The vehicle was dirty and not ready for delivery. The vehicle ran out of gas when I was getting ready for a test drive. The vehicle showed scratches after it was cleaned. The controls of the vehicle were not explained clearly. There is No SD card for navigation. I am not happy at all with the experience of buying my third vehicle from Huston.

This being the 6th vehicle we have purchased from Huston Buick, GMC, Cadillac dealership we were confident that we would find a vehicle that would fit our needs. The sales associate that we dealt with in the past was recovering from cancer and his best friend also a sales associate named Buck who was recovering from COVID-19 put us in touch with David Quinto. This young man was a breath of fresh air. He took his time showing us vehicles that we were interested in. We have driven Cadillac’s for the past 30+ years. We were trading in our XT-5 and was interested in the Cadillac XT-6. We thought that would best serve our needs. Budget wise it just wouldn’t work for us. David encouraged us to look at the Buick Enclave. He told us we could get a lot more car for our money by purchasing the Buick Enclave. He said we needed to drive it to appreciate it. Wow, was he right. After some negotiations we made the decision to purchase the Buick Enclave. David made the buying process a positive experience. This was my first experience with this dealer. I am down here for the winter and needed a GMC dealer to service my Acadia, which consisted of an oil change and tire rotation. The first problem I ran into was scheduling an appointment, which I first did online. After doing this I called to confirm that everything was set up. I discovered that the online booking system allowed me to scheduled at a time which was already filled with appointments and that I would have a long wait time if I came it at that scheduled time. So I rescheduled for a week later to avoid a long wait; however, when the day arrived for my appointment, I still ended up waiting two and a half hours for my car to be done. I appreciated the courtesy car wash and cleaning that they gave the car in addition to the oil change and tire rotation, but back home I am usually out the door within an hour and certainly no longer than an hour and a half. I will probably go to a local oil change facility which is right next door to where I live the next time I need an oil change here in Florida rather than driving the 20 minutes to this GMC dealer to wait for another two and a half hours for the car to be serviced. Other than this, the personnel were courteous and the service seemed competent.

Mark Was extremely professional throughout the process. He made buying this truck easy and was very transparent with numbers. A couple days after he delivered the truck I noticed a couple minor scratches in the truck bed, Mark immediately came up with a resolution without me having to put any pressure on him. He offered to ceramic coat the truck and then add a front and back black emblem on the truck. I felt as though that was more than enough for a couple minor scratches in the bed. I will definitely be sending business his way and look forward to keeping the relationship in the future. When you go to this GMC asked to speak to Mark. 5 stars.

My experience at Huston Cadillac was very pleasing. A friendly sales person (Nicole) met my wife and I at the door. We explained what we were looking for - a 2020 Cadillac XT6. She immediately searched inventory, got the keys several cars and we took a long test drive. The sales person was only 2 months in sales so her knowledge of vehicle features was a little limited which is to be expected. When she didn’t know the answer, she asked others to help answer my questions so it worked out well. When I picked the vehicle I wanted Huston quickly appraised my vehicle for trade-in and presented me their initial offer. Huston’s initial deal was thousands of dollars above what I thought was reasonable. I explained what my research concluded as to what a reasonable trade-in value for my car was and what the research concluded as to a reasonable discount off the MSRP of the new car. They concluded it was reasonable and sold me the car for exactly what I wanted. No high pressure sales tactics or telling me my research was way out of line - just a nice back and forth discussion. The new car was detailed and all the paperwork was completed over the next hour or so. Nicole gave us a tour of the facility including the parts and service departments and management personnel. Everyone at Huston is super nice. Unfortunately buying a car still involves lots of paperwork in this electronic age but I guess it is the same everywhere. So the bottom line is Huston Cadillac is a great place to buy a car. Just do your homework before you go and you can get a good deal where both you and Huston feel good.
Great experience at Huston. We saw our perfect car on the web so Mark went out and took a video of it for us which was very helpful. We drive almost 2 hours to get there and within 3 hours were driving home in our new Mini Cooper Convertible. Easy negotiations and fair deal. We are happy! Thanks Mark and Huston.

We bought a vehicle while on vacation from Huston back in June. We were from out of state and Brandon was great to work with, he was quick to respond and quick to answer all questions we had. We got everything worked out in less than 24 hrs and drove the car home. They even brought the car over an hour away to us for a test drive and then again the next day for final delivery. All paperwork was done remotely and we never had to make a drive to the dealership and waste valuable vacation time on the road or sitting in the dealership. Great service overall! The tag process was slow but that is likely due to the pandemic right now, took over 2 months to get a permanent tag.

Escalade with 6k miles (was bought at Huston) offered us 10,000 less at Huston CADILLAC than any other dealerships we went to...so I guess we over paid less than a year ago..OR ...they are just smiling faces with ugly hearts...NEVER EVER WILL WE SHOP THERE AHAIN ..AND WE WOULD SUGGEST YOU DONT EITHER...

Three times at Huston Buick GMC Cadillac and still ..same issues.Dealership side was fine when I bought the vehicle. As far as the service, I was there at 9:30 am and basically ended up leaving just around 3:30 pmI had something repaired, left, engine light came back on once I pulled off, went right back and the technician had a attitude as if I was lying. I still have the issues!!!
I scheduled my service and said I did not want my tires rotated because I wanted use my toys/tools at home to rotate them. When I paid for my service, I saw that my tires were rotated ($20) and who knows what kind of oil I received in the deal because I was never asked what kind of oil (synthetic/reg). Next time I make sure it does not happen. I found out the guy who handled my service was new so I will let this one go. He confirmed at the beginning that all I was there for was an oil change.
Huston is accommodating to my schedule and did fast agreeable service. Very good. Need to do better job of washing car, as it was not all clean. But everyone is very friendly!
I have a 2012 Cadillac SRX. I scheduled an appointment for the back brakes, tune-up, and a loud noise I would hear from the wheels. I was assigned to Brandon who was absolutely wonderful. He gave me a call back in a timely manner to inform me about what I need to repair and the cost. The initial cost was more than what I had saved so he gave me a cost on what major repairs that I needed and afterwards will have my truck running like brand new.My husband picked up the truck and boy was he happy, he yelled from the garage this truck drive like its brand new and they even washed and cleaned the inside. We enjoyed working with Mark, when we could not find the car we wanted he went out of his way to locate the Enclave that we wanted and found it and had it shipped in for us. Mark went over every detail of our new car and made sure we were informed well. Out experience with Mark. Was great. Then we met Craig who helped us on the financing, he went out if his way to explain everything including warrantys available. Craig fit us with the warranty that was best for us. Craig also was very personal and I felt like I was working with one of my closes friends. I highly recommend Huston as the place to go when you need a new car.

I know, 5 stars for a car dealership seems impossible. But, when you put aside all the things that make you hate buying a new car, it really was a great experience. David was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He was patient as we looked over every detail of the car. He took us on a test drive that really let you feel the car, not a short spin around the block. And while it was clear the team wanted to make a sale, the stereotypical “pushy salesmen” tactics did not come into play. They were respectful and willing to listen to our needs before signing on the dotted line. Craig was our financial rep who was also incredibly patient. He answered all our questions, looked into every option to find the best rates available and didn’t rush us into any decisions. While we were waiting on the car to be detailed, David gave us a tour of the property, the customer lounge, the service area, the boss’s office. It felt more personal than my previous car buying experiences.
