She does her job so well and really knows her business.In these times of poor customer service…It was refreshing to work with king of Kitchens.Geovanas communication between the warehouse, granite specialist and the most contentious installation team, made them a pleasure to work with.Did I mention that Geovana is great at her job?I was blown away by her ability to remember and recalculate measurements in her head!!!Also the computer generated images were very helpful in visioning our final results.Also, they gave me a really cool pen! 😊Thank you King of Kitchens .

I worked with Juliana at king of kitchen and had a great experience. I am amazed at the quality of materials I was able to get for such a reasonable price. My cabinets and granite countertops installed cost me less than $6500!!! Other companies I got quotes from said it would cost me between 12 and 14 grand. I would recommend this company to anybody, they are friendly, reliable, and do amazing quality work.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY! Beware of this company as it has been two months since I paid for a full kitchen remodel and it is still incomplete. They take your money, continue to charge you more along the way, never show up to complete the work when they say they will, some of the cabinets arrived yellow and some where bright white and they told me “that’s just how they are”. Also, they were off on their measurements by 6inches on one whole side of my kitchen and then proceeded to tell me I needed to remove a wall in order for the cabinets to fit. No, this is not what I ordered or paid for. My sales person was Geovana and while she somewhat helped me, once they took my money they refused to fix their mistakes. I ended up taking a major loss and going to Euro Kitchen down the road and having them finish the job. Euro Kitchen has been GREAT! Please stay away from King of Kitchens. They will rip you off and you won’t have a kitchen for months. Take my word for it. I have reported this company to the Better Business Bureau as well. Many other reviews on here share my frustration. This company is a waste of your time.

We planned our kitchen with the assistance of Iris. She worked with us and helped us with the design process. We then selected the granite from over 100 choices. Their staff was superb. The installation process for the kitchen cabinets and the counter tops was as planned! No issues! Great service all around and great product!

When I tell you I read all the negative reviews on google and was very skeptical about even starting a transaction with them but I do understand that you can’t please everyone no matter what you do for them. But mannnnn let me tell you most of the were right on. I walked in and was greeted, sat with Daniella and I e plainer to her exactly what I wanted but it seems as if she was too busy with whatever she currently was doing but she finally took all my info then someone finally came out to take measurements and guess what? Three weeks later I still haven’t herd anything. Thank god for a friend that just remodeled they’re kitchen and the same company is almost done with my kitchen now. I will never ever tell anyone about them. Horrible customer service

Terrible customer service, that has to be the biggest complaint i would say for this company. When placing an order, i was told 1 week. I called the following week and 4 days after, 2-3 times a day. I was repeatedly told i would be called back in 5 mins and never got a call back. Also, the sale person stated it would be just like that i mentioned style, color, assembled,etc. Either she was interested in making a sale or did not pay attention, regardless was not the case when i received it. To top it off, when i went to pick it up the boxes where damaged and i had to drive back because they gave me the wrong unit. The person in the warehouse stated it was not their fault because he was only working there 2 days. Again, issue with the company and staff. I would recommend going elsewhere

I would not recommend this company. The communication is terrible, never returns my calls, have to call several times till I finally catch someone pick up. My sales person was nice enough (Iris) but after install they were very hesitant to correct problems that came up!

I had the pleasure of doing my first ever remodel with King of Kitchen and Granite. The owner, Ray, personally oversaw the planning and execution. He is not only very knowledgeable but also dedicated to going above and beyond to make sure everything came out just the way I wanted. He and his staff will really treat you like a friend and not like just another customer. From the quality, customer service and big selection of styles and colors to choose from in both cabinets and granite really makes them the best choice. I would highly recommend them to anyone. If I could rate 0 stars I would.. My sales advisor was Geovana Merizio and I purchased espresso color cabinets. Everything was good during the sale till the cabinets arrived. The assembly was done horrible. The cabinets color dont even match and it was just an atrocious job. I returned the cabinets that did not match and I still have yet to hear of an update and its been a whole month. No one there has helped, Ive called multiple times. If you want to WASTE your money then I recommend this place.

