I got a new Kia Soul today! I love it. The team there was awesome. Salesman Caleb was so helpful. We began communication with each other about the car on Thursday even though I couldn’t go to the dealership until that following Monday. Caleb kept me up to date with any questions I was messaging him with about the car. And also making sure the car that I was interested in was still available. Best customer service ever. Also a shout out to Bob for helping us get the best financing available for us. A great all around experience buying a car here. Highly recommend it.
Earlier this year I was in the market to lease a new vehicle for my wife. We evaluated a few options, and came to the conclusion that the 2021 Kia Sorento would check all the boxes for us.After coming to this decision, I then began reaching out to local Kia dealers (Tampa area) for preliminary pricing & information. As expected, I was met with many “promising” conversations that if I simply came in, the “Manager” would be able to negotiate a better deal for me. (We all know how this goes)Weeks of frustration went by before I decided to contact dealers that were a little further away.Long & short, I ended up choosing Dyer Kia.After many pleasing & non-abrasive calls, I met with Dan Myers to discuss next steps, as he made me feel comfortable & ensured I was confident in my decision. Throughout the entire process, Dan was able to answer my concerns with transparent & comprehensible answers. As we finalized paperwork and got ready to take our new car home, Dan made sure to ask many times if there was anything else we needed and if he could assist.His respect, class, professionalism, and most importantly, his empathy, has been unmatched in any sales transaction I’ve been apart of.Needless to say, I’ll be back at Dyer for my next purchase/lease, and will of course be asking to work with Dan.

All went well with my first service with Kia. Any other time I have gotten my car serviced by a dealership though they always wash the exterior & vacuum the interior so buying a brand mew car from KIA I kinda expected the same & was told it would happen, but it didn’t so that was disappointing. Other then that it was great! Everyone is very nice & friendly 😀
I had my 2014 Sorento in for service twice in order to diagnose and repair a front-end issue which manifests as a loud thumping sound while traveling at low speed on uneven pavement. The first repair resulted in replacing a rear differential coupling which did not address the initial problem; the front-end noise persisted. I returned to Dyer explaining the the original issue still existed. As a result, they replaced both front strut assemblies. However, this repair did not address my initial complaint of the loud front-end noise. After dropping nearly $2K on seemingly random repairs which, at the end of the day, did not remedy the original and still existing front-end thumping, I DO NOT plan on returning to Dyer Kia a third time!
We bought a vehicle at Dyer Kia Sept. 14 2021. Our sales rep. was Riley Mobley and from the start he picked out the right car for us. He let us explore other vehicles but we kept coming back to the one he thought would be best for us. He & John the finance manager worked out a great deal for us with an extended warranty. We were very pleased with Riley’s service & would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.
We just leased a new KIA Niro EV from Dyer KIA. This was a first on 2 levels... one, it was our first EV vehicle and two Dyer KIAs first sale/lease of an EV. Our transaction went extremely well... our sales team of Holly and Halley were simply terrific! Obviously since this was a first for both of us we ran into a number questions that come to light only when selling or leasing an EV vehicle... the team at Dyer did a wonderful job from start to finish... these guys really care about their customers and I appreciate that... I can recommend Dyer KIA as a great place to get your KIA. I can tell you this... the Niro EV is a very cool EV... my energy cost has been cut to one third that of gas and a full charge provides over 240 miles... while Im getting 288 miles on a charge. Great experience all the way around!
I was in the market to buy a new Telluride and Id heard great things and saw the great reviews about the vehicle. I live in Tampa so I started locally. Because its such a high demand vehicle there were none to be found. I contacted four Kia dealers within 50 mi of my home, plus two in Orlando, one in West Palm and one in Miami before contacting Dyer Kia in Lake Wales. A few of the dealers representatives were somewhat helpful, but I also ran into a few arrogant car salesmen types who had a take it or leave it attitude. Two of them actually prompted me to drive 2 hours to Orlando to then tell me they didnt have the vehicle they had promised I could see but they could order me one for an additional $13,000 markup! Another dealer in Brandon demanded a trade in or refused to order one and then undervalued my trade by several thousand dollars. After these experiences over 2 days I reached out to Dyer Kia and met Dan Myers, a sales associate. Lake Wales is not an urban center and the attitudes definitely changed from the others. The low-key manner and respectful, down home demeanor was a welcome change. Dan discussed their markup as all dealers have and it was straight forward and reasonable given my other experiences. He also provided the potential timeline for delivery and helped me choose the right options for my vehicle. I was expecting a two to four month window for delivery because of the backlog, but I was pleasantly surprised that my vehicle arrived in 5 to 6 weeks. I drove 80 miles and finally met Dan in person. Dan and everyone at the dealership was cordial and friendly. Im my several car buying experiences in my life this was the best I would highly recommend this dealership and Dan.
Was a great experience. Went in for one car and ended up buying a matching pair. Jay and Dan were great, we searched online first and did not have to negotiate as they gave us the internet pricing. Originally went to a different well advertised Orlando based KIA and they were pushy and their figures did not match. Dyer KIA in Lake Wales was little pressure and seemed far more transparent. Highly recommend Jay or Dan at Dyer KIA and we love our new matching Seltos SUVs.

