Early is the best time to visit on Sunday morning. Grab a donut from Dunking Donuts and off to shopping! Well stocked. Lots of TP, paper towels and even clorox. There seem to be an abundance of most things. Lots of self serve check outs.

Horrible. Extremely rude shoppers, got ran over or bumped into too many times.... the layout was so different from home store we did a marathon just to get some pharmacy, food and 1st aid materials. Boooo😒

Like Lake Wales Walmart. Just dont understand why its poorly stocked. I drink diet Dr. Thunder. None for over a week. Asked a employee to check if there was any in back. None, and was told the was none in the warehouse. Drove to Cypress Gardens Walmart the shelves were full. Why is Cypress Gardens stocked so much better?

Very clean and well organized garden center. Most Walmarts I go to half the plants are on there last leg. The gentleman that works in garden center clearly takes pride In his work, I didn’t get his name, sorry I’ll update later when I see him.

Had everything I needed when I went major grocery shopping. Was in and out quickly and the staff was very kind and efficient. Loved their plants and they have Venus fly traps

I always enjoy a trip to Walmart! On this particular trip, my mom and I were assisted by a young lady at the customer service desk who went over and beyond to help us upload a Walmart gift card. Additionally, I appreciate the fact that the store was clean and stocked with everything that I needed.

This is my local store where I shop most weeks. I also pick up my Rx from the Pharmacy there. Im used to the layout of the store and parking lot and thats why I prefer to shop there.

I use to love this store. Its well maintained, well stocked, and has alot to offer. Their resent switch to less customer service, less cash registers with cashiers has made it less desirable to visit. There was only one with a person operating when I went and there were 9 people lined up. When did human interaction become so bad. As I usually go out of my way to shop here, it really isnt worth the trip anymore.

Well, went to buy school jeans for my 9 yr old autistic son and wanted to try them on. So, I waited for a few minutes in front of the fitting room...not an employee on site. I saw two employees at a distant and I waived...to my surprise 😮 and after looking at me, they ignored me and walked away. My husband asked for help, and another employee announced that a customer needed assistance at the fitting room...about five minutes later, not an employee on site. So I decided to speak to a service desk employee and when I said that I was still waiting for someone to unlock the fitting room, I was speechless with her response. I was told that at 7 pm or so the store does not have anyone that services the fitting room nor the jewelry department, therefore they have no key.🙄🙄😮🎂😠😠😠. A whole store and no key... Her suggestion was, you can always buy the jeans and if they dont fit, bring them back... Because I sit around at home doing nothing to go through all of that. WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! 😡

I am not too familiar with Grape Hammock, but it is very nice, just off of Lake Kississimee in Florida, also in Lake Wales, Florida to be exact. The Staff I have encountered has been very nice, polite, curtious and professional. The store is a little too pricey but nice and cute. It is also a bait shop too. Very peaceful scenery as you venture throughout the grounds. I have not seen very much of it but the store and the trailer park. I rode through with a friend the other day and it is very nice and clean and well kept. Good job everyone. Father God Yahweh greatly bless you all in every way.

Normally I love Wal-Mart, but today I was severely disappointed. I had a friend who needed her groceries picked up. Pickup time was 2pm and I checked in at 2:22. We waited until 3:52 for them to bring the order out. We watched 6 cars on BOTH sides of us pull in after is and get their orders. I will remain a loyal customer but that area needs to organize better.

This was a new Wal Mart for me. Bigger than the one I usually go to. It was nice and big and I found everything I needed and more.

Horrible, combative, argumentative and disrespectful customer service. Asked for managers name and number and badge 8845 and the other two refused to give it to me! Poorly trained and as a customer, very much unappreciated!

The store I prefer to shop at is not one of the newer ones, but it is the best stocked store of them all… and is worth the extra few miles of driving. The associates are friendlier and go the extra mile to help you locate the product you are searching for.

I use to love going to this Walmart. Not anymore; it has become the worst Walmart I have ever been in and I have been to many. Management of Walmart Lake Wales has gone to pot. They never have things in stock anymore; things that I buy on a regular basis are all gone from the shelves. The workers there have no manners, they are constantly in the way of shoppers and dont have respect to move out of your way. Since they have started the pick up orders the people that go around filling the orders have no respect. They are constantly blocking the isles and instead of respectfully moving over they expect you to get out of their way even though they are blocking the area you are shopping. Publix prices are usually a little higher but I will pay extra to keep from tolerating the present conditions at Walmart. I am sure I am not the only one who will stop using this Walmart due to sorry management.

I come here all the time the staff is always helpful and if I cant find what I need theyre always down to suggest where I can find whateverq Im looking for.

