Great location. There was an item that was sold out in the hot food section. Cream cheese pretzels. Yes I know they are fire. And I asked the lady behind the food prep station, and she was like no problem how many do u want I can put them in the oven. This wawa store is terrible. In 2 times, their app let me order things they don’t have in store. I drive myself there to pick up my order to find out that they don’t have the items. I thought it was an app issue but i went to the store, order my food from their machine, wait in line for my order and same thing happened. I went to get my refund, i’m a germaphobe, if i paid you with my card, please refund my money to my card. I told that supervisor or manager, i would prefer a card refund, he just drops the money in my hands and walked away!Their app won’t work for gas at this location. JUST FIX THE DARN ISSUES!!!

There’s a guy working the 11am shift maybe two days ago who’s making sandwiches without a mask and talking over the food. I threw away my sandwich. But other than that I’ve never had a problem with this location.

Should have taken a picture beforehand, but it was too good to save! The fact that it was so busy and the Barista Nyrissa made my Caramel Expresso drink to perfection is why Wawa’s is the best! I come here often and I just had to let the people know how the service is! Best Wawa’s in Palm Beach county by far!

My toasted wawa cinnamon raisin bagel was neither toasted, not can I find the cream cheese 😒

I come here pretty often and most of the time it’s ok, but tonight I went in for a caramel cream shake, asked the drink maker if she could add extra caramel, she replied harshly saying that’s an up charge. But how I am supposed to know how to ring that up under their system. She put one pump of caramel in my drink, gave it to me, then ran to the back. She knew she didn’t make this order right, and that’s horrible customer service. If you don’t want to be at your job late at night doing what you’re supposed to do you would rethink that you’re doing and change it.

I had an online order today for a hoagie for 11:35am pickup. Super quick and awesome process. My food was ready on the dot! When I got home and opened my hoagie wrapper, I was so surprised because it was the most neatly prepared hoagie I’ve ever received. I’ve been to so many wawas and the care that was put into this meal was very apparent. The hoagie was absolutely delicious and I’m not sure who made it, but they deserve recognition. When I was there the only person I saw behind the food counter was an African American man who had dreads. I assume he made it, and he is incredible!!! I wish I had his name. I ordered the hoagie because I had a nasty hangover which I always cure with an Italian hoagie and a large sprite. Thank you to this wonderful man for giving me a small happiness in my day!!!

The cashier was awesome, the manager however was very rude and just didn’t seem like they enjoyed the job or the customers. Very very very rude.

This store was discusting and they wanted $2.00 for a soda 44oz cup that is not 44oz. What the frack? False advertisement, overpriced sodas,(this one) some are still .99 and not to mention you want we to pay for a cup before getting my soda? Bad business practices Wawa Lake Worth. Going to greenacers as their drinks are still .99 and you get your cup when you get your drink. Guess Speedway is my new soda stop. I do buy 2 or 3 of the Xl sodas 4 to 5 days a week

Why did I love this place? Its a Wawa! PAs greatest gift to American society, its what other convenience stores yearn to be, yet inevitably fall short. Why? Because theyre not Wawa! Best coffee, best subs by far, and by far the most appealing in-store experience.

Really bad i ask the lady at the milk shake area to warm me a little bit of almond milk for my coffee and she told me she can’t do that because she is not allowed and the way she said it was very rude she was mad for some reason.I go every WAWA store and i ask for warm the milk with not problem at all

The gas is usually cheaper than other stations. They have an excellent food menu. The food is delicious. They also have the best shakes and smoothies. They also have a lottery machine and an ATM with no fees.They also sell coffee,donuts and muffins. Also sell other groceries and have a free air pump.The service is fabulous.

I have been a customer of this location since it opened along with other locations in my area, on 3/30/2020 I go to my location to get my usual WAWA brand diet green tea & a ham egg & cheese sizzler, well I walk up to the hot case and NO sandwiches. The customer service representative said they cut hours to save money so there was only 3 people working so no one is making breakfast. How about they cut pay of the corporate level so workers can take care of the customers. I work in retail and our stores are fully staffed to take care of the customer. Just my opinion.

