Clean and orderly. Never too crowded - seem to be well staffed. Fresh produce. Awesome deli. Always good cuts of various meat.

All the associates are friendly and courteous. They will even walk you to the aisle if you cant locate something you want. Store is clean and never have a problem walking through the isles.

Though Publix can be pricey, their products are fresh and clean. This particular store is impeccable from the floor to the shelves, and everything in between. All of the employees are polite, helpful, and cheery. I dont think I have been to a Publix grocery store than isnt like this one. A great place to shop for fresh food, large varieties of everything, and staff that knows what good customer service really means.

Use the instacart drive up and the parking for the drive up is not enforced. There are always people parking there that are going into the market. Other than that the store is always clean and the staff is helpful.

Prices are higher than most groceries. But quality of fruits and frozen vegetables is much better They generally bag your food and will take it to your car if requested. Paring is very good and its convenient to the Chase bank.

After going to 3 Publix in my area store 1042 Wellington Fl, Southern Blvd& Crestwood Royal Palm Beach,Fl and finally store 0413 in Lake Worth,Fl I was looking for baked lemon and pepper wings being it was dinner time I figured there would be no problems. WRONG none of theses stores had them so I thought I would get the no breaded wings these wings were drier then the Sahara Desert and I felt like I was eating a 2x4 after giving 3 of them a try I threw the entire box in the trash. I have been more disappointed shopping here then a satisfied customer. I have already made the switch from Publix to Aldi’s for my produce organic items, salad greens and other always fresh items. Pricey. The meat has gotten so expensive that it is $4 more a pound than Walmart for Turkey. It is crazy.Not for the budget shopper.

I turn invisible whenever I approach the deli counter. I came in to order a sub, waited while the two useless staff talked to each other. Another customer, said he ordered a sub online. They never made it so they took him shards of me. The other useless person walked away and never helped me. It’s a constant situation at this Publix. Customer service is totally lacking. I went elsewhere. Sorry Publix but you’re deli is terrible

The lady at the sandwich counter was incredibly slow. I waited over 30 minutes with only 3 people ahead of me and it took her about 12 minutes to make my Buffalo chicken wrap. She couldn’t even wrap it without tearing it in multiple places but I wasn’t about to wait longer for her to remake it. It tastes great but it looks terrible.

At this location there is zero cell phone signal! I mean zero! That is a huge issue!!I have mentioned it to management & they dont give a ....

I was in the meat department picking out dinner for my family and an employee named Raul was very kind and extremely helpful. I greatly appreciate the time he took to help me plan a great family meal.

Buyer beware of the deli. 🤢 I had a Pub Sub for dinner and now I am up at 2 AM puking my brains out and feverish. Yikes! I thought something tasted a little off while eating it.

Came here today to pick up some medications. No problem with parking. The real reason Im writing a review was because upon calling to see if my medications were available the lady who answered the phone in the pharmacy was extremely nice and helpful to me after I had been through a big ordeal with my doctor. too bad I didnt catch her name or notice her when I picked up my medicine or I would have thanked her myself.

This is a really nice store; however, the sub counter at this particular Publix is horrendously slow and disorganized. I wish I could leave a better review but I have the same experience every time I come to this Publix for a sub at dinner time since moving to Wellington 2 months ago.A week or 2 ago I stopped in on my way home from work and it took over 45 minutes to get a chicken tender sub. I commonly see people who order ahead waiting as their orders are not filled on time. Tonight was not much better.Tonight my fiancee and I were at the sub counter for 25 minutes (not including walking back there or checking out). There were only 2 people ahead of us. At 7pm no meat was cut, theyre out of some of the veggies, and the staff is often tending to other things instead of helping customers.When I was finally served, the woman making my sub basically gave me an argument bic she didnt seem to want to chop up an onion for my sandwich. I could see there was no onion in the tray. She asked what I wanted on my sub. I said green peppers, tomatoe, onion. She put the green peppers and says, anything else? Yes tomatoe and onion. She put the tomatoe and again says anything else? Again I say onions please. Finally realizing I wasnt going to forget about the onions she says, Ill have to go to produce and get an onion and youll have to wait, she said to me. I politely said I would like onion on my sandwich and that was fine. She asked me twice more if I was sure. She kept telling me it would take a while and asking if I was sure I wanted to wait. She clearly did not want to chop that onion. Sorry to inconvenience her. Deli manager was there but focused on going home.Posted are my pics of the line as well as the deli manager leaving to go home instead of tending to her customers. Notice she has her dinner in hand while I continue to wait for mine. Also notice only one person behind the counter. That girl behind the counter making subs is super nice (and a new employee) but has little support from management or more senior employees.I live 3.1 miles from this store but Im going to try the Publix on South Shore Dr. and Forrest Hill next time even though its 2 miles farther from my house. It cant be any worse. Im new to this area and never waited so long so consistently at any other Publix.The subs are delicious here as Publix subs always are but the service is horrendous. It would be faster to just cook something at home and save the money and aggravation. Set aside a good chunk of time if you plan to get subs here.

It was TERRIBLE! My moms 90th birthday cake was totally made wrong. When I ordered it I asked to please listen carefully and to write it down and when I picked it up it was totally wrong. I had a melt down. I had to wait until they could try and fix it. I took today off work to get ready for this fabulous celebration too.. I end up spending an hour in Publix upset.