Horrible company! They have no integrity! How dare they arrive at my home and ask me for more money to complete the kitchen installation the day of. Then, Genovana Merizio, she should be fired! Informing me over the phone that if I do not pay the extra charges (she forgot to mention conveniently prior to installation), the kitchen will not be installed. Interesting enough, I spoke to Genvana 2 days prior to installation, and she did not mention the additional charges. You cannot be adding charges after the customer pays you 75 percent of the total cost/signed contract. The 1 man crew that arrived on installation date walked out of the house without saying good-bye. Today, I was informed this company is not licensed in the State of Florida. My attorney will be looking into this on Monday. I will not be conned! Do not confuse my kindness and my good-will with weakness.

I was very disappointed with how they deal with customers they place a ad in the Boynton Beach flyer stating that they offer 12 months no interest financing but when I ask about it they said that they didn’t offer that any longer and I just got the flyer is week, why didn’t they take that out of they ad are they doing that to attract customers to their place. Then we were sent to their warehouse where you walk around by yourself no one this there to direct to the Granite section or to the Quartz section then you are asked to take a picture of what you like, which of course what I selected was Quartz which was more expensive the salesperson never reached out say where the Granite was located. I think they are more interested in lots of sales and not giving their customers the right attention to make a deal. Beware of how cheap the bottom line is you will pay for it at the end.

I made an appointment and met Iris. She is VERY knowledgeable. She made a few recommendations that were AWESOME. When my cabinets were delivered and installed, I was very impressed with the attention to detail and true craftsmanship displayed. The corners on the trim were PERFECTLY CUT!!! The crew that did the countertop ran into crooked walls but knew EXACTLY how to make the top fit perfectly. Both crews were very clean and promptly cleaned up after themselves. I wish I could give 10 stars. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. ASK FOR IRIS!!!!

I got recommended by a friend to work with Nathalie Santos. She is very knowledgeable and pays attention to detail. She went to the extent of making the pantry fit through the elevator and coordinated between the manufacture and installer. She made sure everything went according to plan and even kept up with any little changes I wanted to make (I’m very picky). I highly recommend working with Nathalie, she is excellent.

Very low quality. I knew they wouldnt be amazing but I honestly wouldve been better off repainting my original, cheap Ikea cabinets. Even those were so much better!Just get a little bit of water on it and it looks like its already peeling. Not a good sign considering I just got them.I can also see early signs of it being to stain very easily.To sum it all up, I deeply regret not listening to my contractor and not checking out the horrible reviews on Yelp and Google. Please save yourself the headache and DO NOT purchase cabinets from here under any circumstances.Fraudulent company !!

We are very pleased with our kitchen. When we saw the ad about remodeling our kitchen, we thought the price was too good to be true. But Juliana and her team made the whole process a wonderful experience. From start to finish, we demo our kitchen and received cabinets and countertop in less than 3 weeks. The quality of the cabinets and granite is excellent. 100% wood cabinets. I would definitely recommend.

I must say, after reading a few reviews that was written. I was very sceptical about using this company but I had a good feeling about them when I went to visit. The staff was very knowledgeable and very nice. My kitchen cabinets were ordered and delivered as planned. The contractor was on time and very professional. The owner Ray, came out to make sure everything was going as planned. I love my kitchen cabinets. I would recommend them to all of my friends!!

Unfortunately, I had picked my quartzite from king of kitchens. The saleswoman and paying for everything was fine. It was the stone that’s a problem. We had the stone for 6 months and it started to chip. Now, after reading and reading up on this type of stone everywhere stated it was typically Indestructible, and absolutely stronger than granite . The sales person knew it was going in the kitchen so had we picked a not so strong stone I would have hoped they would have mentioned that and they didn’t. I called king of kitchens to tell them of the chips and after many attempted of getting passed around and someone to actually talk to, they sent me to the stone company. Again,it took days to get in contact with this one person and they finally answered and sent someone out. They blamed the chips on my family (even though this stone was suppose to be one of the strongest it was my family’s fault it was chipping) they “fixed it” with something that looks like whiteout and said next time I have to pay for it -thanks. not to mention the horrible sealing job and the caulking job that is now coming up and has to be redone. All the videos and information we read stated to tell if it’s authentic stone is to try and scratch it and it’s not suppose to scratch OR chip and what do you know, it has BOTH. So, we are on the hunt for new stone to redo my kitchen that was already redone.king of kitchens never apologized or offered to reach out to the stone company or anything. I mean, they are a vender of theirs and I would expect them to provide good customer service. Don’t fall for the cheaper prices at king of kitchen, you’re paying for fake stone from China. :(

It is not my style to write reviews, but I gotta say the service was so great that I had to let everyone know. When I started my bathroom project, I knew nothing about cabinets and counter tops. The second I walked in that office, I felt welcomed. A special thank you to Nathalie. She took care of me . She had so much patience with me. I called her almost everyday. She never got tired. From the very beginning, we were treated like a friend. Marcia was extremely professional and knows her products. We finalized our contract and were told the installers would be at our home at 8:30. They were. The work was done, effortlessly and professional. Our kitchen is absolutely gorgeous. We already recommended them to two people and will continue to do so.