Just had a breakfast burrito and it was amazing it came out so hot i could barely eat it. The orange juice tastes like it was fresh squeezed. I love coming here the people are always so nice and helpful.

Today 9/26/20 I was accosted at WAWA. The non-gentlemen behind the counter today(Rubiel) was highly confrontational along with a random know it all KAREN in line. I was denied service because of my medical condition. It was not medically possible for me to wear a mask. Additionally, Governor Rick Scott has dropped the mask mandate. I was slandered upon entry and denied my HIPA rights. Fortunately for myself I have the encounter on video. If WAWA would like to reach out to me, please do. I will be filing suit against your organization on Monday 9/28/20.Please reply to my google email and I will forward your message onto my attorney.

Awesome coffee and fast grab breakfast options

This was the worst Wawa store just a weeks ago, but now after changing personnel and management its changing to the better! The supervisor Jesse had trained a good team of food service operators, and they are sharp cookies. The store is much cleaner, brighter, and even cashier is smiling at you! Matthias, Courtney, and Taylor - great job, guys!

This is our go to for lunch but after today I will reconsider. There are signs all over about masks needing to be worn yet there were numerous customers without. But worse than that, there was an employee making subs not wearing a mask. When I asked his coworker, who had just been engaged in a conversation with him, if masks were mandatory for them she responded yes. When I asked why he wasn’t wearing his she looked at me and said...he wasn’t???...really you didn’t notice you could see his entire face!!! Couple that with the outside eating being dirtier than we’ve ever seen, might be time for a new go to...very disappointing!!!

Used to love ordering Wawas late at night since the boyfriend gets home very late so I wait to eat with him. I ordered off of Doordash tonight to get a meal since we both hadnt eaten today and whoever made my Buffalo chicken sandwich made it with buffalo... and marinara sauce. Blech. I looked at my receipt thinking I must have clicked it on accident, and no, everything was correct on my end for a simple buffalo sandwich. What are they thinking?? Who puts marinara on buffalo chicken?? With the buffalo??

This WAWA place just violated my rights under the Americans With Disabilities Act. They refuse service and kicked me out of their store due to my disability. It was directed at my disability and told to get out and your kind is not allowed in here. Was it cause I was wearing my military cap and American flag shirt along with my cane that depicted my units I served with. I served honorably defending all this so they can have the freedom they all take for granted. I am a Veteran with Disabilities and to be targeted like this is beyond belief, not only do I live with half my lung capacity but also with extensive spinal injuries received by being subjected to chemical and biological agents while serving my country and being thrown out of a Black Hawk Helicopter....I will be reporting them to the ADA and I hope Corporate WAWA has proper training for these workers and those who violated my rights fired...oh well I guess I will leave it in the hands of the ADA that will fine them 7500.00 dollars a day until they comply all the way up to 100,000.00 dollars. It looks like your worker just cost you all alot of money.

Be AWARE my card was charged 2 different times on the same day. I called the store manager to let him know what happened as a FYI, I had already spoken to the bank prior to reaching out to them.

This Wawa has gone downhill since the new manager took over. Every time I come in now something isn’t right. Never had a problem under the old manager.

Not the best place to get coffee or breakfast in the morning. You will encounter a 12 person line with 1 register open. It makes twice now that I have put a coffee or food down and left the store because of the long lines.

New and always busy. Im not a convenience store guy, but Wawa offers a really nice selection of ready to eat, fresh products that you can just get off the shelf without ordering and waiting in line. Very nice fresh fruit packages, yogurt cups with fresh fruit and granola, freshly squeezed orange juice and jalapeno pepper filled pretzels!

Love this place! Get gas at or below average price then grab a quick lunch inside ..... many options. Store is very clean as well as the restroom. Employees are friendly and polite.

They have air stations to fill your tires but theyre always broken at this location.

