I called several dealers around the area and even though Mike was 75 miles away at McKibben I went with them and got the new pioneer 1000-5 Special Edition. I looked all over the southeast region for a Honda pioneer with no luck, no dealers had any in stock . I called John at Mckibbens and was told that I could have one from the next delivery. Within a few days John called me back that he had one come in which I purchased immediately from out of town . The deal could not have been smoother . Even tho John was slammed at the dealership, he always answered all my questions almost instantly via text message. He made me feel like my deal was the only one he was working on ! I live about 7 hours from lake Wales but mckibbens delivered the machine right to my driveway. The delivery driver ( can’t remember his name) was outstanding. He went over all features and paperwork and even offered to clean up the machine in my driveway he was extremely professional. This was some of the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time!

We made the purchase today and it was very simple and easy and most importantly there was never any sales pressure. The worst experience you could imagine. I purchased a brand new machine for cash $35,000 and everything I was promised never came to fruition. After all the Covid back orders my additional parts came in. They agreed to pick up my machine and then backed out. Then they said they would send a driver half way because they only had a part time driver. Finally at my expense they shipped the parts to another dealer. However the bracket for $500 was not in the delivery and McKibben power sports wants me to pay for this. I ordered a machine with all these extras installed. Now I have to pay for shipping, bring my machine to another dealer and buy additional parts after the fact. This is ridiculous. Also it takes them weeks to return phone calls for service. But when you are purchasing one they are very attentive. Adam baker

We were looking for a very specific Polaris actually an electric one, they are difficult to find and as we got out of our vehicle we spotted one. A very nice gentleman named Wayne drivers to the front of the store to the entrance.upon entering we met a salesperson named Jeremiah Hallie. There was not a tremendous amount of pressure, he was knowledgeable about the product, took the time with us to make sure we were satisfied with our understanding of our purchase. We shopped several places before we chose to purchase our Kawasaki sxs from McKibben in Lake Wales. From the very first call to the moment we loaded our new ride, we were SO impressed with all these guys! Abdiel in sales was SO respectful, knowledgeable, and so incredibly sweet. Bought a used machine from them with the expectation that it would be safe. After a friend bought the same style machine as me we noticed that part of the roll cage was missing on mine as well as a arms in the front had been cut and nuts were welded in to extend them. Called them about knowing all issues are safety related figures they would do something but unfortunately they wouldn’t. If you plan on buying anything from them make sure you look it over really well. I have bought from fun bike center and Kissimmee Motorsports and have had excellent experiences but not here. Javier was the one who sold the bike to me. Do your self a favor and drive elsewhere and save the headache, go to someone who cares about your safety and not the almighty dollar!!!!!

Jeremiah Hill sold me a 2021 Honda Foreman 500 on 4/3/21. I walked into the Lake Wales location the Saturday prior without an appointment and was greeted warmly by Jeremiah. Already disheartened by a major drought of inventory in Pinellas county I was reassured by Jeremiah that he could get what I was looking for and sure enough He did not disappoint! One week later I was loading my brand new Honda Foreman onto my pickup truck as giddy as a kid on Christmas! I greatly appreciated his professionalism and transparency. Jeremiah was a grateful help, but here I an almost 6 months after Ive purchased my bike I have received a title but no registration. They said it should have come in the same envelope . It did not. They can not print a duplicate and will not cover the cost to have one printed . After I already paid them for the original . NO ONE KNOWS WHAT HAPPENED.

The service Dept is a disgrace to Honda. Took a trail tire in to have a tube replaced and they used stick-on weights to balance the tire that hung off the side of the rim instead of using the proper spoke rim weights that attach to the spokes. Sloppy workmanship. A dealership is only as good as it’s service dept and their service dept is pitiful!

However, I gave McKibbins this 5 stars review because of one individual there. My husband and I have had the pleasure of dealing with Brad in the parts department several times. He is very intelligent, respectful and just so pleasant to do business with. Because of Brad, my husband and I will return to McKibbins in the future.

Have only dealt with the service department but my experience with them was nothing but excellent. From the time I called initially to when the work was done I couldnt ask for better service. Very communicative from the start and that is rare in the powersports industry today

Great experience with David in the service department. Told me upfront, due to Covid-19, many parts are on back order. I was prepared to wait a couple months based on our conversation. After they diagnosed my machine, David offered a few different option to expedite the service. Thankfully not much was needed and one month later, I have my machine back. As a business owner, I understand the issues related to Covid right now and I appreciate David being upfront with me. In the end, service was faster than expected.

My husband and I are proud owners of a new Polaris. With all the pandemic issues John made the process less painful. Everyone knows that you can’t get a new unit unless you order it and even then it’s a waiting game. We didn’t know this until we called searching for what we wanted and we started calling around the business near us (we live over on the east coast about 1 hr and half away from McKibben) but McKibbens customer service and prices stood out from the rest. They even made my Mother’s Day a little extra special! John, Adam, Brad and Andy were all great.Sooooo had to change my review from 5 stars to 1. We had a great buying experience besides the fact we didn’t realize we only had a 6 month Warrantee on a $30,000 machine until what already ordered the Polaris and began the buy process... (Just a FYI) We said OK and bit the bullet and bought the very expensive 5 -year warranty.... ugh... regretted this decision immediately.We had taken the Polaris razor highlifter to Tennessee on a vacation we had planned. Thinking it’s a brand new bike it will take care of us. 3 hours in a speed sensor light came on and put it in de-rate mode. This would come on and off but while riding we had no doubt it was going to happen every trip out it would come on.We came home and brought it in for its first service, And told them about the issue it was having. A week later they called us and told us that they noticed a sensor lights on and they called us and told us about it and we said we know and that we asked to have it looked at when we called and told them we were bringing it in. My dad dropped it off for us because Mckibben is almost two hours away from us and he lives closer to them, so assuming the ball got dropped because we called them and told them over the phone what was going on and having my Dad drop it off.Anyway they told us it is still drivable and that we could take it home until the Warranty people could look at it. We told them we live so far away that we wanted to leave it there till it was fixed.Low and behold after weeks of being there the warranty department wouldn’t do anything for us because the sensor light had gone out and they couldn’t get it to come back on. So us being upset and so far away we wanted our brand new machine fixed and told them that we wanted them to keep it until it came back on and they could fix it Being as when it comes on it goes into de-rate mode. We were told the manager would call us back to help resolve the issue it being a Friday we never received a call from the manager. We had to call back a week later and by that point basically told us they can’t help us.Needless to say one month later our Machine is still not fixed and our Patience had been spent they had claimed it is now overheating and we had to pay them to cleaned the radiator for us. After complaining about this we only had to pay for half an hour instead of the full hour they wanted to charge us and we finally decide we need to pick the Machine up and take it to our local dealer. Very disappointed because we had spent so much money between the cool toy and the warranty.