The service here is terrible. The communication is very lacking. They will make several appointments with you and they will not keep any of them. You pay them your money and you have to chase them for information. That’s stealing. I am a registered nurse and I have to fight in a pandemic and worry about my health and family and chase a company WHO I PAID my money to RECEIVE NO SERVICES. I have yet to receive service for my money. Communication is paramount in any business. I am HUGE on customer service and it is MAJORLY lacking. The manager had not called me either. Be careful who you give your money to. I would not and will NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Worst place ever! The day of installation they called to say they didnt have my cabinets(I took the day off and my husband had removed old cabinets,sink & counters). Drove to their office and the girl said they would have them the next day, after they installed about 4 cabinets I walked in my kitchen and asked the installers why were they all different color white and all damaged (simple order white shaker) asked them to stop, drove to the office I was told to speak to the owner ( Ray) who turned out to be an arrogant person whos answer was Get Your Money Back. Even though their sales are final he knew theyve done wrong. I was left with no kitchen but was glad to see their bad quality cabinets go out of my house. Would NOT recommend them to Anybody!!!

This is the 2nd time I’ve used king of kitchens, first time was around 15 yrs ago. Both times I have been pleased with their work. My kitchen now is more modern looking. All went well, price was right, and it didn’t take forever. Now I’m waiting for after the holidays to try and get the crown molding which I think would be the icing on the cake. I know they have some bad reviews but from my experience I have no reservations and would definitely recommend them.

I love the results and I will recommend the company at any time. I also saw bad comments from the company too but when I spoke with Ray I felt confident that I could trust them. what I like the most it was that they help me to get credit on my kitchen it was something that I was not expected to do at the moment but it came out perfect. I would be giving zero stars if I could this place is extremely unprofessional. I’ve been waiting over three months to have my kitchen done by Geovana. The first design I was given was completely wrong! So instead of having the contractor deal with it I went there in person gave her all the measurements including pictures of the design that I had already done on my phone. Over three months later and nothings done and when I called to check on the progress there’s not even a file or anything with my information. The only thing Geovana had to say is I’m sorry I forgot can you send the information again it’s extremely unprofessional and unacceptable! If you’re looking to get your Kitchen cabinets or counters done I would go anywhere but here!

King of Kitchen is the best place to get your cabinets. Not only do they have excellent quality cabinets, they measure and give you great tips on how to make your kitchen amazing. Everyone Ive dealt with was really helpful. I had an initial idea on how I wanted to remodel and after talking to Chris ended up with a design that I would have never imagined and am so happy with. Couldnt be more impressed.

(Review continued)I now had to call Ray again and explain all that had happened with this second counter. He was very short with me and acted too busy to really listen to me and just referred me to the installers, as I believe are his subcontractors. I wanted to handle this with him because he is the one that I paid and also, I at this point did not have a lot of trust in the installers due to the very unprofessional job that they did on this second installation. But Ray pretty much refused to talk to me. I sort of forced him to listen to me. Ray still stated that because the problem is installation, he wouldnt speak with me and instead I only should speak to the installers.I then spoke with the installer. When speaking with him, I was first told that they had their own plumber that would do the plumbing part of the reinstall of this second counter. Then later in this phone call, I was told that the person that would do the plumbing work was a handyman, and as the conversation continued, the installer stated that this handyman was a friend.With this having been said and the sloppy work last done on their second installation, I decided that I did not feel safe having a non-professional plumber do this plumbing work. I then called Ray back to explain what I believed to be fair at this point after all this inconvenience and poor quality materials and service, which was to have his installers come back to correct the positions of the counter, sink and faucet, and also for Ray to pay for my plumber to come again to do the plumbing work needed, as I can completely trust my plumbers work. Their potential sloppy plumbing work could really create a problem. I explained to Ray that I didnt trust those installers to come again especially to do the plumbing part. As I tried to get this idea across, about him covering my plumbers cost instead of the handyman/friend that was to come, Ray again tried to get off the phone a few times and would not listen to what I was saying. I did get some of this idea communicated and he then said very rudely, that I was just trying to get money out of him and make money. I was extremely insulted by this accusation. A business owner should not talk to his customer in such a way. This has a been a difficult ordeal for me and stressful. I was inconvenienced quite a bit with the 2 different counters and installations. I was trying to find a fair solution to the problems, that I did not create. These problems were caused by Rays company and installers. But, he really treated me as if I was the one who was in the wrong.King of Kitchens requires a 75% deposit before any work can be done and also they dont accept credit card payments. I found these very unusual for a retail home improvement store.I have given Ray sufficient time to call me back and try to do the right thing and take responsibility in this matter. But he has not made any further contact with me. Its unfair to take advantage of an 84 year old senior citizen.