I purchased a new Kia Forte from Dyer Kia in Lake Wales in late March and I loved how I was treated by the sales staff. This week my low tire pressure light went off. Although I knew this would be an inconvenience for me, I appreciated that the car showed me which tire it was and also showed the pressure on each of the four tires. I didnt have to get out of the car to know which tire it was and how low it was. I drove to Dyer Kia after work for service to check it out. It turned out to be a nail in the sidewall, so I needed a new tire. I am so grateful that they made the change for me and got me on my way. By the time I left it was an hour past their closing time on a Friday of a holiday weekend. They didnt leave me stranded, but instead they took care of me. I thank you, Margarita, and please tell the rest of the service staff.
The customer service department was a huge disappointment. The best part of my experience was getting my car and leaving.The communication was amiss from this dealer. I do not fault this dealer for lack of parts, but I am profoundly disappointment in how customers are spoken to and treated. The service department cannot control when and how many parts arrive, but they certainly can control the communication aspect between themselves and their customers.Oscar, the parts manager, tried to explain it was my fault I showed up to the dealer to pick up my car after receiving a text message earlier in the week the work would be done and ready to go. I showed up on that day (5pm) to find out the work had not been done and the dealer was still waiting on a part. I got no communication my car was going to be delayed. Upon arrival I got a lot of sorry. Oscar then told me it was my fault for driving to the dealer because we didnt call you. When presented with the text message he continued saying you came when you didnt get a call. And then proceeded to disrespect his employees by saying there is only one person who can make calls to you and this is her day off. I am left to assume the customer service representatives are not provided adequate training to make phone calls.My car sat at the dealer for 28 days. During this time period I received 2 text messages on the status of my car. I had to contact them!!Additionally, the price quotes were off. I fully understand a dealer is going to be more experience and completely overcharge for work, but the amount was several hundred dollars different.There are lots of KIA dealers in Central Florida. I encourage you find another dealer if your car needs serviced.
This must be pretty rare with car service departments but my service was virtually instantaneous. Sonia received the part require for my repair and told m to bring in my Kia Optima. It immediately went into the shop where the repair was made. In less than 90 minutes the car was repaired AND washed and ready to go. Thank you, Sonia!

Needed a part for my trunk that wouldnt close on my Optima. Happened during my trip to my church convention. I called, they had the part. I went that same day, a gentleman greeted me at the front door then walked me back to the parts area. They were very courteous and got my part I needed and checked me out quickly. No complaints at all from me. Happy customer 😁

I was on the market to purchase a car for my daughter. I communicated with several dealers via email, text, and phone calls. Nick one of the sales persons reached out to me and provided me with pictures of the vehicle that we aers interested in. I told Nick what was our budget for the car the we were interested in (2020 Rio). Nick told me the price but we continue to compare with othwr dealers. Nick kept in contact with me for roughly 3 weeks as we did our shopping around. He reached out to me and we agreed on a price so we had a meeting of minds. He asked me what time we would be stopping by so they can have the car ready for us. We arrived and Nick was busy with another customer (if youre good youre busy). He asked Javier one of his sales partners to assist us with the purchase of the car. Javier took us for a test drive then he took us to his office. He worked on the paperwork and had us execute within a timely manner. Nick and Javier were both professional, knowledgeable. If you are in the market for a KIA I would suggest reaching out to this dealer and speak with Nick.
My very first leasing experience was all I could ask for and more! The salesman, Matt was a genuine person who helped me get the best option and price. On top of that, the whole management team including Corey, and the finance manager, Abimael were all so helpful and stayed late past their hours to help. I am so happy that I found this dealership, people and car!
Took car in for service. Specifically because car was not accelerating. Was told car had multi point diagnostic done and all recall repairs were completed. Suggested repairs were oil pressure switch, valve cover gasket, and spark plugs. Long story short, come to find out that after paying 400 plus dollars for service, car still did not accelerate. Had to pay for a diagnostic elsewhere to find out that I needed a torque converter. Why wouldnt a Kia dealership service center be able to diagnose a torque converter issue? I basically paid $440 for spark plugs and an oil change. Very disappointing.
I took my vehicle in for an oil change & tire rotation at to Dyer KIA located in Lake Whales, FL. The staff in the Service Department were top notched. They were extremely pleasant / courteous, provided exceptional customer service, provided an estimated work time effort, communicated updates, and was very respectful of my time. He paid a lot of attention to what I wanted and worked hard to get me into the perfect vehicle that I wanted at a price I could afford. The staff at front desk as soon as you walked into service department acknowledge you right away. They were courteous and respectful. I had to have a ride home, Megan was very pleasant and willingly drove me home. They then in turn had to come and pick me back up when my car was ready. Margarita the service writer was helpful and friendly as always. I was right on time and they took me in and gave me an estimate of 1 1/2 to 2 hours. within a few minutes she came to me with another item to be looked at and I approved the extra work and it was still done on the original schedule at less than the original estimate.
Had a wonderful experience. They were straight up, no games. I have bought a lot of cars over the years and I would say this was the most enjoyable. The salesperson,Dan, was willing to work with me and went out of the way to make sure I left the dealership feeling great about my new purchase.

