Went to 7/11 to get iced mocha coffee. I was first customer. Told the employee about the iced mocha coffee that its out. He comes and check it but didnt fill it up..the employee serving other customers..makes me wait.. dissapointed! Poor service

Cashier was rude and refused to give me a second box for my pizza...also 7-11 just train your people to treat their fellow humans with respect and decency. Theres only 1 in all of Northern Virginia that even manages to come close to that. May I suggest secret shoppers...who are we kidding though, Ive spoken to customer relations about 1500 times and nothing ever changes. I should just expect all pizza slices to b in one box. Next time Ill go ahead and get 4 slices and cram em in one box and give your cashier the box back since yall are obviously hurting for money and need to save boxes

I love this store. Staff extremely nice and they get to know you. It’s family owned and they are a good family. The wife works days husband evenings living that American Dream. Support my friends and shop only at this 7-eleven if you can. They are go getters like me!

Employee was new and was not aware of promotional products which resulted in trying to overcharge me.

One of the newest 7 Eleven convenience stores in the area. Staff are helpful in the mornings when I stop in and the place is kept relatively clean.

I go to this 7-11 often, because its the closest 7-11 stores to me. Unfortunately the customer service sucks. None of the employees are friendly!! I had an issue with a sales associates customer service, and when I let the store owner know, she nochalantly responded with ...sorry *shrugs*. I wish i could do something more than write a review. The employees only show respect to older-looking adults. (they greet and have conversations, but as soon as a younger person comes up) they start ringing them up, without a greeting, small talk, or friendly customer service!! Its very annoying and the employees need to be reprimanded and taught how to show customer service to EVERYONE!!

Store was clean, but staff was rude. Greeted them on the way in, but got deer in headlights look.On checkout cashier didnt ring up actual price. Had three items with a discount would have come to 2.89 before tax. With .14 tax it was showing 5.14!Asked cashier why and they essentially gave me the thats your problem look.Wont be using this spot again.