One of the best experiences ever. we were walk in, the {GINGER} cabinet we picked was detailed &beautiful.the Granite was perfect, the designer rep was Rachael&she was the best. from start to finish we lucked out it took 8 days. the prices were the best in area, we went out & got about 6 ESTIMATES,no one was even close.home depot $$$$ was 3 + time more, for less. the installers did an outstanding job. for us this was an awesome job.

I have no clue what Blake is talking about. These guys are awesome. We have an odd shape kitchen, and everyone else quote $10,000 or more. They quoted us almost half that. They did a great job, they knew our schedule is busy, and they worked around our schedule to get it done in the time frame they told us. I tell everyone about them, they are great.

Last year I used King of Cabinets and was so impressed with the quality and assistance that Josie gave me. I decided to build another house and use them again. This time it was with Christina same results, good prices, assistance. Next house they got it.

Dont ever buy cabinets or granite from this company!!! It has been the worst experience ever!! First they quoted us a price on the wrong cabinets, so when my husband returned the next day to place the order, all of a sudden it was a totally different price. Then we were also buying the granite from them and they promised us delivery and installation for a couple of weeks. When they finally arrived, they had the wrong color granite!! Finally, we were told if we paid in cash for the cabinets, they would give us a small break. We paid in cash, the first week of May. The next day when my husband picked up the cabinets, they told him that our four larger drawers are in transit. We assumed that meant soon. We kept calling and didnt get anywhere, so we returned to the shop and spoke to the owner. He was arrogant, obnoxious and flat out rude!! He looked at my husband and I and said, I didnt lie, theyre in transit, they should be here by the end of July. I was livid!! My entire kitchen was completed and we had to wait three months, to receive our four missing drawers. We finally received them the first week of August!! We had missing drawers in our kitchen, for three straight months!! I would never refer anyone to this place!! The whole experience in dealing with them was a complete mess and the owner could care less!!

I bought kitchen cabinets and the quality is average. I do not recommend installing them on your own unless you’re very handy as their directions are really insufficient.I also had a kitchen counter installed, the quality of the marble is very nice and the installation incomplete because they missed a part of my backsplash and the cut out of the sink that I paid and Asked to keep for a DYI project. When I asked for the missing section, I was told that I had signed their order and it was my fault.Their team of two men arrived at the wrong house (my mailing address and not the house to remodel). I let them in and because the house is under total renovation left them to work. I met them when they were done and closed the house.I came back today to find out that they had used my bathroom as the toilet was full of pee and not flushed because the water is off. They must have tried to pull on the handle to flush and broke it.I just called the owner, Ray, who is arrogant and rude and said that I should have not called him unless I had a video to prove his workers did it. His two workers were the only ones with access to the house and the only ones you could have used the bathroom and broke my toilet.The owner’s bad faith and lack of customer’s appreciation and service are mind boggling.I DO NOT RECOMMEND them.

