I went to this place and got my screen fixed, things went smooth. He popped my new screen in and I was on my way. Now, me being the customer and him the “professional” I thought he knew what was best but it seems this place just doesn’t. I also got my battery replaced and it seems as though that is what was causing my screen to keep popping out. Not only that it causes my phone to lag and glitch when it’s lower than 56% sometimes not even that. I’ve never seen my phone like this so I’m highly frustrated because my phone has been worse since I bought it to them. My screen just popped it back in, no problem but it kept consistently popping out. Until my screen broke in my hand from trying to simply pop it back in place. I’ve reached out to the owners multiple times to hear nothing back from them which is very disappointing because in person they seem very accommodating and understanding. But I’m taking it as a way to look good. I’m hoping this isn’t a review that they filter out and delete.