RYAN (Landry probably not the right spelling) IN TECH DESERVES A RAISE. His customer-service is 100/10 and there’s not many genuine, kind, and helpful people like him anymore. I went to this Walmart with my grandma about a phone (older people and technology doesn’t mix very well lol), and he patiently & kindly listened, helped, and found exactly what she needed. If you have any tech inquiries, he’s the only person I’d recommend 100% with no questions asked. Will be going back with any further inquiries & asking for him only.

Its Wal-Mart, but no one works anymore. You ask for help they tell you, you can find it on the Walmart app or give you a attitude because they dont want to show you but then again alot of the workers dont even know were anything is in there. We need to go back to when people actually work

Well....for starters the MoneyGram system was down today, so i could not purchase my rent check.It was not to crowded, but another ongoing problem was alot of items have no price tag!!!!!... Also, is it me or do people go out their way to block you in with food cart, or go slow on purpose.Other then that things are the same .It was not to crowded today and i got what i needed...checkout was self checkout, and things ran smoothly...

This supercenter is huge, wide selection and clean. I was just a visitor to the area. I gave it a 4 because it was a lot more expensive than the walmart in my area. Probably taking advantage of there not being too many other options to all the country/farmland towns around it.

While Walmart has great prices on things on their shelves, the problem is there is empty shelves, and as for cashiers, they seem to be non existent. I do not work for walmart, so I will not check myself out then bag my own groceries and then carry to my car. If wal Mart wants people to check themselves out give us a discount for our troubles. Until then either use more cashiers or lose my business.

Too crowded, mostly with employees gathering up orders! Hardly any lines with cashiers forcing everyone to use self check if they dont want to wait for a long time!!

Very disorganized and rude staff. It was so hard to find what we wanted because it seemed like a tornado went through the store. The shoes and clothes were a mess. We went in with a long list and only got a few things because my anxiety got too bad. I have never been in a worse walmart. If I could give zero stars I would. I saw plenty of employees in the departments we were in but they were standing around talking to each other and when we started walking towards them to ask a question they walked away. I will NEVER go back again!

The two gentlemen that helped us with are TV to the car were very polite and inventive in how the TV should be positioned on the trailer. I wish I was anle to tip them! Also, the cashier that rung us up, was very informative of the TV we purchased. The day and time was 11/12/20 about 7:30pm. Please give them kudos from us and maybe a raise!Thank you!

Absolutely no cashiers available, had to bag an entire grocery cart of food by myself, while bagging the register quit working and had wait for an employee to reset the register. I will never shop at the Walmart in Lake Wales again.

The worst Walmart for customer service I have ever been in. Mothers Day only 1 cashier open and there was over 13 people in line. One customer went to the service desk to ask for another register to be open. It didnt happen, the cashier asked for help and none came. Waited in line for over 25 mins. to be checked out. I dont use self check out. I am not a cashier and if I wanted to check myself out I would just shop online. The front End manager no where to be seen or found. Loads of employees walking around texting on their phones during work hours but none would help this poor cashier named Melody get the line down. One said she was locked out and couldnt help, another said she was already busy with other things and couldnt jump on to get the line down. Where is the customer service people? Stop trying to push self check out and get some cross training going so you can take care of your customers. Poor management all the way around. And tell your employees to stay off their phones during work hours and take care of the customers. GRRRRRRRR!

I cant blame Walmart for having the worst management in this store. Ive never seen a group of unexperience, unprofessional, unadequate and disrespectful management in my entire career. They are never on the same sheet of music, they do what ever they want to do and the job never gets done, then they blame the employees for their mistakes and lack of communication. They treat their employees like if they were slaves with out any concern for them or their family. Shelves are always empty and they never have anything and good luck in getting help youll never find anyone and if you do they dont even speak English. Worst store ever.

Love coming to this Walmart! Friendly staff, always parking, great prices & above all organized! It’s always clean & organized whenever we go. For larger shopping trips or a quick supply restocking this Walmart is by far the best one!

This is your average Walmart. They do a good job of keeping the store clean. It is safe and the parking lot is well lit. If you need help youll have to find someone to ask. Ive never encountered a rude employee here so please treat them nicely and they will do the same. The pharmacy is good and customer service is professional and friendly. Few cashier checkouts will be available as they have moved mostly to self-checkout but their self-checkout assistants are quick to help if needed. They do not carry everything and craft and fishing sections are small. You wont find live bait or the like at this location but you can purchase your fishing license here if you hunt down the right employee. They have also reduced the size of their electronics department due to the digital nature of current times (few CDs etc).

Store was neater and much fuller then week before. Of course, great prices. Only one register open for 8 people. Finally opened another when I was next. They obviously want you to work for them and ring your own purchases.