The salesman Caleb was helpful and very well informed even though the vehicle has only been on the market for a very short time. The whole buying process was smooth and there were no surprises. Upon arrival to the dealership I was greeted by Corey and he was very friendly and courteous. Finance manager John was also very friendly when I was signing my papers. I was in and out in a matter of 2 hours with my beautiful new 2020 Kia Sorento. The dealership was very clean and has a nice service waiting area. I went on behalf of a recall that I had for my car as well as a steering issue. They fit me right into their schedule and figured out there were actually 2 recalls on my car and had them all fixed in an hour & a half! Every single person I interacted with, (including the two shuttle drivers), were extremely helpful, courteous, cheerful and patient. I can not express how comfortable they all made me feel. The truth is, I did not anticipate spending as much as I did, but “It is what it is”. As far as the people and the service they gave me, on a scale of 1 to 10, I would have to give them a TEN.
We had a great experience with all the friendly staff and our wonderful salesperson Sylvia Gonzalez. Sylvia took the time to show us different vehicles that we were interested in and test drive them. When we found the right vehicle for us we met manager Bob and had a pleasant haggling experience and got ourselves a price that was equitable to us both. The finance manager Jon furthered the nice experience by being laid back and very pleasant. This had to be the best experience ever from a lifetime of car purchases.

The building and set up is very nice and clean. Everyone seems to be very friendly, the day I went the wait time wasn’t to bad. But I will say the resale value on my 2019 Kia isn’t good at all, would love to get a newer Kia but I would be to upside down because of the resale value of my 2019 😔
My wife called me on her way home from work at 2:45pm saying that our Kia Soul wouldnt accelerate over 30mph. I called the service dept and spoke to Sonia who said bring car in immediately. Long story short my wife was seen immediately and knock sensor was replaced within an hour. Thanks Sonia and Dyer Kia!!

Sunday I went to a local dealership in Palm Beach because its close to where I live, I had a horrible experience to the point I was not even going to consider buying any Kia. However, I really loved the look of the Stinger. I got online Monday morning and found Dyer Kia had what I was looking for but was 2 hours away. I worked with Jay over email and text, he even sent me a video of the car since I wasnt local. He confirmed the pricing and all of the details of the car for me. I was originally going to go Saturday but our old car broke down Tuesday morning so a new one needed to happen now. I text him as soon as they opened Tuesday and confirmed once again the pricing and the car and advised I was headed that way but it will take me 2 hours to get there. He answered right away and said hed have it ready for me. He stood by his word on everything he had told me. He was extremely friendly and professional and made the car buying experience very pleasant. He went through every detail on the car and was just super nice. Thank you! Even the dealership appearance at Dyer was cleaner, decorated nicer just a million times better in every detail! Keep you the good work :)

The best car buying experience since Saturn. The sales people didn’t try to upsell or push me towards a car. The financing was also easy and painless. We did a lot of the searching for our new car online prior to driving to the dealership and found their internet sales team knowledgeable.
I had my vehicle serviced on Wednesday and I am very pleased. The service advisor, Margarita took very good care of everything. Margarita made sure everything was done correctly and my car washed when they were done. I was very pleased with the service at Dyer Kia and have a very good service advisor.
Make sure you go in and only deal with KC Giger. He had his work cut out with me, as I was very picky and was only going to get what I wanted. He tracked down the color I wanted. (Only getting that color by the way.) and the one specific vehicle. The vehicle is great, LOVE IT and KC gave up alot of time for me to be happy. So KC we love you. Sporty is doing great.

Absolutely terrible service for vehicle maintenance. If you have an older Kia forget about getting any help in a timely manner. I dropped mine off the night before for an early morning check the next day. 6 hrs after its appointment, there was still no update available. After being on hold for 10 minutes, twice, I gave up. Ill be picking up my car a will take it to a mom/pop shop instead.A truly unfortunate experience innl customer service.Note: the operator has the same voice but changes her name every you call.

