Ive been going to this store for about 5 years now. Ive only had positive experiences there. Found super cheap comic book sweatpants and POP! figures Im missing from my collections. The manager even helped us by doing a trade-in late in the day because thats the only time we can ever get out and about.

This place is horrible. I used to love Fye it was my go to store. But the lady Jeanne is horrible. She will follow you and make it very well known that she does not want you there. She will harass your children (should you dare bring any in). I feel my dignity is not worth shopping at this store. At least Wal-Mart has better customer service. 😂😂😋

Im only giving this one star so that I may post my complaint otherwise I would give this no stars. I am very upset and disappointed by the way I was treated by the So call head manager I was with my children and she didnt want me touching anything and made it very clear I will never shop in there again and trust me Im going to the mall office to complain and I will not stop complaining until she is gone she was so rude and so disrespectful and I did not deserve to be treated like that.

Horrible customer service I was treated with disrespect to the point of feeling unsafe to continue shopping at this establishment and dont plan on visiting this store ever again.