If I could post no star I would. My kitchen came with a broken door and another door with a pronounced streak. Waiting for over two months with multiple excuses, felt like staff was covering for other staff, the owners/manager are not identifying themselves. I did another kitchen with Kitchen 411 without issues and only went with King of Kitchen due to better price. True to form YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I do not recommend this company or their installers Olivieri and Sons. What a nightmare - I am still waiting for my replacement doors.Addendum 8/21/18 ..had to add this. AFTER SIX MONTHS, NO DOOR, NOCONTACT FROM COMPANY ABOUT THE DOOR..PRETTY MUCH WHAT I EXPECTED SINCE THIS LACK OF RESPONSE WAS FROM DAY ONE. ONCE YOU PAY FOR THE CABINETS YOU ARE AT THEIR MERCY. CALLED KITCHEN 411 AND THEY ARE TRYING TO GET ME SIMILAR DOOR. THANK YOU JUAN. THIS OWNER KNOWS CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALSO NOTICED THAT THE WINE CABINET OLIVIERI AND SONS BUILT IS OPENING UP AT THE EDGE AND I CAN NOW SEE THE SCREWS KEEPING IT ATTACHED. REALLY!!! EVA PACHECO

I just got my kitchen cabinets refinished by King of Kitchen, and I am loving the new look in my cabinets.I had a great experience with them from beginning to the end of the project.Their price is competitive and quality is there. If I could give no stars and it would register I would. Be very careful at this business. It took weeks for my cabinets to be completed. The crown molding that was sent with the cabinets was a much darker color and the workmen did not listen when I said it was wrong. They installed it and then I took it down myself while waiting for the right molding to arrive. I was put off for a month that the molding was coming always next week. Then I was told it was ready and to make an appt with Adam to install. When I spoke to Adam, he said that he had checked and it wasnt at the warehouse when Josie insisted that it was. I was told, so sorry, someone else took the molding for your kitchen. Now I had to wait more weeks. Meanwhile, my granite was cut and ready for installation. I paid 75% of the granite charge, owing only about a $350 balance of the more than $6000 that I had already paid for cabinets, granite, and installation. The granite designer and installer was great but when I said I was going to hold off on paying the balance until my cabinets were completed, I was threatened by Jose, that the granite would be pulled out if I didn’t pay. I paid on 10/11/13. I waited another two weeks for the “correct” crown molding( it was closer to my cabinet color but was a completely different wood/grain than my cabinets) to be installed and nearly another two weeks for my sliders to be completed because they couldn’t find one piece that wasn’t included with the sliders. I was told “there aren’t any more of these sliders anywhere in the world.” It makes perfect sense because it seems as though they took whatever was leftover in the warehouse and brought it to my kitchen. Today I went to install the dividers in my sliders and saw what shoddy workmanship was used for that installation. The ends of the slides are not even and the dividers are all different lengths so I can only use part of them. The others are too short to span the sliders. I will warn anyone I speak to, to steer clear of King of Kitchens. With so many other options out there, don’t use this company.

**MAKE SURE TO ONLY READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND YELP REVIEWS TO THIS PLACE **Placed an order for cabinets through Josy, which was the first bad sign as it took them forever to get the order correct and ordered. At the time of purchase, it was finally disclosed to us that the cabinets were special order and were about two weeks out. OKAY, we have no other choice at this point. Our cabinets arrived, once the unassembled boxes were opened at the jobsite it was discovered that one of the cabinets were broken. We immediately contacted Josy who informed us that the only way to replace this cabinet would be for us to order a new one through her and, once received, place the broken parts in the box and return it to them. Josy pulled up our order and placed another order for the same broken cabinet. Finally, we received a call that the cabinet was in. When the box was opened IT WAS NOT THE SAME CABINET! I do not know whos order she had when dealing with us, but she messed up. We informed the owner that the cabinet given to us was not correct and he said, OH WELL! You picked up the cabinet its your problem now! We told him that Josy on his staff placed this order based on our order, with Josy standing right there, and still he refused. Josy stood silent. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Go to another place, they will treat you better and for half the price. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Trust me!If I could give it ZERO stars I would. The positive reviews are obviously from friends and people they know. Great place and sales person. My Kitchen and countertops came out amazing, since my first visit starting out my project with Iris I was treated very well. She knows what she is doing and completely changed my idea and Im so glad she did it. The new lay out looks incredible with lots of space that I couldnt imagine we could have. Stephany, the measuring girl called me and set up an appointment and was right on time and very polite. Before I went to the office I read there reviews and they have some nasty ones and some good ones, I was sceptical at first but Im so glad I gave a chance. Im 100% satisfied with this company. Thanks Iris and the rest of the crew, you guys are great.

