Excellent customer service. I have purchased windshield wipers at this location and sometimes they are difficult to get on the windshield or rear window properly. They always install the wipers free of charge if you purchase the wipers at this location.

Everyone who works here is clueless and has no idea how to communicate with people. No customer service, absolute joke of a store.

Its auto zone, ya know. Bought a new battery for my car and they were nice enough to offer me tools to swap it in the parking lot. I didnt need them but it was nice that it was offered to lend me the tools needed.

Replacing the heater core on my wrangler, and half way through I notice Im out of coolant. My wife was out and about around this shop so I asked her to go in and get me two bottles of 50/50 for me.She went in, they sold it to her no problem. When she brings it home to me in Patchogue village I notice they feel light. Well turns out this Autozone sold her two open bottles of coolant.One looks like it was a waste return, the other looks decent but Im not going to put it in my system because its an open bottle and I cant tell if something was done to it.Not even bothering with Autozone anymore. Have an AAP and a NAPA right by my house, and thanks to this they just got a new customer.

Went in for a rear wiper blade, was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and the woman behind the counter was able to immediately tell me exactly where to find the blade that I needed. After bringing the blade up to the counter the cashier offered to check that it was correct blade for me and then proceeded to install the blade on my car. Excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Gentleman by the name of Steve, performed amazing customer service during a phone call. He was very professional and had a lot of knowledge on my problem. Keep up the great work guys!! and thanks for your help!

Needed heat shrink tubing for some small electrical work. This place had a kit that would suit my needs. Im glad they did, because I tried four other big box stores and none even carried it. The store was clean and service was quick. Everything was easy to find.

The worst auto part on long island I stood in front of the parts counter while being ignored by two employees this morning for 10 min not even a hello well be right with you ... Will never go back and will not recommend

Auto Zone has the items I need for my cars maintenance. The cashiers and auto parts advisers are always pleasant and helpful. Hayden, who has assisted me on several occasions at this location, most recently helped me with a battery issue I had with my car. He is very knowledgeable and personable, and he provided me with all the necessary information I needed to purchase a new battery. Hayden made sure to address all the issues I was concerned about with the failure of my current battery. Hayden helped me with the purchase of a new battery, and he also installed it in my car. He was very thorough and neat, and it was a pleasure dealing with him. He then ran the diagnostics for the other electrical issues I was worried about, and he put my mind at ease by showing me the positive results from these tests. Auto Zone, Hayden and the other staff have always helped me out with my car care needs and issues and kept me from having to tow my car because of a dead battery! Thanks Auto Zone and Hayden!

Awful store always nasty, not knowledgeable and barely stock parts. Refused to take my waste oil

Most of the people working here are genuinely friendly and good. A couple of them turns out always in bad or unfriendly mood. Or they just dont like people of some particular color. or background. But i have seen here some of the best, knowledgeable, fast friendly people. There is always some bad fish in every pond.

AutoZone on Portion Road in Lake Ronkonkoma was clean and my parts were easy to find.I did have to ask the associate to verify I had picked the right headlight (I hadnt). He was quick to give me the correct number and also verify that I was replacing the correct build (low beams).Im attempting to illustrate that AutoZone associates are quick to help and thorough. They want you to leave the store certain of your purchase.The parking lot is a little wonky as other patrons often decide to park the wrong way in the Firezone and up against the strips sidewalk. This makes it difficult to move through the lot when having to persistently dodge oncoming traffic in the wrong lane. Be certain to look carefully before stepping off the curb.

Great experience. I went to buy a spark plug which was out of stock. The salesperson found an equivalent one and even helped me to get the right spark plug socket.

The staff here has no idea what they are talking about when giving advice to customers. Overheard a female worker telling a customer that once you use synthetic oil, you can’t go back. This is one of the biggest myths in the industry and is comical/pathetic coming from an employee who should at least have basic knowledge of motor oil working at an auto parts store. I went in looking for a part for a Trans Am and the guy helping me asked me who makes the Trans Am. Unbelievable.

They have everything you need for your car without going to a big box stores.Great to have in your neighborhood.

The staff is rude and do everything to avoid helping you. The cashiers are sarcastic and make it clear that you are bothering them. And dont say anything about it either because they will reply to you with a nasty response. Wont be going to this store anymore. There are plenty of other Auto zones around. Ronkonkoma needs to fire all the little brats and hire some adults that actually need the job.

Always an awful experience here. I stopped here on my way to work and I waited 15 minutes on line just to buy a jug of oil and a filter. There were 5 people working in the store, only 2 at the counter and no one designated to just cash people out. The line was 6 people deep with no concern to move the line along. Im not blaming the staff, I blame management. The staff are never rude or lazy, they just need to separate the lines from those wanting to look up parts for their car and those just trying to buy an air freshener for their car! 15 minutes to buy oil is unacceptable.

This place is great! I called them in the middle of a snow storm In March with an emergency, my windshield wiper broke and I had to pull over in a parking lot somewhat near the store. They were closing due to the storm when I called and said they would send an employee over to replace the blade. This store went above and beyond to help out a frantic customer. I give this store 5 stars. Thank you to this store and these employees

Most autozones have long wait times. This autozone in comparison to many is worth the wait. I have experienced poor customer service with auto parts stores in my 20 years in the Automotive industry. Whenever I visit this location I am always pleased with the level of customer service I recieve.

7 out 10 Autozone employees have no regard or value of time. They are slow behind cash registers and then walk back slow to look for parts and even start taking other customers at another register or just carry on a conversation before they come back to you. Worst of all most of them dont even have a friendly or professional attitude. Discriminatory and even hateful are some of the things i have seen at Autozone stores. That ruins all the good things by the few good ones working at Autozone. I think rudeness and ill behaviour is now mixed in the air we breathe. But will not affect if you intend to do right and good.Autozone stores are a mess. They cannot even handle just three customers but takes them forever.

Yesterday afternoon my father a disabled veteran, who is living onlimited income took the 25 minute ride to give his business to this store after seeing some of the sales they were advertising. One item he purchased was a batteryAnd a few other items carburetor cleaners & car wash. As the manager ran over to the register to ring him up every price came up with regular prices not the sale prices.After we pointed this out and verify each item the manager made as if he was correcting to sale prices, S0 we thought! We paid for everything. ONCE in the car my father looked at his receipt, Only to notice one of the carborator cleaners was still reg price. I went in to get it corrected/ adjusted . As Iam standing in line the woman in front of me tells me she is on line for the same thing!As Iam waiting for the difference back the two mangers made fun of me talking down at me Saying YOU came back in for a 0.50 difference ALL this for 0.50 as if this is our fault they STEAL! We just spent over $120.00 These people believe this is the way to do business ... ! TO Steal from their own customers! Some whom Fought for them !When purchasing the items earlier a worker noticed my fathers military veteran hat., and reminded him of his military 10% discount he is entitled to that AutoZone offers. After paying...My father asked the manager if he gave him the 10% OFF?the manager pointBlank lied right to our faces and said Yes10% off. Only to get home and notice theses THIEVES only took off 0.95 cents. Not $10.00 as he should of got! On over 120.00 transaction! These people are Crooks ! They Do not deserve any business!