Countless times I visit, and always Im delighted by the quality of the food, drinks, staff, and the overall establishment and atmosphere! As with most Wawas, the experience is modernized with NFC payment options, as well as online and touchscreen ordering. Locations like this one are the reason I love and rave about Wawa, and why going ~20 minutes out of my way is well worth my time!

For maps Google my business card allowing for the showing of gas prices. Their policy of not allowing to give out gas prices by phone is absurd. Redonkulous!!! However this wawa maps has them listed due to a great customer that reported them on another app which in turn got moved to their Google knowledge card. Thank god. Its unbelievable these corporations that dont even know how much these two tools created amd generated by us customers are a tool that for free generates more business. Unreal corporate hasnt even claimed over half the stores and they have horrible marketing and or lack thereof cause so many people have been for many decades florida needs wawa. Well we did but we dont need the snow birds. We need well managed stores and corporate to due their jobs properly so the employees can do their job on site properly. Not giving out your gas prices over the phone is just ridiculous. U have to list it on the signs by law so in this case for all the locations apparently common sense was missed in training on all levels. Smh just horrible when all the rest u offer is great. Just horrific. I wont give more than 2🌟 to any location no matter how great the place is and I will be editing my home location as well from 5 🌟 down to 4 BECAUSE THEIR STAFF HANDS DOWN IS THE FRIENDLIEST so they dont deserve the bad rating corporate does. Awesome people there! Waited in line for gas because of hurricane Irma and they had employees outside guiding people in an orderly fashion to pump gas. They made a person leave because she pulled her car in trying to cut the line, about .10 cheaper than Cumberland farms. Theyve gained a new and loyal cistomer.

I would give it 5 stars but Ill have to stick with 4 due to the whole computer screen ordering. Call me old fashioned but I like to speak to someone while Im ordering food. Get their opinion on whats good. Plus they were giving out free samples of food thats impossible to find on the menu. Then if theres someone behind you waiting you feel rushed. Just my opinion. Food was great.

It was my first time every going to one I really liked it . The cashier was kind of rude his name was George. But all around a good experience minus that.

This is the second time I’ve gone to Wawa for gas.. we are in the middle of preparing for a hurricane and they are extremely organized- I have 0 complaints.

After calling literally 15 times, they finally answered, told the guy that answered about the 2, charges of 100 dollars on my card. Have been on hold for the manager going on 8 mins and still waiting. WTF

This is not a critique on the food or people that work at this location. The biggest problem that this location has is the countless bums and druggies that stand outside the store at all hours of the day. As you walk into the store you feel like you’re in a prison with a bunch of shady characters around you. People are constantly asking for money and cigarettes. My wife will not go to that store alone because how unsafe she feels and I don’t blame her. It’s a damn shame that such a good store has allowed this to happen. In my opinion they should remove the dinning chairs and tables they have outside because they are ONLY used by bums and tweakers to hang out 24/7. This issue I’m sure prevents a LOT of people from even going in to the store so I hope they do something about it soon!

I ordered a BLT sub and when I got home there were no tomatoes on it.

The place is great its a wonderful place to get a nice meal and they make wonderful drinks and everybodys friendly there is only one serious problem with this locationTheres a lot of homeless people sitting out front at the tables that are meant for people to have lunch or dinner instead of sitting in their cars and eating.And there is a lot of alcohol being consumed at those tables to the point of complete intoxications.

Watched a a single mother with kids try to by her children a cold sandwich with her EBT card like she does everyday and the general manager refused to let her pay with her card and publicly humiliated her in front of the whole store, I go to this store everyday and they just lost a very good customer because I will never be back again! General manager is on a power trip and thinks he is better than people that need EBT to pay for their food it is a disgrace and and Wawa should be ashamed

Stoked that this place opened right by my job. Their dulce de leche lattes are as good as Starbucks at half the cost. The store is ALWAYS well staffed and the employees are pleasant and helpful. The guys at my job swear by the avocado/bacon sandwich. I love the fact that all Wawas stock Peanut Chews, which I thought were lost to me forever when we moved from the northeast.
