I am even recommending it to my nephews daughter quince using them for there event :) 5 stars!!! Special thanks to “Ms.Luz and her staff”They where very helpful and professional!!!!👌👍❤️❤️

If I could have given no stars, I would have. I was delivered broken, stained and hole ridden linens for my daughter’s quince. Missing stuff that I specifically asked for in person at their office and then they tried to blame me for the items missing. I will never do business here again and I would not recommend to anyone. Tried to rectify it by delivering linens the day of the party and came 2 hours after I was told they would come. Making me late to prepare my daughter and myself. Very unhappy with this company.

Excellent service! Delivery was on time and pick up was on time. Chairs were in good shape. No complaints!

Celebration Party Events did an amazing job at our wedding. They have great competitive prices and great packages for every Bride and Grooms budget. They were on time and organized. They have the ability to transform any venue into a beautiful palace. Great selection of centerpieces, table cloths, lights, chairs, Chandeliers and anything you need for any special event. Their flower arrangements are amazing. I will recommend them and will definitely use them again. Thank you Lucy and the crew of Celebrations Party Events for making our wedding memorable!

I will never do business with this people again. The owner Lucy Flores is a crazy women. I rented some overlays for my baby shower, brought them back on time and because this lady is always arguing with her assistant they didnt charge me the balance. On Friday of the same week her assistant call me to get payment and because I dint have my card I told her I will call her Monday. On Monday I was put on bed rest, my sister came over to take care of me, I was completely out. This women Lucy called my phone that night at 7:12 PM to collect payment... she then started calling almost every 2 minutes. My sister text her and told her to stop calling that what ever it was I would call her the next day because I was on bed rest. I am 9 months pregnant and have been very sick... but this lady did not care I was on bed rest so she called over and over again every 2 minutes till almost 10pm. I had never seen something like this before... She called over 60 times to collect $81.22... Really?See for your self.... I am a business women my self and I would never treat a customer this way, especially if a family member is asking you to understand the situation. As my sister told her I called the next day to make the payment that I guess will make her rich $81.22.This is the kind of business people I cant recommend.

Celebrations Party & Events provided centerpieces for our daughters sweet 16. They did a beautiful job and were very affordable. Thanks ladies!

I love celebration party and event.

I would never recommend using this rental company. I rented some items for my wedding and a box was misplaced when everyone was cleaning up. When our best man went to return the items he didnt know that there were missing pieces and the owner wouldnt let him leave the store without paying almost $200. He didnt have the money on him. When he said that he would go and bring the money Lucy, the owner, got very angry. She stood in front of his car door so that he couldnt leave. The police ended up getting involved and told her you cant hold people here against there will. He returned shortly with the money that was owed. Eventually we found the lost items and returned them. Still Lucy was very angry and rude towards me even after returning the items and apologizing. Its sad that she is such a bitter and angry person.

I didnt have a problem tables and chairs delivered on time. Service was good .Pick up is a different story they were supposed to come on Monday after event. They called on Tuesday after, 5pm.

We have used this company for a few of our seminars since August last year. The tables and chairs we rented are in good condition. The material is dropped off the day of the event and picked up the next morning. They are very price competitive.

I used this company for a wedding that I planned in February. They are very good people and take care of you. The bride made changes and Lucy helped us and accommodated us. The only issue I had was they came late for pick up of the items but we made it work with the venue so no real issue there. I will probably always use this company for all my party/wedding needs. You cant beat the prices and they have a HUGE selection of items that you need to make your day special. I believe they are worth it!!

Just called to get information for a party on the 5th of January. A woman picked up the phone, barely let me finish and said shes only taking calls for emergencies and then hung up. She was rude. I understand that shes not taking a new orders but she could have given me price information so Id call back when they are open.

Hello I have used Luz and Celebration Party Rentals for our wedding this past Nov 2016. I can tell you with complete confidence they go above and beyond to making sure your special day goes perfectly planned. They were for one very flexible and their pricing was the best in south Florida. They worked with our schedule and the attention to detail for decoration at our venue was perfect. I deal with many vendors as Im a mobile DJ and these guys are the best in the business. PLEASE READ - if you are looking for a professional company that delivers on its promises then I urge you to STAY AWAY and AVOID this company at all costs. Lucy, the owner, is unprofessional and downright rude. I placed an order for my wedding four months in advance for both centerpeices and 350 chairs and cushions, however Lucy chose to inform me 4 days before the event (after she received full payment of course) that the centerpiece sizes needed to be changed. Of course this was impossible so we had to use them as they were. But oddly enough this i consideration wasnt even the real issue. On the day of that wedding Lucy specified that the chairs would be dropped off between 8-10am and that we needed to ensure that we be at the venue awaiting her people. At approximately 9:30, 100 of the 350 chairs were dropped off. The individuals who delivered them said another truck was bringing the rest soon. Fast forward to 11am when I call the office to inquire about the chairs (since nobody showed up). I was told the truck would be there at noon. At 12:30 I called again to ask Lucy where the truck was but this time she chose to ignore the calls. I called multiple times between 12:30 and 1:00 but was ignored every time. Finally at 1:15 she answered and in a rude tone told me the people were on the way and would be there in 20 minutes per their GPS. Finally an hour later at 2:20 the chairs showed up. So on the day of my wedding I spent over 5 hours waiting for chairs that I had to set up on my own (set up was not included of course). And the icing on the cake - the cushions for this second deliver of chairs was a different color than the cushions from the morning delivery. Lucy and her company are rude, inconsiderate, and could care less about customer satisfaction. You are better off using anyone else but them. I am speaking from personal experience - using celebration party rentals is one of the biggest mistakes ive made.

Great customer service .

We dropped off chairs that were rented at the location specified, and received a call shortly after that we dropped them off without speaking to someone outside and were immediately charged $300. We stood outside for 15 minutes and nobody came so we left them in a nice order with other chairs outside, only after speaking to owner on where to ‘drop them off.’I would suggest that if another customer needs to speak with someone for drop off, that the person inside walk over and introduce the customer to the associate.The owner is very unprofessional and does not know how to run a business. She is short tempered and extremely rude. Although the chairs were cared for, she referred to this act as treating them like junk.I would highly advise that anyone considering renting from here to think twice and choose a reputable company.

Lucy was very kind and helped us pick out a beautiful tablescape for our wedding. The linens and chargers were good quality and looked great on our wedding day.

Please, please do not do business with this company. Very greedy, and very unprofessional.

Horrible customer service. Wanted to pick up a small rental and have a huge event coming up in April. Would not use them. Wish I had read the reviews before I went over there. Not even polite to you when you’re making inquiries

I was summoned for an interview at 10 am today, I arrived at the place I give them a call and they tell me that they arrive in 15 minutes, Wait 15 minutes and come back and call and it turned out that they turned off the phone ... What is missing Professionalism and respect wasting a persons time is the first time this happens to me ... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM, VERY BAD COMMUNICATION✌✌