I had originally left a 5 star review the day I purchased the car. That was a huge mistake. While I still appreciate Holly and the work she did, the end of June trying to deal with the dealership was a nightmare. 2 weeks after the purchase, received a call that the paperwork was messed up on their end from the finance department (removing the name of the employees that caused these issues, as the dealership is aware of the issue and who they were). I took time out of work, filled out the paperwork again, and thought it was settled. Towards the end of the month, when I was still about to make a payment on a car I no longer had, I ended up spending a total of 60 hours on email and phone trying to solve a problem that the dealership had caused. It’s finally been taken care of now- but I’d highly suggest planning to take screenshots of every email, and probably be prepared to scan your own paperwork, in case it’s mysteriously lost or messed up. Proceed with caution.

We had our 2020 Sedona serviced today at Dyer Kia. We have worked with Ryne Knuth several times in the Service Department and he is thorough and professional - a very good service advisor. We waited for the completion of the oil change and tire rotation in their customer area. It was clean and comfortable. We tried several other Kia dealerships in Orlando, and found Dyer much more to our liking. The service was done in a timely fashion and the car wash and vacuum is a nice extra touch. I definitely recommend Dyer for auto needs.

From start to finish avil time slots to pick from margarita at the front (service parts) amazing whole reason why we stay and I even got my partner to switch his car over to this location.. not just her but the gentle man to the right as ur facing her is awesome as well I never got a chance yet to work with the gent to the left but he always is happy and says hi when I come in .. plus they are fast w my cars and let’s me know of anything extra that will help maintain my cars to be the best of there abilities never pushy when it comes to upgrades and they will take you to certain places I got to the bob Evan’s for breakfast and about the time I’m done the car is to easy breezy

He drove and clearly knew all the special features of this wonderful far. He then turned it over to me and driving it was a pleasure. Very responsive steering. Quiet on the road and handled the bumps wellA word about Steve. He us simply the best car salesman I have ever bought a car from. He obviously does his homework. I love the Dyer Kia in Lake Wales Florida service department! This is my 2nd visit and the service is amazing! They kept me informed of the repairs and progress. The staff is so friendly and professional, I have had Jose both times and he is awesome. Even though I did not purchase my car there, if I have questions about the functions they are so kind to answer all my questions. The waiting is room is comfortable, clean and seating is spaced for the covid guidelines. I like they require masked to keep everyone safe.I must say they are more efficient in repairs than where I take my Chevy where I have had to wait 3-4 hours for the same services.I like the fact that they wash and vacuum my car after each service. I would highly recommend Dyer Kia in Lake Wales Florida.
I went in today to take my 2015 Kia Soul for the 1st time to do service on it because I wanted to install fog lights and they did a very awesome job, very detailed and professional and always making sure that everything is working right. I highly recommend this place!
Dropping off was easy and convenient. Explained I was a night shift worker and I would be back later in the day to pick the vehicle up. Everyone involved was very professional. When I went in to pick up the vehicle they were assisting other customers. I was promptly greeted and assured they would be with me as soon as possible. Went in for an oil change, system check, and also told them about a couple of things that the car was doing and wanted to know if I should be concerned. When I picked up the vehicle there was a small issue with my bill which was quickly corrected. I was told I was good to go and handed my keys. After I left I realized.....no-one told me if they found anything when they did the inspection nor if they found anything related to the issues I reported having. That would be the only thing I could say they could improve upon. Now I could have asked....but I shouldnt have had to.
Thanks to SteveO my wife and I just had the best car buying experience ever!We received an Email from Dyer KIA with a proposal that seemed to good to be true. Amazingly enough, not only was it true, we were able to conduct the entire process via Email and text and SteveO personally delivered the car to our door.Now, how can you beat that! :-0

Ive had great experience with getting my old kia services done at Dyer Kia Sevice Center, so when I was looking for a new vehicle I decided to look at the new vehicles at Dyer Kia, as well. It was also a great experience! SteveO was so friendly and knowledgeable, asked plenty of questions to make sure I got the car that I was looking for! Definitely recommend Dyer Kia for your service and new car needs! Everyone in the service department are great (Jean, Jose, and Marguerita, for sure!), in Sales look for SteveO, in finance John B! But honestly everyone Ive met there was nice!

I went to Dyer Kia just to look around and ended up test driving the K-5 and Seltos, Caleb one of the sales guys was one of the best to work with. No pressure laid back and very honest which is hard to find anymore. If you’re looking for nice car or suv give them a try first! We’ll be glad that you did.
