I have never enjoyed car shopping but this dealership has changed that. I called to ask how long it would take from start to finish. Customer service advised me to look at some Jeeps online and come on with a list to test drive. Once I decide on a Jeep, I can head home while they do the paperwork!! They promised an easy and quick experience, but I had doubts. When I arrived the next morning with my list, Frannie, a sales associate, was ready for me. She was honest, friendly, and ready to answer all my questions!! I decided on a Jeep, did some quick paperwork and went home. Frannie called me a few hours later to let me know everything was ready. She picked me up, I signed the paperwork and I left with my new Jeep!!! It was such a wonderful experience!! I highly recommend this dealership and Frannie!! I would also like to add since I shopped for the cars at home, I did compare the advertised prices to other Jeeps plus KBB. Lake Wales Jeep always had the best price! The whole process, from start to finish was amazing and they proved to me that buying a car can be a great experience!!

Sadly I will probably never return to any Low Payment Kings CDJR locations ever again. After the way my daughter and I were treated by the service manager at the Lake Wales location. I have been a loyal customer at the Lake Wales and Winter Haven locations for over 18 years. I bought a Dodge 2020 mini van at a different business. The vehicle had received front end damage that was repaired by the dealership where I bought it. But because they used an aftermarket radiator and fan they denied to fix it under warranty. This was after a month of them dragging out the process. They only called us once the day we took it into them, we had to contact them after that. They insisted the place we bought it replace the radiator and fan with OEM replacements. Even after this the manufacturer representative denied permission to fix it under warranty.. furthermore I went to the service manager Rob a week in and told him he should start treating like the good customer I am and pay less attention to the warranty and more attention to fixing the van. He accused me of trying to incite him to commit warranty fraud, which was absolutely not my intent. Why would he even think that unless he had done it before and got caught. Finally they never offered any solution and treated the other dealership as the customer and not me but they were more than happy to take my money to change the oil in my Challenger during same time period.

The entire repair process revealed problems which I never knew existed .The only part of that process of Warrenty repair I thought was disgusting was the Annal evaluation by the so called 3rd party evaluator, who didnt have a clue ...The Warrenty dept of Chrysler really sucked, but the Dealership was outstanding

If i could give zero stars i would. I had been working with patrick on a white jeep wrangler and also someone at another close by dealership on a yellow one. when the yellow jeep was far out of my price range, i was told the white one was & went to go sign and pick it up that day. i signed papers, put a deposit down, got mine and my dads credit ran multiple times by them & then after i set a delivery date for the car patrick called me two days later and said because the white one was on the yellow jeep dealers lot they “sold it out of spite” because i didn’t want to buy the yellow one from them. and then after i explained how unprofessional that is considering i had already put a down payment on the white one patrick said that i could have the yellow one for the same price. he kept mentioning that him and this other dealership “have beef”. when my dad found out he was understandably upset because i didn’t want the yellow one and they had ran his credit & when he told them he was going to leave a bad review patrick called me and told me he was backing out of the deal for the yellow one because he can’t “have a review like that”. it was truly the most unprofessional thing i’ve ever experienced.

Lake Wales CDJ is outstanding! Just bought a new Gladiator yesterday and this was the best experience my family have ever had with a car purchase. Helpful, Honest, super-friendly dealership. Sarge even sent me a short video on my new Gladiator as soon as it arrived to let me know it was there and when it would be ready. Purchase was quick, smooth, and seamless. We live over 2 hours from dealership but plan on making the drive to Lake Wales CDJ every time we are thinking about getting a new CD or Jeep.