Terrible customer service. They said it would take 2 days to install. The first day went great. They completely installed the top section of the kitchen cabinets and half of the bottom. They didn’t come back to 10 days later to finish the job and this time they sent someone different. When they got to the sink area they realized they had the wrong size cabinets. So I had to wait 3 more weeks for the new cabinets. In that time I noticed 2 cabinets broken. They finally came a 3rd time and this time a different guy came and finished the job. I asked him about the broken cabinets and he said to call the office. I did numerous times and left messages for Jose and Carroll. I finally spoke to Carroll and she said I must speak to Jose. When I finally spoke to Jose he was just so rude and gave me a run around. Needless to say I went to another cabinet store (TOPS Cabinets) and they replaced my broken cabinets for me. So basically I had to pay for extra cabinets that I didn’t need in order to get my kitchen finished. I wouldn’t recommend them to my enemies!!

My experience started off shaky with my initial designer not having enough time to help me, resulting in me waiting several weeks for a design appointment that then got rushed because she was assigned too many jobs and my time constraints as to when I could be there were an issue as well. Fortunately I was assigned another designer, but by then I went with another cabinet company for my kitchen. I did use this company for my bathroom vanities and I am very pleased with the finished product. The granite prices were extremely fair for better than average material. The install of both the granite and bathroom cabinets went very well. Once we got past the scheduling issues, overall I would say the experience was better than average. Take time to go there during the week because Saturdays are just to busy to get anything done and if you dont get a good idea of what they can do in a couple of weeks ask for another designer.

I cant say enough good things about King of Kitchens! I Love my new kitchen! Rachel was an expert at helping us design it using the same footprint as our old 1970s kitchen but giving us much more space for storage with a pantry and Lazy Susan corner cabinets where before it was just wasted space. The cabinets are beautiful and the granite is fantastic. Everyone who sees my new kitchen is jealous! In all it took about a month from tear out to finished product. There were a few hiccups along the way, like a chip along on the edge of one very long piece of granite, but they cut a new piece and we were back on track within a week. After installation 2 of the soft close drawers stopped working properly but Ray and Rachel were instrumental in getting them replaced and now they work perfectly. They made sure everything was fixed and that I was happy. I must also say Geraldo, one of the cabinet installers, is a real craftsman. Because we used the same footprint as the old cabinets which had been installed in the 70s the new cabinets had to fit into the hole left by the old cabinets. He designed trim pieces that covered any extra space between the floor tile and the new cabinets and made it look like custom cabinetry work. I have many friends and family both here and in other parts of the country who were amazed at the pictures I posted online of the progress as the job was being done. They marveled at how quickly and efficiently it got done as they had nightmare stories to tell me about their kitchen tear out and replacement. I understand tearing out your kitchen is an inconvenient and often lengthy process, but I am totally pleased with the quality and service I received from King of Kitchens, all at a very reasonable price! I have and will continue to recommend them to my friends.

This is an excellent choice for your next set of cabinets, the designers are very helpful and the they seem to know exactly what they are doing, my designer was Lorena ...very knowledgeable, I picked them up RTA and hired my usual handy man to install, the price turned out to be the same, I would let them do the complete job next time, including the granite, faster, easier, & same pricing by the time your finished.Overall .....very nice place to work with...would use them again ! Stay away! Terrible service. I wish you could leave Zero stars. Everything started out great at their office and the cabinet installation went well, then the problems started...They send out an inexperienced kid that you can barely communicate with and he measured our main kitchen countertop wrong. We told him that was not the way we wanted the countertop and he said to call Josy. We called Josy on Friday and she was off then we called Monday and she was off. Then we get a call from the installer asking to schedule the installation! I explained the problem and he said they had only cut one piece and to call Our salesperson (Josy). When we finally get a hold of her and explained to her what happened, she sent us to José and José told us to call Ray the owner. We have been trying for 2 weeks to talk to the owner Ray about their screw up with our kitchen countertops. We’ve left numerous messages and texts for Ray and now we’re going on 3 weeks and nothing! They took our money, over $20K and we still don’t have any countertops. We can’t move into our new house because of them and now we’re paying 2 mortgages because of them. They’re holding up our plumber on the project as well. Hopefully Ray will see this review and call us so we can get this resolved.Update: Ray finally called us back and called both my husband and I liars. Meanwhile the liars here are Ray and the inexperienced kid they sent out that measured the kitchen countertop wrong. Ray told us the countertops were already cut, but his employees said not all of them were cut. Then he says his employees don’t know anything about countertops so how would they know if they’re cut already. The “conversation” with Ray was basically a screaming match because he wouldn’t let us get a word in. Which wouldn’t have mattered because he doesn’t care about the customer. So now we’re stuck with the main focal point kitchen countertop (has the sink and breakfast bar) that we already know was cut wrong. We’re still waiting to see when they finally get here if they got the other ones right.Stay away from these people. Very unprofessional to say the least. I wish I had read the reviews before we gave them our money. Buyer beware.... go someplace else these people are terrible.2nd Update: It’s 3 days since we argued with Ray and we still haven’t heard from the installer. I also noticed Ray responded to this review and he still gets the facts wrong. We asked him to send an experienced person out here to redo the template for the piece they got wrong and he said NO. If the countertops had already been cut and ready to go like Ray claimed then we should’ve gotten a call from the installer the same day we argued with Ray. The installer has not called to schedule the installation. I’ll post another update when the countertops finally get here. Hopefully the other pieces will be OK.

