Delivered package in rain. Ignored instructions to leave by door and ring doorbell AGAIN. Only needed to walk a few more steps.

They are still doing the must wear masks and social distancing because its very small inside there. I thought the price was reasonable

Fedex driver lied said he came to my home for delivery and never did someone was home all day. On top of that when I got home no door tag was left. Called customer service said theyll redeliver by 5 as I let them know my 17 yo son was home no one came that was a lie too. I called back at 5:30 asking where was the guy stating that previous representative submitted request that its optional not mandatory.

They only allow one person in the building at a time which is fine I guess for covid-19 prevention reasons but I stood in the rain 20 min to wait for some one to tell me that they have no printer to print digital labels. which is pretty standard practice for all shipping companies so you can print from your phone. It took me over an hour to get my one package shipped that I had already paid postage on. The only reason they get two stars instead of one is that the employees were very nice and helpful . But overall fedex has let me down big today.

Wonderful experience. Needed to make a copy of my ID and send some paperwork out with a preprinted label. The girl at the counter was very pleasant and helped me out.

No lines and felt safe as they only allow one person at a time inside because the customer area is small. Very helpful and polite customer service.

Horrible service, wont be using fedex EVER again, 2 packages messed up back to back, attempted a delivery friday, no one was home ( 3 people in a 1000 sq/ft apartment and no one heard a knock ) and no door tag left. Re-attempted delivery again tuesday, no one home again? ( 3 people home again, no one heard a knock and no door tag again!! ) had to drive 1 hour to the location, got there at 5 pm, had to wait u til after 7 pm foe the driver ANTHONY to come back with the package to pick it up ( driver said he heard people in the house but no one answered? DID YOU TRY TO KNOCK HARDER SINCE YOU KNEW FOR A FACT THERE WAS PEOPLE IN THE APARTMENT WAITING FOR A PACKAGE??? .... useless, unrealiable, unprofessional. UPS or DHL from now on, fedex is dead from now on. Not recommended to ANYONE.

The guy was great! We had many boxes to send to different addresses. He kept us talking and laughing as we went through the check in. Not this facilities fault that some if the boxes were damaged and photos were lost in shipping despite all edges being taped.

When delivering my package the driver failed to even attempt to ring the door bell. It’s funny because I have a Ring doorbell system and I can see, on video, the driver lady just standing there for about 7 seconds and leaving the note. Then to be able to speak to customer support, I waited a total of 2 hours and 23 minutes for nothing. What a waste of time. Fed ex has the same service as checkers or Popeyes, rude, dirty, and unreliable.

Was having Trouble getting a return label printed out in my home town 30 miles away so I went to Fed Ex on Central Avenue. I talked to Lenn who was so helpful. . Very patient and courteous. Knew exactly what I needed since I didnt have all the information he thank you Lenn ..

Awful, every time Ive had something to be delivered through FedEx its always an issue and they bend the rules and lie to you to make you feel better. Why bother having the option to pay for delivery later in the evening if yall are just going to try to deliver it before my PAID FOR AND REQUESTED TIME. I will gladly pay more for literally anyone else to deliver my packages. Its always something with FedEx, just deliver my package and if you cant dont lie to me to get me off the phone.

One of the worse FedEx location I have ever been to. The building is very rundown in sketchy neighborhood. Customer service area is very small with only one working computer. We had to wait about 45 minutes just to find out that computer wasn’t working and we have to come back later. Customer service agents didn’t even bother to call tech support. They didn’t have any regard for our time. This place is total waste. We ended up going to south Lakeland location. We had much better experience there.

Driver did not even knock on door and left a door tag on an overnight delivery. We called within half an hour of the driver supposedly trying to deliver the package and were told it would be redelivered today and it was not. Then we were told that the station is closed and wont reopen until Monday. Is this FedEx or the Post Office. My company paid over $70 to have that package overnighted to me. 3 Adults were home all day the driver never even knocked on the door. They wont do anything to make it right.

Associate was patient and understanding! Right now they only accept credit cards or debit cards NO CASH!

Sorry excuse for customer service the manager Gerald and agent Linda were no help and having an attitude because they would not ship my package with a label I provided them. I wish i would have seen all the negative reviews before i drove an hour to only drop off a package. She quoted that aint really our problem. She also kept laughing and I didnt think the situation was too funny. This is a horrible. If you dont like your job then its time to find a new one and your making you and the company you look for look bad.

Went to mail 1 small envelope, she said 60 dollars for next day delivery. Yellow flat envelope I think its robbery fla to Georgia so I went to post office 3 dollars & change it will be there mon. No thanks fed x.i dont think she on the up & up this lady .lucky she got 1 star, small office 5 people max. I smell a rat with this.

The delivery driver tried to deliver to the wrong address all three times. I called customer service and asked that they hold the package and I would drive there and get it.On the fourth day when I drove for an hour to get to the FedEx building that it was at they informed that they had sent it back on the third day. Very un organized and could care less if they get your package to you or not.

This company lies too much, we need more competitive delivery services, they always late. 2 days delivery not with Fedex, Walmart needs to use UPS. Amazon probably don’t use them, Amazon is very strict about delivery or you fired.

Missed my pick up date. Didnt apologize. But the driver who picked it up did take good care of rewrapping my package so it wouldnt get damaged. Next time Ill try UPS

Ive had nothing but problems with the drivers from this facility, I leave the door tag signed and visible to just have the driver take it and leave another and no package. I will never use FedEx again because of this headache.

Ive had 2 separate packages delivered this week and left on porch and too lazy to ring bell! Found the packages when went to get the mail . If the UPS and the USPS can ring the bell, Then why cant Fedex ! Especially when my vehicle is in the driveway ! Im just glad I got the packages before the porch pirates stole them !