I had my dodge ram towed to lake Wales Chrysler dodge, jeep. I talked with one of the service employees about what went wrong with my truck and she explained that she will give me a call the next day or 2 after they find out the problem. I explained to her that my money was limited and that I need to know a price before fixing just in case it was too much I would have to wait a few weeks before having it done. She said okay and that we will get back with me. The next day I received an email with what was wrong with the truck and it had a lot of different prices of things that need to be fixed which total up to be over $2,000. I immediately called the dealership because I didnt understand the prices. After contacting someone I was told that the main problem was the gasket throttle body. So I asked what would be the price of just the gasket throttle body so that I know where Im at for my money I was quoted 400 and some change which actually was the price of the part. So after being quoted only $400 and some change I added a oil change an air filter in, because I know I could afford that. Not to mention I never received a call back before starting and completing service on my truck. the next day I was notified that my truck was completed and that the total was over $1,300. I think quoting me the price of the throttle body and not the entire price for the job was very misleading. It cost a lot of complications and difficulties in my life because I am on a budget and had to borrow the money so that my truck wouldnt sit at your shop. Eventually I was going to get this fixed but at that price I know I would have had to wait because I didnt have the money so I think it was verywrong for her to have my truck fixed withoutcontacting me about that price. She did tell me shewas sorry that it was a misunderstanding but how can you misunderstand that my money is limited and that I need a quote before it is fixed. The servicedepartment seems to have done a great job on thetruck but in the future I think someone should bequoted a total price before work is done. I Also call the dealership to speak with the service manager about three times and left messages but I was never contacted.

Ken ruined the experience by trying to take advantage and I believe offering a fraudulent option. Franny was patient and kind through the entire process. She even offered to pick up the old lease and bring the new one. We live an hour away. After 2 days of going back and forth the deal was made. Franny brought me the new car and took the old one. She even came back then next day and brought me the second fob that was misplaced. Thank you FRANNY. Ken I understand you have to make a living and make commission but don’t take advantage of people stop being a filthy snake.

Staff was very pleasant however we were not required to test drive a vehicle before we purchased it which is no fault of our own but the quality of the car was so noisy it gave me a headache. We return the car to the dealership in less than 24 hours and were told that we would have to make it a trade-in. Problem is we actually spent a substantial amount more for an upgraded vehicle and I feel that they should have canceled the transaction. We are elderly and feel that we were taken advantage of having to put that kind of money out twice. Also the sticker in the window said that we got a one year subscription to Sirius XM radio when in fact we only got 90 days. Next there was something in one of the tires and the tire had to be plugged which in fact should’ve been a new tire put on and it took them four hours in the service department to accomplish one little tiny task. Then they didn’t tell us we had to fill out a form on the other vehicle to get reimbursed for the additional warranty and I feel they should’ve told us that when we were there returning the other vehicle.

I took my Jeep to get serviced at the Lake Wales Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dealership. My husband drove the Jeep and I drove my truck so he could ride with me while the Jeep was being serviced. Approximately three months ago, my brand new 2021 Charger was having an issue with the subwoofer, causing a loud clap sound. I took it to this location although i bought the vehicle at the WH location. After getting it in to be looked at, three hours later i was contacted by Savannah stating there was no sound and there was nothing that could be done to fix the issue. I arrived to pick up my vehicle and Savannah is no where to be found. I was told i had to wait for her to come back for me to be able to get my keys. Not to mention every other service representative looked at me stand there and wait. We decided to sit in the lobby and after 45 minutes i asked for the manager rob. I explained to him what happened and he went outside and listened to what was going on with my car. He informed me i would have to wait for a rental car. That was 3 months ago almost when i was told it would be 4-5 days. I’ve called and emailed multiple times to only have Savannah respond who has been nothing but rude every time i’ve interacted with her. I scheduled a oil change today and stood outside waiting for them to open, i decided three stars because Joe was amazing and explained everything to me which i really appreciated. I couldn’t help but notice through the glass that same service woman staring at me making me nothing but uncomfortable. Definetely doesn’t look good to have someone who is not very good in customer service in a customer service position. Never ever want to have to deal with her or have her anywhere near my vehicle. I 100% recommend using Joe in service rather than the other 2 people who work there. He communicated with me during everything and explained my Car service plan great. Much better than every other experience i’ve had there.

Conveniently it now require repair in upwards of $700.00. They claim its not their fault but the horn was working just fine before they serviced it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!!!!

Upon our arrival the vehicle was clean and neatly parked right at the front door and he greated us warmly as we exited our vehicle. He showed us the vehicle and its many features. After a test drive we looked at a few more vehicles and were allowed to leave unmolested.Dont get me wrong. He asked many questions about our needs in an attempt to help us select the right vehicle which we did on our second appointment. Called the dealer 3x to finally be able speak to a sale associate about a truck they had, we agreed on meeting that same day. I took a 3 1/2 hr drive north and when I arrived they had just sold it with in 15 mins of my arrival already knowing I was driving up to purchase the vehicle. Manager quickly open desk drawer and tried giving me a wawa gift card for them not keeping their word. Long story short if your not from the area, don’t bother. I myself wasted 7hrs

I just had my car in at the service department for an oil change. clocked in at 7:45 am was the first customer in. at 9:15 I went to check on the car to find out if it had been completed. They could not find it. when they did nothing had been done. they wanted me to wait for the service to be done.

