A great store for party supplies and seasonal holiday events.

I always have a wonderful experience at this store. Everything is clean, organized and well stocked. They carry a wide selection for every occasion/theme. The staff is friendly and the manager, Rob, is incredible! He’s nice, polite and goes out of his way to help! His fantastic customer service really makes such a difference!

Totally disappointed with Party City. I placed an order for retirement latex balloons and picked them up on a Tuesday afternoon to be used on Wednesday morning and unfortunately they were all deflated. When I placed the order I was not given the option for high float. I would definitely paid extra for the high float. When I called the store to express my dissatisfaction, all I got was well I cant re-inflate latex balloons. Really? Not what I asked for. I explained I wasnt even given the option for the high float. Wont be using Party City for balloons in the future, will go back to Jewel and the Dollar Tree. Would give ZERO stars!!!

I just threw my girls a birthday party and we were able to get everything we needed. We even bought a ton of props for our photo booth. We really had a blast looking up and down the aisles for fun decorations.

The guy at the counter was great, and we were able to find everything after searching for it all.

A gentleman working there was so helpful to me when I was decorating a float. He patiently went out of his way to help me find all the piñatas that would fit our theme.

Good selection and is easy to find what you need. The store was clean and well stocked. The floor staff were not very friendly and did not know where items were located. The cashier was helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are very reasonable.

Every time I go here I’m turned away at the balloon counter. I either can only get one balloon or like today, zero balloons. They say they are completely out of helium... all the time. Seems like a gimmick to buy a helium tank or they are not paying to get enough stock of helium each month. There’s a shortage of helium sure, but I’ve worked for a company where even in a shortage we were still able to get helium... for FREE balloons.Any time I need to speak to an associate or manager for help they are either non existent, rude, or can’t help. I’ve given this store so many chances because a lot of people have sworn to never go there again, and I wanted to prove them wrong, but they just lost a customer today. Don’t go here if you need balloons/help.

Love this store as well the have every perty need and more, costumes, for every need, or birthday items and more and candy.

We needed some signs for a sub division garage sale. Dawn helped us and printed them on the spot. Much cheaper than a sign store. Very pleased!!!

This is great for themed parties and color coordination. I was just looking for cheap wrapping paper and I just bought a roll of their cheapest.

You can find more here than I imagined, then you learn why ..your going to pay for that opportunity. Needed rolls of tickets for raffles, these cost us twice what other stores are selling them for.

After so many Party City closings recently, thank goodness this one is still around!

Great place to find mostly any wearing it supplies for parties, birthdays, and gifts. Didnt like the long wait in line though...

Selection is poor. Help is none existant. Ask a lady how big a bag was she said I dont know. Ask if she had a tape measure said no. On to the dollar store!