Everything started out great including prices and customer service. Once they get your money before they install, everything goes down hill. Installer brought wrong product knowing it but still installed. When they came back to fix wrong materials they scratched and gouged the correct products and also didnt install appropriately to where shelves were unstable. I tried to contact the manager on many occasions and never received a call back. Now that Ive done my research about this company Ive realized I made a huge mistake by choosing them. Pay a few extra dollars for work you will be happy with! Lesson learned.

This review was dictated by my mother, Norma Coleman:I am a very dissatisfied customer of King of Kitchens.I went to the King of Kitchens in Lake Worth, and chose a quartz counter top to be installed in my kitchen. I chose it because it was black as my kitchen has a background of black and black appliances. I was given a large sample of this black quartz to take home.The installers came and they brought in a medium gray (definitely not black) piece to be installed for my counter with a pattern also that was very different than the sample as the flecks of copper and silver were closer to the surface which changed the pattern. I commented right away about the color and flecks, and I was assured that they would be putting a dressing on the countertop afterwards which would change the color to the black – the same color of the sample that I was given to take home. When they removed 2 adhesive labels, the original black color was there, showing that this counter must have faded from some cause. They applied the dressing after installing the counter and it did not change the color at all. The installer called Ray, the owner of King of Kitchens. Ray stated, after my original counter was already taken off and tiles which formed my counter were then broken, that he will take out the installed counter and not charge me for anything. Due to the fact that I wouldve had no working counter and sink if they took out their counter and sink, I had him leave this counter. I was very unhappy with this counter color, but I felt I had no choice. Then when I tried to live with it, it was such a mismatched color in my kitchen, that I was completely not willing to keep it. I called back Ray. He explained that after my problem with the color of the quartz, that he checked all his same line of quartz counter materials and found that they were all damaged and he returned all of this inventory. He was unaware of this damaged inventory before he sold this material and cut it. Ray said that I could come and choose another counter top.I went back to his store and did pick another countertop material in black. A different group of installers came and as they were putting in the counter, I saw that the counter wasnt close enough to the refrigerator as my original counter as well as the counter that was first installed by this same company. There was a big space between 3/4 – 1 inch between the refrigerator s side and this countertop. I tried explaining and showing this to the one installer that could understand me in my language. I also showed him that since the slab was not against the refrigerator all the way, then the other end was protruding beyond the tile on the other end. He continued arguing with me about what I was saying, and said no, that thats how its supposed to be. He was not willing to correct this. Also, the backsplash corners were not properly cut and were not caulked. I also saw on this second countertop that there was 1 large discoloration in the granite. Also, due to the counter not laid in the correct position, the sink was not then centered correctly in the window and also the hole for the faucet was not centered in the sink. The installation was sloppily done and they appeared to be in a hurry, demonstrated by the fact that the removal of the old and installation of the new counter took less than an hour in total.(Continued on 2nd review)

Rachel, Jose and Maurice provided excellent service and I am very happy with the cabinets and were installed on time with perfect workmanship. I will be doing business with King of Cabinets again and recommend them without hesitation.