I had a most excellent Cuban sandwich and coffee.

Came to get my SECOND dose for the vaccination 35 minutes before closing, which literally takes a second to get and they didn’t want to give it to me because “it’s too close to closing time”. Ridiculous, plenty of time for them to do their the job.

This store is clean and reasonably stocked. Some associates are courteous. But, the deli - SLOW!!! Two people ahead of me, with three deli associates working. I waited approximately 15 minutes for my turn to be helped. When the employee helping me went to get another type of meat to slice for me, another deli employee took over the slicer. Then, proceeded to have a conversation with someone from another department - while holding up the slicer. I have nothing against employees talking to each other, but doing so shouldnt result in making customers and other employees wait longer than necessary. This is not the first time Ive experienced a LENGTHY wait at this deli. I hadnt planned to stop at this particular Publix. If I had, I would have ordered ahead. I know that other Publix delis can, and do, run much more smoothly and efficiently than this one. Disappointing to see this Publix - where shopping is (supposed to) be a pleasure - allow their employees to clearly show disregard for each other and their customers.

The store has the publics health in mind as theres always an associate at the front door wiping down/sanitizing carts and hand baskets. Its nice to have a pleasant good morning directed your way as you walk in the door. Associates and managers are all very helpful here. Produce and grocery items are varied with produce being nicely fresh and grocery items bearing brand names both familiar and not so much. BOGOs (buy 1 get 1 free) items change weekly from Thursday through following Wednesday as do all of the other sale items. Its very well maintained, especially outside, where carts are rounded up and collected to be brought to the front door for cleaning.

This rating is based on the deli. I put in an online order for two subs at 5:00 PM to be picked up at 6:45 PM. I arrived at about 6:40 PM and it hadnt been done yet. There was a HUGE line of about 15 people. There were only 2 people working. I had other shopping, so I left and came back at 7:00 PM, still hadnt even started it. So I asked the lady what was the deal. She said, sorry that they are understaffed and working as fast as they could. One processing online orders as it appeared and the other putting subs together and working the deli (one order at a time). The two were grinding it out and give them props for working hard. Come on managers! At one point a manager came through, I said something to him because my order hadnt been finished yet, and its now going 7:10 PM.

Love the subs at the deli. Unfortunately they never seen to have enough employees to make subs at lunchtime. I was next in line and waited 15 minutes. The line was 7 deep and they had other employees doing other things that just arent necessary at lunch hour. Put 4 employees in subs at lunch hour and this problem is solved.

Stay far away from this publix!!!!! Zero customer service and the service manager was disgustingly rude to me. Her name was Kathy. I never let anyone get under my skin, but she insulted me in front of the whole store. I cannot believe shes a manager at Publix. Wow!!! Publix definitely lower their customer service standard. I will never come back! Their sale clerk Karen wasnt any better. The both of them should not ever be in customer service if they dont want to deal with people.

Ok I have rant about publix... I went there this past weekend to get a flu vaccine. They didnt have it available for anyone under 65. No sign or notice indicating such so after standing in a line for 10 minutes I was informed to come back later in the week to get the vaccine but to call first to make sure it was available. Soooooo I followed the direction and called them 15 minutes ago and was informed the vaccine was available. I drove to publix, walked in and no waiting at the pharmacy counter. I thought to myself YES!!! I get to the counter and informed the lady I was there to receive a flu vaccine. She replied by saying yes sir please step down to the counter to complete the release forms and my associate will help you. So I stepped down to the other counter just to be informed that the pharmacist was ill and would not be administering vaccines. But dont fret because corporate would be sending another pharmacist around 2pm and I should come back. Now, do you think they could have informed me on the phone not to waste my time coming to publix now? Well of course not....that would mean excellent customer service. So irritated right now!!!! Nice job publix!

I love this Publix! We recently moved into Wellington and this is our go-to grocery store. It is always properly stocked with stuff ranging from baby needs to produce. Speaking of which, we have noticed that the produce from Publix is always of better quality than a Target or Walmart. E.g. bananas, even though they are the same brand, last much longer and ripe uniformly, when bought from Publix.

Kelly the manager is unprofessional and loud mouthed. I was unhappy with the sandwiches I picked up and when I told her I was going to leave a review about my experience she became even louder,rude, and worst of all condescending. This was the behavior of a manager?! I absolutely do not recommend this location. If you do shop here use extreme caution.

Publix deli needs proper management and labor scheduling. The sandwich making stand is a bottleneck due to lack of labor. Delicious food but slow service.

Arrived at 1pm for a deli sandwich. 3 people ahead of me, 7 (SEVEN) employees behind counter, only 1 doing sandwiches. Took over a 1/2 for 1 sandwich. Terrible service

Stopped shopping here years ago due to high prices and poor service. Went back recently to pick up a sub that I ordered online and It wasnt made when I got there. Stopped going there again. Gave them another chance when I went in to get a rotisserie chicken, no chickens ready, rude employee at the counter finally got me a chicken, no eye contact to thank you or your welcome. I may not get the best service at Walmart but the prices are much lower. Wont pay top dollar for poor service.
