Customer of 10 years plus.. seems like Seth is the only one who can compose himself..Called this morning and was immediately put on hold for 15 min then taken care of with the upmost condescension and was made to feel like I was a hassle..I will have to request Seth every time to not have my morning ruined by the reality of todays customer service and attitude.

This is an awesome location. Derek was awesome. I think hes the manager, if not he should be the manager! He took care of 5 to 6 peoples order and was running circles around the other 2 employees. By the time they asked if he needed help...he had the paints mixed and the were ready for check out. Seriously his mannerisms and professionalism highly contribute to the awesome atmosphere.

Placing an order on line and calling to confirm order failed to insure the paint was ready on arrival. Staff was not busy.

They color match lacquer paint in 24hrs, way faster than glue products store
