Excellent customer service! We were able to get two sets of mattresses right away. The employee was very friendly and knowledge about the products. Was even able to apply repeat customer discount even though her system did not show us to be a customer. She caught another location to confirm that mattresses were in stock so that we can pick him up the same day. Highly recommend this location! Thank you so much! One of our sons woke up this morning stating that he had the best sleep in a while a new mattress.

This is my third returning visit to this location. All the salespeople here are very kind and courteous. They had what I needed in stock and when they didnt they ordered it and honored their date and time when it would arrive. Great service I plan to continue doing business with them.

The sales staff asked all the right questions to find out what we needed and then found a solution for us. We got the mattress home the same day and so far were loving it. We had a great first nights sleep. Over all a very good experience.

Dante was a wonderful salesman who never actually tried to sell us anything. He just showed us the benefits of all the mattresses and let us make our own decisions. First off, I did not have a problem with the salesperson, Sam or Dante. I had a problem with Mattress Firm’s process and product. I was forced to pay over $1,600.00 when I placed the order and not when I received the product. Sam & Dante called their superior and was told that I had to pay up front. I had a real problem with this especially when I didn’t receive the product until four months later. Secondly, the product I received was not the correct size. I ordered a split King, Extra Long. What I received was not 80” long as defined in the specifications. I am returning the product and I will receive Full refund. For this I am thankful. This is the only reason I gave a four star review. Please think about keeping the customer your first priority.

Went to look for a mattress, just to browse and learn more about the different options and price points. The salesman was trying to push us in to buying immediately and to get a mattress well out of our price range. We just went to look but felt very pressured and uncomfortable. Will not go back.

They did not have a bed in sick when we went in, it was supposed to be delivered on Friday then I was called two days before delivery. Manufacturer did not have one ready for delivery so rescheduled for Saturday. My delivery time was been 1 and 7. I called at 515 to find out the status i was told it was on the truck. I called at 715 and was told the manufacturer was out of stock. No apology or anything, they could reschedule for the 26th. Needless to say I canceled my order and will never do business with this company.

After four months of research, reading online reviews then physically going into stores (3 different Mattress Firms, Sleep Number and Rooms to go) we finally purchased a Kingsdown Chardonnay firm mattress with the MF-600 adjustable base yesterday.Im writing this review because Sam Rolon-Rosado, sales rep, provided the best service with the most information and knowledge without pressuring us and ironically it was the first store we visited and decided to return their because of the good character vibe we got from him. I cant wait until our bed is delivered and Ill write another review about the product during the 4 month sleep trail period.