***FURIOUS! Regretting that I had not look up this companies recent reviews***I have found Mountains of complaints on this buisness and they have an F rating on the Better Buissness Bureau for numerous unresolved complaints. Do not be lured in by the low pricing! The Maneger Ray is sketchy as ever, using a Google Phone Number as I am certain he has had to change his number multiple times to avoid customers they have cheated. Every complaint on the net has rung true so far, they attempt to deliver faulty products granite with large gauges all cut to the wrong sizes, unpolished and the finished edges were uneven. The installers damaged or home and left with the granite to be installed once they figured out it did not fit our space. The Maneger Ray is extremely rude and hostile, ignores customers and refuses to rectify the situation . José, Loraina, Mauricio and the installers can not provide a straight forward answer about anything. They all seem to be in cahoots with covering for each other with flagarent lies to save face and delay time. This nightmare experience has left us with out our money or the granite installation. The owner has his whole company blocking our phone calls and if we get through they state they have no new information . They continue to conduct buissness as usual. Save yourself the grief and Run from this company!

We hired these guys to build a kitchen at a condo I bought for my mom. I am a GC so due to our time constraints on our current projects we decided to give them a shot on it as their pricing was super cheap. Well you get what you pay for, they never showed up on 2 separate occasions we had scheduled, after waiting around for over an hour I finally called and they told me they would call back. Never did, so then I called back and couldnt get through. When we finally got them to come out after over a month to do a job that should have been completed in under a week, the left huge gaps in the granite that they just caulked instead of using the proper filler, and damaged the walls and cabinets due to their templates being so far off. I am not sure they even templated the counter in order for it to turn out as bad as it did... I am going to post the pictures of this one later, it is embarrassing for them to call them self king of kitchen. Far from, what you get is a cheap kitchen, that looks like you got it done for cheap. Do not work with this company unless you are too broke to afford anything better.

Horrible company and the owners refused to warranty their faulty product after a week. Installed a broken piece of granite with a huge seam and expected us not to notice. Told us he would not refund our money even though cabinet was delivered damaged. Will see how small claims court handles them. Owner does not care and does not warranty their Chinese cabinets. Stay far away!!!

We stumbled upon King of Kitchens while surfing the Net. We had just bought a new home and knew we would need to re-do the kitchen. The place was not a grand showroom but had different models of their products there. The ad on the Net said bring in your measurements so we gave it a try. We sat down with Rachel, the designer and went over what we thought we would like. She went to her computer and showed us some ideas. We were impressed with the efficiency and detail the drawings showed. As she added different items the computer kept track of the costs, so we were able to go home with a price.We liked the initial design, but sitting in the kitchen we noticed we had a lot of wasted space. We again went to the internet and saw some more ideas, after calling Rachel we went back to re-do the first drawings. Between our ideas and her suggestions the design was coming together. We knew this was the right Kitchen for us so we put down a modest deposit to bring the plans home. With the plans in hand, she sent a man to get the exact measurements of the kitchen, and we discovered a few things we forgot.With her with the accurate measurements, and our few new ideas the Kitchen was drawn up we signed the contract for them to install. Next we looked for the granite counter tops which they had at their showroom. After choosing the granite we scheduled an installation date. We then called our contractor for wall and floor removal. The timing worked and the installers were here on the date promised.At this time we were happy the 3 day job was started, but quickly became disappointed, on the second day they needed some trim that was out of stock, and had to build a custom cabinet. It was an additional 10 days before they returned. In the mean time the granite installers completed the granite installation which was better than expected.The installers were the only disappointment we had. They were constantly talking and did a terribly job of cleaning up after themselves.We would recommend King of Kitchens with the exception of the installers, which should be addressed at the time of contract signing. Beware of King of Kitchens - Took several additional days to install because the installer was on his cell phone outside sitting in his truck for at least 4 hours out of every 6 that he was in my home. Defective cabinets were installed even after I showed them to the installer. When he made mistakes he brought out a huge crayon and filled in the holes and bad cuts even with me watching him. They never returned to replace the defective cabinet doors and will not answer my calls after they receive final payment. King of Kitchens complaints are numerous - I wonder how many times they will change their name to escape complaints.

Really a bad experience i bought from them some cabinets wich they are a bad quality and the pieces were mixed and when i call to tell them about the problem they never send me the right parts and they want me to travel three hours to get the parts after two weeks of calling them a really bad experience now i have a clie t mad at me because them and hAve to waste a day to get the right parts and gas wich they don gona reimburse me non cero nada

They advertise $1499 for a 10 by 10 kitchen with granite. Then when you get your quote with no extras it is 4 times that amount! Then they advertise no interest credit card for 18 months. When you say you want that credit card she tells you then that your kitchen will be priced 10% more since you will lose the 10% discount. What discount? What a SCAM! Needless to say I wont be getting my kitchen done by them.
