Felicia was my wax specialist and even with me being pregnant she made sure I was comfortable and okay with everything that she was doing. She was very professional and very helpful with products that would help my skin and waxing in the future. Would highly recommend her to anyone that wants a Brazilian with no awkwardness and any other wax service

My friend requested the place to me and told me to ask for Stephanie, she was great at making conversation and making sure I was comfortable. But, she rushed the job when I got home to clean everything off there were spots of wax left and she missed a lot of spots and my skin wasn’t smooth after the finished job. It was as if I left the place the exact the same way I came. I’ve never regretted giving someone a tip as much as I do right now.

I visited the Lake Worth location today for the first time and was seen by Alexandria. She was excellent to say the least! Super gentle & fast. She will be my go to girl for this location!

My first visit here seemed to be a good one. When I got home I saw the amount of wax and hair left... I called to speak with the manager and she scheduled me for a touch up. I would go back and give them another try.

I went for the first time .. I was nervous .. kyra took care of me and she was really friendly and cool. We talked the whole time. . I went home and I had bruising from hot wax .. a lot of hairs were left with wax everywhere. Not good at all!! Very disappointed

I went for my first time to get waxed. My waxer was Yesenia and she did such a great job! She made me feel extremely comfortable the whole time and I was very please with my experience there. Ill be coming back very soon!

My wax specialist is Yesenia & she’s amazing! she gets your wax done in a quick and clean manner, I get brazilian waxes done and it only takes about 10-15 mins at most. she’s super sweet and makes your wax experience calm & painless, always tells me to take a deep breath before the wax is ripped off & such an easy person to chat with to make the experience for comfortable. I used to get my waxes done with Melody before she left & I was so nervous to get a new specialist, but Yesenia made me feel comfortable and her technique is perfect which def helps make it as painless as possible :)

Ive been going to this location since January 2020. I was originally going to another location but switched due to this location being closer to home. It wasnt until I made the Lantana location my wax home that Ive been experiencing the best wax service every single visit. Kathrynne is the only waxer I service with. She is extremely precise and ensures she gets every strain of hair. In addition to being precise, shes also welcoming and professional. I was so impressed with her precision that I purchased wax passes. Kathrynne informed me of a money saving deal and I immediately took advantage of it. I moved about 20 minutes away from the Lake Worth location close by to the Boynton location, but I still go out of my way to see Doris. She’s worth the trip!Update- I just returned from quarantine and after not having waxed for over two months, I knew it was going to be painful. My first time here and couldnt be more happy w the results. First of all the customer service was over the top. Front desk attendant Explained everything they had to offer. Followed by My actual appt. Which was prompt. I had Yvette and although her procedure for a full Brazilian was different than im used to she was so professional and made my experience feel like i was catching up w an old friend. Shes genuially kind and very thorough. Her room was Very clean as well. I left feeling awesome. This was my first time getting waxed ever and I expected it to hurt what I didn’t expect is so much unprofessionalism. When I got there I was greeted with information on setting a future appointment instead of how the first would go or after car considering it was my first time. I made reservations but was taken in after a walk in which kind of ticked me off but that’s not even the worst part. When I met my waxer she was on edge and kept saying she was ready to leave and just wanted to get me over with. I got a Brazilian and my underwear arms done but as she was doing it she was getting aggravated because I twitched when she pulled the wax I apologize and told her I’m new to this but that just made her madder. Long story short I left with long strands of hair still on me and disappointment. Wouldn’t go back.* wrong location the location this happened in was the one in Wellington

Ive been going to European Wax Center for Years and by far the best person i have ever had has been Kelly! She is very professional and is a perfectionist. She is very kind and pleasant.

Please be more accommodating to walk-ins. No one wants to schedule a 10 minute eye brow wax 3 weeks in advance, NO ONE! Even other wax services don’t take longer than 30min max. Please rethink your poor customer care of trying to make us make an appointment for such a short service period. I had a good experience when the lake worth location first opened with walking in, and employees. A few times now the employees seem lackluster and no accommodation for walk ins. :(

I went to this location yesterday. It was my first time going to European Wax Center. Ive been having my brows waxed since I was in middle school and Ive had some terrible experiences along the way. My brows dont naturally arch and Ive always struggled with various nail salons to get it right. Ive never had one of them take out a tool and measure my face before beginning, though! Thats when you know its serious business. Thats what EWC did. Today, one day later, I started feeling like I made the wrong decision in keeping my brows thicker (its the style now but I didnt like how it looked on me) and called them to try to get it fixed. Turns out they have a policy for touch up and its up to four days from the wax day. They touched them up for free and I couldnt be happier with the result! My brows now look just the way they should have from middle school. I will be a lifelong client.

They hooked me up with a great deal :DI went to the Lake Worth location off of Lantana and Jog Rd. And I will most definitely go back again! These people are WONDERFUL!

I have used EWC for many years. Doris is an amazing aesthetician. She is funny and makes the whole waxing experience relaxing and enjoyable. I did have an issue with one aesthetician but it was handled promptly by the owner and since changing to Doris have had no problems. The front desk attendants are friendly and welcoming.
