Worst customer service!I ordered a club sandwich. After waiting, I was told that I had to pay upfront at the counter prior to receiving the sandwich. I wasn’t aware of this policy.When I got to the counter, Brenda (the cashier) was very unpleasant. I mentioned that I wasn’t aware of the policy and recommended that it should probably be mentioned for future, new customers. She was blank faced. It was an incredibly awkward experience. I reiterated my point and she said she would speak to a manager. She then cashed me out and didn’t say anything else. It left much to be desired in their customer service.I brought my paid ticket to the sandwich counter. (The woman that earlier asked for me to pay for my sandwich in advance was behind the counter still) The deli worker never requested my ticket or said anything. She only lobbed my sandwich on the counter and walked away.Be weary, if you’re not familiar with this place, stay far away. They expect you to be savvy and treat you with no respect!Personally, I expected better from this brand. A local corner store is kinder than this place!*Edit* The sandwich bread is completely stale. While marble isn’t a popular choice, it is available. It was supposed to me toasted, it is just old. Don’t order it.

I tried the cheese burger yesterday everything. It was pretty decent, but they didnt put the bacon I paid extra for on the sandwich. They also forgot the tomato and onions because they were too busy playing and joking with each other. If they improve their standards Id like to give their food another try.

I had an online order for pickup and when I got there, the coffee drinks were ready, but the food was not. I asked the employee behind the food pickup counter about my order. He said they would get on it right away. Mind you, it had been 20 minutes since I placed the order. Then I watched as one employee went over to the checkout, grabbed the croissants we had ordered, and then brought them to us. I think theyre missing the point. But oh well, weve gotten food here often and it is always exceptional. Today was no different.Side note- a lot of people around here are completely ignoring mask signs. This Wawa is no different. I imagine the employees simply dont feel comfortable asking people to put a mask on. I know there is a lot of controversy around this topic, but if that means something to you, then its something to consider. Leaving a one star review because of this, however, is not valuable to anyone.

Ive always had a good experience at this Wawa. The workers there have always been friendly to me. The food and drinks have always been good. The negative reviews were surprising to see on here.

As of Wednesday October 20th, none of the air pump stations work. Hopefully they get it fixed soon. I imagine hundreds of people use it.

Love their drinks.I got a cheese cake cookies and cream milk shake. But this time my drink was ready and I was still inline.

The food and drinks are as good as any Wawa. I appreciate the bright yellow sign that displays the requirements for masks, but the staff needs to have the resolve to talk to customer that walk in without one on. Also I would feel better knowing my food is prepared by staff member that completely covers their mouth and nose with the face covering (food and beverage station).

Its no Kwik Trip. But when your away from the mid West. This place is not that bad. It has clean bathrooms. Nice amount of snacks and drinks. And even some hot food for your belly. Multiple check outs for quick in and out service. Just need to get up to that Kwik Trip level of one stop shop. Overall not a bad gas station though.

The woman working the cafe tonight 2:05 AM on June 25, 2021. Was very very rude to me she needs to be better trained when dealing with customers.

The food and drinks are delicious. Always clean Always fast. A great place to find everything you need. Oh and free air for your tire! Great service!

Placed an order online, after not getting the order correct went inside to claim the same order to be at least fixed and the lady on the food section with the worst attitude told me that I had to replace the order again. Not too happy, I requested a refund and for my surprise it couldn’t be issue there because it was an online order. Poor management and employees that only work for a check.

Never had good luck here. Always slow to get orders out. Even when placing a mobile order, it takes an upwards of 10+ minutes after the requested pickup time to get a single sub out.

Bad customer service and management Megan is part of the problem.

In the midst of a pandemic, where the city has mandated masks, and at a location where they have mask required by local ordinance posted, they let so many people in who have no mask even on their person. Very disappointed that this location takes the safety of their customers and their city so poorly. The only reason for the one star at all is because I absolutely love the staff.

They actually give to the childrens merical network.If you have a few bucks, its a real good charity

Heather was awesome. She was singing the orders and when I messed up my order she completely remade it. Thank you for a great experiance!

Under construction now, looks like a perfect spot for a new Wawa, hope it opens soon.Update 12/18/18... Its open now and it is a madhouse during rush hours. The big problem is the exits and entrances are very difficult to maneuver. I still only give it three stars.

Always a good place to get lunch and a drink, it’s always clean inside and out, the service is always good and really enjoy the options these gas stations have compared to others thank you wawa

Any new, modern gas station that doesnt put a changing table in their bathrooms doesnt deserve a good rating. Do you not want families to frequent your business??

I would give it five stars. But there is a young lady that works there that cause to give it four stars. She plays favor with the customer. The ones she wants to give free coffee to while in front of other customers that have to pay. If your going to do this do it when there are no other customers around or be quiet about it. Dont speak out in front of other customers saying coffees on me. Just plain ridiculous!!

I usually like Wawas, however for being on such a busy highway you would think they would have bigger bathrooms and more than two stalls. It’s so crowded in there.

Wow! If you want a BBQ Brisket for your 12am munchies this the spot to go! Yum very fresh and the BBQ is good for this spot!

My husband and I were both pumping gas next to rach other, he is black and I am white, we both had our vehicles running. The gentleman taking out the trash immediately went to my husband and told him to turn his car off. My husband walked to the drivers door to do that and the man radioed and had the pump turned off. My husband was not rude, did what the man said, and yet he STILL radioed to have the pump turned off. Funny, I was doing the same thing on the next pump over and the man never said a word. Racial profiling and racism if I ever saw it. We will never step foot in any WAWA again.
