Experienced partsmen! Not some kid trying to sell you something you dont need!

Had lunch with a coworker and then left the restaurant only to discover the car battery died. This NAPA location was within walking distance and they came over to the car to test the battery and verified it was shot. Bought a replacement and they let us use their tools to install the new battery. They were very helpful.

Sent one of my employees in to see if they would return a battery that was picked up only a few days ago. Battery had not been installed in the truck we decided to get rid of the truck. Rather than simply saying they could not accept the return they laughed at my employee and embarrassed him. As a Lake Zurich Business owner I will never return to this place and will be sure to spread the word of the way you treat customers.