I would give the service zero stars if it would let me. I will be honest my buying experience of my 2015 Jeep Renegade Trail-hawk was outstanding and I have taken the car in to the service department before and have had excellent service. However, this time was very different and I left there with no solution and $150 out of pocket. I dropped my car off and was told it looked like I still had a warranty to which I told the man at the counter I didn’t want anything done outside of the warranty without being called first (broke college student here). He said he understood and I told him I had taken my car her before and wasn’t charged anything as well. Nothing else was said and other than the guy suppose to take me to work being late I was fine and thought they would help me fix my car. I get a call from my husband who had called to check on my car and he told me that the supposed warranty was out of date and that I needed to go get my car. So I left work yet again to go get my car from them to only be told that I was being charged $150 for a “diagnostic fee” I was completely unaware of. I tried to understand as this was not the case for the other times I was there, to which the same man who checked my car in that morning said that it was policy. I asked why wasn’t I informed or made to sign something when I dropped the car off, to which his said it’s company policy. I was unaware of this fee and let there late again to work because of them and completely appalled by the service department and not in a good way. Will definitely not be taking my car there again and will think twice about purchasing a vehicle there again as well.Update: After posting this review I was contacted by the Manager and had a chat with him. We talked about how they plan to move forward and how this is a learning opportunity for the employees for this to not happen again. I am very pleased to know that these reviews are just simply looked over but actually taken seriously. I also received a call from the employee and he was very apologetic (as was I) and therefore I wanted to change my rating and hopefully when the time comes I can give them another chance.

Great service form start to finish they really take care of you here and work to achieve every need that you have would highly recommend them to anyone would definitely be buying my future vehicles form this dealer with no hesitation.

We recently had the pleasure of visiting Lake Wales Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram. We were in the market for a Jeep Wrangler. We happened to spot one at Lake Wales CDJR and decided to check it out. The salesman, Joe Dusablon, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He never once applied pressure to buy the vehicle during the two trips we made to the dealership before making our decision. He answered all of my questions and was super knowledgeable in his product. He made the transaction and experience completely seamless and stress free. My husband and I both agree that Joe Dusablon is quite possibly the best salesman we have ever encountered and we cannot thank him enough! We also want to give a shout out to the finance manager (we cant remember his name). He made financing a vehicle super easy and stress free! He was a pleasure to work with as well!! Thank you so much Lake Wales CJDR for having 2 amazing employees! When we are in the market for another Jeep, we will be back!

I purchased a used CPO 2016 Jeep from this dealer in June. The sale information was not forwarded to the bank to process the loan for over 2 weeks and when I called to follow up I had a very hard time getting in contact with anyone. When I did, they were very rude. This past weekend, just over 3 months after buying the car, the battery died and left me stranded. The AAA tech noted that it was the original factory battery with a manufacture date of 2015! 5 years is well beyond the typical life of a car battery (most people know this and would agree, but the dealership wouldnt acknowledge this). I called the dealership to see if they would honor the 3 month bumper to bumper CPO warranty even though I was just outside the 3 month window. I had a calm and polite conversation with Tony, the sales manager, until the end of the conversation when he refused to reimburse me at all and I said, Im sorry, but I have to tell you that Im going to write a poor a Google review because this is the 2nd time Ive received poor customer service at your dealership. At which point Tony raised his voice and said IF YOURE GOING TO THREATEN ME WE DONT NEED TO BE HAVING THIS CONVERSATION. I asked why he was raising his voice and again he yelled, YOURE THREATENING ME! It was downhill from there and then I said goodbye. Honestly, the level of disrespect I encountered wasnt even worth the $185 reimbursement I was asking for. I love my car, but I will never buy from this dealership again and I cannot recommend it whatsoever.

Got a wonderful truck at an amazing price. Trust me I shopped. ALOT. They were fair with trade in(not great but in the middle of offers I was given.) Go “get served by the Sarge” he was amazing to deal with.
