything I liked. I am SO glad I came to Vivid Bridal Boutique. My stylist called me ahead of my appointment and had me make a vision board to figure out what my style was. When I arrived she already had several dresses in my size pre-selected for me to try on. She was extremely professional throughout to me directly and my mom and maid of honor who joined me. I want to say I tried on about 10 dresses and was between two for my final pick. The process was so much easier and less stressful than I thought it would be. She also listened to my budget and the dress I bought ended up being slightly under the price I budgeted for.

I did not have a good experience at vivid for my appointment last week. A few weeks prior I made an appointment to try on veils with my mother as I was coming from out of state and my mother was unable to go dress shopping with me due to the pandemic/travel band at the time. The lady I made my appointment with told me I would be able to try on a dress that was similar to mine so I could try on veils with my mother and we could have that moment together. However when I arrived the associate who helped us did not allow me to put on a dress at all and showed me two veils that she held up to a dress so I could see what it looked like. After noticing that this was not what I was expecting she put the veil on me and stood me in front of a mirror so I could “visualize” it. Visualizing a wedding dress/veil when you’re wearing jeans is not that easy to do. All in all the appointment was 10-15 minutes and left me very disappointed and feeling like the associate had better things to worry about. I would never step foot in this boutique again and wouldn’t recommend to any of my engaged friends.

I was not able to make my appointment at Vivid Bridal due to being sick, and even though I called 24 hours in advanced, they charged me a $40 fee, which they did not tell me about when booking OR when I canceled. Very disappointed.

If I could give Vivid Bridal Boutique 100 stars I would! As soon as I walked into the store they made me feel like family. The owner of the store has become a close friend of my mine now and her staff is equally as amazing. These women know that finding your dress is a big part of your special day and they want to make the experience stress free and fun. They go above and beyond your hearts desire and I cant thank them enough for their kindness and patience they have given me. I will be recommending this boutique for years to come!

My consultant Ronicka was AMAZING, she knew from jump what my vision was and I had just so much fun. Life is really stressful in the world right now and they made it feel so bright. Your wedding day is undoubtedly one of the most important moments of your life. As such, you want every bit of your wedding planning experience to be the absolute best it can be... That being said, I am a plus sized girl - at the time I was dress shopping I was a street size 20 and finding wedding dress boutiques with adequate plus sized options in Northern VA/DC was not as easy as I hoped it would be. I visited a handful of stores that had advertised plus sized lines to find 2 or 3 dresses in a size that realistically fit me. I was squeezed into bridal 14s and shoved into styles that didnt fit my body type and I was completely over it. By chance, I found Vivid Bridal Salon online, I called to confirm that they had a decent selection of plus size gowns and made an appointment. When I got there, I was completed WOWed - the store was immaculate, utterly gorgeous, and not stuffy like some of the other stores I had visited. Every single staff member was polite, helpful, and you could tell that they operated as a team. I browsed the racks and picked up a few dresses and from there let the experts work their magic... I was pleasantly surprised at the variations in sizes of their samples. I tried on dresses from a bridal 18 to a bridal 26. I ended up with a gorgeous Stella York gown that was 100% everything I couldve hoped for along with a veil that is a perfect match. Over the next few months when I came back to pick up my dress and for my alterations appointments, the amazing customer service never came to a halt. The staff at Vivid arent about the sale, they truly care that you look and feel your absolute best and that you have a positive experience EVERY SINGLE TIME you visit. Their seamstress is also amazing - shes the sweetest woman and I felt incredibly comfortable around her - more comfortable than I feel around most doctors! Theres something about the culture at this shop that just cant be beat... Everyone is genuinely so friendly and like I mentioned earlier, they care more about how you feel than what youve got in your wallet. I highly encourage you to visit the shop and browse their collections, no matter what size or style youre looking for. THANK YOU VIVID for the BEST possible experience! :-)

Absolutely loved my experience. During all the craziness with coronavirus I was able to have a few loved ones with me, and get to be the only bride at the time to try on dresses. They called me the day before and asked me all of preferences on what I was looking for in a dress. I tried on dresses that I was looking for and ended up finding my dress. The staff are amazing, and truly make the bride stress free.

I am a Vivid Bride! Susana was my guide to selecting the perfect dress. She saw a few pictures that I brought and went to the rack and selected a bunch for me to try on. I wasn’t sure how to get started (a little shy) and she said just pick the first one that comes to you. One caught my eye and I tried it on and loved it. Then we tried others on to see and every time I tried on a dress Susana noticed that my eye kept subconsciously going back to the first one. She knew what I wanted before I did and she gave me the space to try on more, but guided me to the one that was perfect for me. She was honest and helpful and I am so happy I found this place. Also, she has trusted personnel and outside personal services/vendors that made me feel at ease with the process and to know that I would get my fitted dress by my wedding day. I was working with a deadline of under 6 months and everything went off without a hitch and the prices were very fair. I am so happy with everything and I will be going back for their dress preservation services as well!

My daughter bought a beautiful wedding dress here. She tried one beautiful dress after another. The owner brought out every dress she showed interest in. Today was our fitting and the seamstress was very pleasant. She is quite talented. Gave us a trick to button up all the buttons. Clean store located in strip mall. Plenty of parking.

These women really know how to give a bride a stress-free day of dress shopping! Kayla was my stylist and she is a five-star employee. She was very laid-back and listened to me when I explained my vision for my ideal wedding dress. She let me look through the dresses and she actually was the one to find the dress I said yes to! She lets you take your time when you’re trying dresses on and discussing thoughts/opinions regarding what dress you’re currently modeling off to family/friends that accompany you. You feel like you’re the only bride they’ve ever met and that your happiness is #1 on their list of priorities. Seriously a gem and I’m so glad I was recommended to check this place out! :)

I didnt end up buying my wedding dress from Vivid, but they were AMAZING while I was trying on dresses. I got to try on several styles and a range of colors without judgement. The staff at Vivid really knows their stuff and are there to support you 100% of the way!

My experience at Vivid Bridal in Woodbridge was by far the best of them all my entire year planning my wedding. They were my first place to look for my dress and my last ! Vivid bridal boutique is amazing. First I want to say how incredibly accommodating they are. I have a big bridal party and it was very important to me to have all of them there to help me say yes to the dress and Vivid had no problem accommodating my huge bride tribe! Ronicka was my associate and she was nothing short of amazing. She listened to what I wanted and pointed me to the right direction. I chose about 5 dresses on my own and as Ronicka learned what I liked she picked a dress herself. That very dress ended up being MY dress! I never thought I would get “that feeling” that they say all brides get when they find their dress but thanks to Ronicka, I felt that. I was filled with tears and excitement and so much emotion that I didn’t want to take the dress off! The shop is beautiful and has a great selection of dresses for all styles and sizes.
