Good prices and clean store. I definitely recommend this place. Its good to keep checking store at different times to check out the new inventory.

Bought a set of metal sawhorses that had to be assembled. Laid out the 150+ parts and found short 7 small nuts. Couldnt find any that fit in my home supply. Was told I have to bring all parts and box back to store for exchange. Said i only needed the 7 nuts out of another box then that could represent my exchange. No Can Do. I must take a whole other box, take it home, spend another 45 minutes separating the hardware again and hope its all there. If not, then I guess repeat process. Just got my refund and wont take my business there again unless desperate.

Place with cheap tools. We went here for zip ties after just being hit by another car and needed to strap the bumper back up until insurance can repair. Always clean in here and staff always willing to help if you need it.

Took a small compressor back (unopened) to exchange for a larger (2x) compressor and was charged a 40 dollar restock fee for the small one.Did not exchange, I took the hit and went to home Depot and when I told them what happened they applied a 15% coupon - saved me 60 bucks.Last tool I will ever purchase from Harbor Freight. That is some way to show your appreciation for years of money spent on tools - but thank you for making things clear.

Ah Harbor Freight. My husband loves this store. Its a great option for folks not wanting to make the trip to Home Depot. It is also a good place to save money. The clerks are helpful when asked or at checkout. They will not come find you to see if you need help but Im good with that. There are always neat surprise finds in this store like cool toys etc. You will not find wood or other similar materials in Harbor Freight. No gardening items either. It is a tool store. Youll find good basic tools here and even some things like different kinds of Saws and tool chests/carts at great prices. I got a really good quality step stool here for 20 bucks. They have great coupons and deals to save even more. Download their coupon app to save a few extra bucks.

Gotta say I love the HF in Lake Wales, FL. The place is well organized, clean well lit and the workers from the manager on down are very knowledgeable and likeable. I love this HF. It is my Go To store and home away from home!! Good job guys and gals!!!

Harbor Freight does have good items to buy.But... they seem to have a supply issue on many things. Items that people need are not in stock. You cannot prepay for an item that is on its way thursday . You cannot pre order anything and floor models cannot be sold.Its not a huge issue... but everything I go to the Auberndale FL store. I hear it from at least three customers asking for something that is on sale... but out of stock?

You already know the tools you get from harbor freight so I wont comment on that but the customer service there isnt very great. Plus if its an item in the monthly sale forget it! They only stock a few.

What can I say to you, tremendous customer services, from the cashier, the staff on the floor felt like a VIP customer, they found me everything I needed, more additionally they gave me options not for selling but for what I am asking for. Not like other stores They try to keep pushing you more products that you are not looking for.

Staff guessing at what tools can be used for tasks. Not knowledgeable in trades that use the tools and equipment they sell. Prices and tool quality are not ban at all though.

I was told that they would not serve me because I did not wear a mask. Nothing was said what I walked in the door walked all the way to the back of the store picked up what I wanted came back the little boy managers walked away and left the barely of age female to tell me she was not going to serve me. I dont have a problem wearing masks if explained before I walk in the store. They will never get my business again. I received the product I needed the next day from Amazon better quality same price.

Kind of expensive on stuff these days supposed to be where you go and buy cheap stuff but now the cheap stuff is more than the high stuff it is what it is how you going to sell a tool without a battery but Walmarts got the same tool with the battery for a whole price

I went to exchange a 3/8 drill that I bought the day before yesterday from them, for another of 1/2 and the manager refuse to do the change because even in front of the cashier that testified my true purchase.The problem was that I lost my purchase invoice and ask the manager to look in their record my card payment to verify my purchase and he refused.I was so mad for his attitude, that I left the 3/8 in from desk of the cashier and left the store.So now they have a 3/8 surplus drill in their records and lost a frequent customer. Good Job Mr Manager, congratulations

Had a lot of yard work to do and needed a heavy duty garden cart, called ahead spoke with Joe. Joe Said we have two in stock asked him to hold one I would be right up. Arrived to learn the only one they had was the display model which they would not sell to me. I was told they had some at the Bartow, Sebring or Avon Park store and would be glad to call them and have them hold one for me. LIKE I BELIEVE THAT!!!!Thank goodness Tractor Supply was right next door had a better lawn cart already assembled!!! Thank you Tractor Supply!!!

Brand new store with friendly staff, clean and well lit aisles. Its not top quality but the freebies are nice and the tools will get the job done at least once.We needed a masonry drill bit & found a set for $3 that accomplished the task plus the other bits accomplished a second task so we got twice the value we expected.This location is pet friendly and easily accessible from the main road. Lots of restaurants, laundromat, & other shops nearby.

Well stocked store, very helpful, friendly, and courteous personnel. Was looking for a particular product, but found another instead, for a successful purchase.

Went to buy a sander and found one in the location for 8.99 them was told that it was in the wrong spot so went back and got a different one and it was marked for 13.99. The manger again said oh its in the wrong spot. Was talked down by the cashier named Amber and cussed by the manager Angie. Called corporate and they hung up on me because they dont want to hear it.

Staff is always helpful. And they pretty much always have the right tool for the job. Of course, you get what you pay for. Some of the items arent top quality.
